Our overall experience was underwhelming. Reception service was notably poor, with some staff demonstrating a strong lack of competence. However, the pool area is a highlight, featuring a high-quality pool and very enjoyable water. The apartment itself was in acceptable condition. A significant drawback for apartment guests is the inconvenient requirement to change clothes within the spa before accessing the thermal pools. The food is fine, but could be more diverse and changing more often.

Albeit no particularly fancy setup for kids, for kids who love pools and swimming this place is amazing. Let alone for adults. The water connection between the inside and the outside pool is particularly fun and the experience of going from inside to an outside pool while it's either raining or snowing outside is sublime.

Seems IKEA stroked a deal :) very nice designed and specious apartment. Free access to the thermal pool which were the highlight and not to crowded. Food was decent and fresh - took half board.

The apartments are very close to the aqua complex just on the other side of the road. There are plenty parking spaces just next to each block, so you can access very easy with short distance to carry your luggage. From outside they look decent like typical European row of houses. Inside the rooms are small but decent. We had two bedrooms, fridge, microwave- all seemed kind of outdated and really worn, but still acceptable if you just need a place to sleep without further expectation. In my opinion the place needs just some renovations to be up to date again. Accordingly rooms had been obviously cleaned but still kind of musty. Around the houses all was clean and tidy.

The apartments are okay, nothing special. The biggest problem was the lack of soap in the bathroom - there was literally nothing available. During the checkout we learned that we were not the only ones with this problem. The food was mediocre, bland and tasteless. Variety was all right, but the quality was below average. A little bit of salt would make a substantial difference.

You can feel constant degradation through last few years especially food and drinks and service. It is ok for sleep and bath but don't eat here and don't agree on any extra activities on hotel arrangement.

Nice place for a family holidays. Swiming, hiking, bike and walk on the local hills. Nice food and decent prices.
