A local restaurant I want to recommend to everyone. Not just the service I was provided, but the food! Grilled sardines were great with charcoal smell, beef and sea bass which recommended by the server was great as well. Love to visit here again definitely!

First of all when you make an online reservation, there is no options for inside or outside sitting and we arrived to the restaurant at 7.00 when there was no one and the restaurant didnt wanna let us sit outside claiming our reservation is not for outside and its fully booked. We dined in until 8.30 and there was still empty tables so restaurant’s reaction is not OK. Moreover food was really below average. Garlic shrimp not tasty, fish soup not good, the salads look very sad and tasteless. Im sorry but you can not slice a tomato into 4 large pieces and call it a tomato salad. They also leave a large tray of stuff such as cheese, butter, olives which every item costs from 1.5 - 4.5€ total of maybe 15€ without asking us whether we want them or not. Just dropping off and adding to the bill. The only thing we liked was squid but if you add that much garlic to me, I would also taste good🙄. Finally the whole outside sitting is covered with flies which makes the whole experience so tiring and awful. We asked why is it happening, they said its seasonal and normal and actually they said they usually have more🙄. I strictly won’t recommend this restaurant unfortunately.

We had a delicious lunch here. A beautiful quiet little street where you can dine outside under large umbrellas. The fish is some of the freshest I’ve tasted. I had the grilled squid. Sometimes this can be dry by here it was moist with the perfect BBQ grill tang. Excellent vegetables. Carrots with real flavor. Who would rave about carrots but they were excellent. Super chilled beer glasses which are a life saver on a hot day. Good wine with ice bucket provided. An excellent home made Piri Piri sauce. The waiter described its recipe. Starts with 22 kg of peppers. Includes Whisky and spends 8 weeks in the barrel. Use by the drop. Excellent

By far the freshest grill seafood in our trip. Biggest green flag is that you can see through into the kitchen the huge charcoal grill that they cook from. Went there for lunch today, grilled octopus leg and the cuttlefish fish so delicious. Definitely our best find! Service was fantastic and friendly too!

Nice spot for lunch, ate at a table on the street that’s closed to vehicles. We had the octopus and swordfish which was on special. My husband doesn’t normally like seafood yet he loved both dishes, and the roasted vegetables they were served with were delicious too. House wine was also good. Our server was lovely too! Really great value, 40€ for both meals and 1/2 L of wine.

Very nice Portuguese restaurant, typical and good. Prices are quite reasonable and quality is aligned. We had a very nice bacalao a bras, a very tasty dish with octopus and cod and a good grilled cuttlefish. I would repeat it and I suggest it as nice Portuguese place.

This restaurant in Cascais is out of this world! I really don't think seafood can get better than this! Superb, totally scrumptious and what an excellent service! Affordable prices too! Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

I had the best Octopus I’ve ever had in my life. This is a restaurant that will define good Portugese food and put Portugese food on the list of best cuisines in the world for you. The Octopus was unspeakable soft. I show my friends these photo and they all gasp in awe. The Octopus is baked and then grilled and seasoned with the best garlic infused olive oil. Hmmm… I also ordered the soup and dessert. Afterwards, it made me continue this tradition in other restaurants because it was so wholesome and delicious. I paired it with Vinho Verde like a good tourist. I walked in without reservation for lunch and the waitress was very kind and friendly. However, if you want to come for dinner, you must reserve in advance.

Yelp
Probably the best restaurant in Cascais. Thats because they have a really nice variety of typical Portuguese fish and meat dishes at very good prices. In the summer the grilled Sardines and any other grilled fish for that matter are to die for. The winter fish is the "bacalhau" (salted cod fish) in the oven, another fine speciality. The meats are also great, but Portuguese are mostly fish eaters, but I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
