Looking for a luxurious hotel with charm and pld world atmosphere? Looking for attentive, friendly and helpful staff? Looking for the right neighborhood to stay in (on the Oltarno, walking distance to main tourist sites and quiet)? Then look no further! We stayed 6 nights and loved the attention to details, the professionalism and assistance given by all the staff - especially by Sarah, Francesca and Evita. Our room was large, tastefully decorated and furnished with a large curved decorated ceiling. If you need any help on bookings or tourist guidance, then you will be assisted very efficiently. When we come back to Florence, it will be to Palazzo Ridolfi!

Four of us stayed in an apartment at the Palazzo Ridolfi and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by staff who helped us with our bags, brought us drinks, and spent time showing us a map of the area and provided great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. All of the major sites that we wanted to visit were in walking distance. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had an espresso machine, a large fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice selection of hair and shower products to use. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always available. We were greeted with a smile every time we entered the reception area. They helped us schedule transportation at the last minute and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I am very grateful for the hospitality we received. I highly recommend the Palazzo Ridolfi and hope to stay here again in the future.

What a fabulous hotel! Very luxurious and situated very near to the River Arno for easy access into the main city centre. We stayed in a suite with double height and domed ornate ceiling. The room was very well equipped and spotless, with dressing area, free standing bath, large ensuite with two sinks and large rainfall shower. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, breakfast is a traditional buffet style continental breakfast with lots of choice and cooked eggs if requested. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Coming back to our room each evening was a delight and the hotel was the icing on the cake of a fabulous stay in one the worlds great cities.

Liked · We stayed in the annex and it was just perfect- the hosts are excellent. You feel your stay really matters to them and you enjoy it. I can’t speak highly enough, they were amazing…..even bringing my luggage to my car. Just brilliant. The property is lovely and the annex was superb - a home from home. The bed is super comfy and we slept like logs. Even the kids slept well in the sofa bed. The place is so cosy and lovely. Everything feels old but well cared for, with a super lockable front door, we felt as safe as houses!||Disliked · Breakfast wasn’t included is my only criticism and €15 each was a bit steep - would have cost us 60euros per day. However, wasn't an issue for us, as there are cafes close by and we could buy breakfast. Breakfast should be included for the price. Small detail, as it was a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ridolfi. We were warmly welcomed by Natalya, who was incredibly kind. She did not hesitate to share local recommendations with us and gave us great advice on how to organize our stay in Florence.|The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived late for breakfast, which was officially served only until 10:00 am. The team did not hold it against us, but instead handled it with good humor.|Palazzo Ridolfi is ideally located for visiting the city on foot. This is not a classic hotel. It truly stands apart. Palazzo Ridolfi is a historic palace full of character.|In summary, our stay at Palazzo Ridolfi was an authentic, friendly, and warm experience, made all the more special by Natalya and the team’s hospitality.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful Palazzo Ridolfi is. From the spacious Suite Prestige, the cleanliness, the historical nature of its building, plus its quiet but close location to city centre are just to name a few things of how much we like this hotel. We greatly appreciate all of the staff and their help on several fronts. When we return to Florence, Palazzo Ridolfi will be our ‘go to’ hotel.

Stunning, spacious and exquisitely located apartments. Our room was large and clean, it had all the expected amenities plus the bathroom was lovely, bright and spacious. The staff are on hand for your needs and the building is just simply gorgeous. Centrally located for everything you need to see in Florence, you can walk everywhere in mere minutes.

Beware of the photos displaying the rooms as the actual room may be very different. Booking a superior suite you expect to actually get a suite resembling the photos, but in our case the spacious, light suite turned out to be a cave-like cul de sac.
