A.P.C. HARAJUKU UNDERGROUND

The store is good but the stuff had a bad attitude. They didn’t greet costumes when I came in until I asked to try an item. I bought a new one and asked if they have a new one, the stuff told me no and didn’t even check on it. She even refused to give me a little bag.

A Japanese guy with black short hair was not welcoming and seemed to be laughing at my friend who was looking around the store ...

Good store, yet incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful personnel - sad!

Beautifully designed store with exclusive clothing that's only available in Japan (next to regular collections).

Better to go somewhere else if you are looking for a good service.

原宿のA.P.C. UNDERGROUND、普通のA.P.C.店舗と違ってここでしか手に入らない限定アイテムが揃っているのが魅力。A.P.C.ファンなら一度は覗いてみる価値あり。 店内はコンパクトながらもセレクトセンスが抜群で、シーズンごとのアイテムも程よく揃ってるし、何よりUNDERGROUND限定のアイテムはシンプルながらも個性が光るデザインが多い。人とかぶりにくいのも嬉しい。 TAX FREE対応なのもポイント。海外からの観光客も多く、ちょっと混んでる時間帯もあるけど、スタッフさんの対応もフレンドリーで好印象。 唯一欲を言えば、もう少し商品数が多いと嬉しいなというところ。でも、A.P.C.らしいミニマルで洗練された雰囲気の中で買い物ができるのはやっぱり楽しい。
