A.P.C. Surplus

Beware before buying here: in july I purchased these sandals which gave me a horrible rash that had to be treated in the hospital. The dermatologist confirmed this was due to the material that these genuine leather sandals were treated with. Because these sandals were purchased in the surplus store, the APC customer service in Paris (online) and Amsterdam (IRL) refused to help me. I spent 170 euro on these shoes and another 300 euros on treatment and they didnt even reimburse me for the purchase… incredibly dissappointed with the quality of this product and APC customer service. As I don’t have any allergies for the known material these shoes were made from, I should have been reimbursed.

My favourite shopping experience in Paris. Worth noting the superb service from Ludo who went above and beyond. He took care of us and made fantastic recommendations. Thank you so much to him. I look forward to returning.

Ludovic is such a great seller! He really understands what’s going on in a buyer’s mind, and his charm completely worked on us. We came in on Tuesday with the intention of just browsing, ended up loving two items, and somehow walked out with three items! On top of that, we had such a fun conversation about many other things, he’s not just a skilled seller, but also a true people person. Honestly, whoever’s on the management team should promote Ludovic and give him a big raise!:)))

The clothes here are of great quality, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They really take the time to understand what suits you best, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable!

Not many items but you can get a great deal for sure. The staff was nice and helpful. This is one of my favorite discount stores in the city. If you are a fan of high-quality clothing and a French aesthetic, this is the place to go. The prices are on the high side but these items will last you a lifetime. While I wouldn't spend 70 EUR on a T-shirt. I am willing to spend a little extra for beautiful, well-made clothing. This particular store is on the smaller side but is well-located. First come first serve. This store has a limited stock the popular size will go fast!

ELLES SONT SUPER COOL, N'EST-CE PAS?!?! Storekeeper: I mean...sure, I've seen them before, obviously. Amanda F: JE VAIS ACHETER CES BOTTES IMMEDIATEMENT!!!!! Storekeeper" You fucking American. Stop shouting. Amanda F: JE PEUX PORTER CES BOTTES MAINTENANT?!?! I bought those boots, at 50% off while all the Frenchies laughed at me. But I got the coolest boots, at 50% off. So I like to think I got the last laugh.

Got APC New Cures in new condition for 80 euros. Thats already worth the 5 stars. They have a good selection of jeans from size 27-32. Fitting room. A rack of fiscounted shirts, jackets. Overall a good selection. Try it out!

Did the majority of my shopping here on my trip. It doesn't feel like a surplus store, and if you come during the summer sale then you will save a lot. Pretty good selection as well, including sizes.

Quite good deals here. Nearly everything is 50% off the marked price. Staff speak English well and are super helpful. If you spend more than 170EUR, you can get the VAT back, but you need your passport (or a copy/photo of it).
