Great new spot in midtown! The food was delicious, especially the apeiro platter with hummus and eggplant capanata which comes with fresh warm pita bread. The restaurant has a beautiful decor and the staff is very attentive!

Google
This is definitely a place where you can come and have the ambiance and tastes of excellent foods. Would totally recommend. And service was fantastic, great recommendations from our waitress Nicole. Friendly people, excellent food, go try it out!!

Google
I have to admit that the food is good however, the service is really bad. The waiters take a really long time, to get a drink or water refill will take for ever. The Nutella donuts don't really have much Nutella in them. I went to the restaurant 3 times in two weeks and every time was a different expirience.

Apeiro Kitchen & Bar, the Mediterranean restaurant and bar from chef and co-owner David Blonsky, opened in Delray earlier this year and was quickly received by locals and critics, so when it opened its outpost in Midtown Miami recently, we knew we had to go check it out. The menu features dishes from all over the Mediterranean from Morocco and Italy to Greece and Spain. The rather extensive menu is broken down into several sections – Small Plates, Soups, Crudo, Salads, Sandwiches, Flatbreads, Grilled & Roasted, Housemade Pasta and Kabobs. Some highlights of the meal included the Moroccan Spiced Lamb Ribs with rosemary-fig BBQ sauce and pistachio yogurt; the Apeiro Spread Platter with hummus, eggplant caponata, pistachio yogurt, and freshly made house baked pita; the Prime Rib Gyro, a spin off the classic with spiced lamb and prime rib off the rotisserie, tzatziki sauce, onion, tomato and shredded romaine; the Moroccan Chicken Wings; Grilled Spanish Octopus with crispy potato, red chili, celery, smoked pepper aioli; and Smashed Beets Salad with local ricotta, pickled radish, baby arugula, candied walnut and truffle-beet vinaigrette. The massive 6,000-square-foot restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and certainly keeps the Mediterranean theme alive with hand-painted Mediterranean tile and solid wood, stained tabletops, and a large circular bar serving as the centerpiece of the space.

Yelp
My husband and I were In Miami for vaca and our hotel clerk recommended this restaurant as a great option for great drinks and yummy food. Boy was he on point with his recommendation!!! The customer service was excellent. Our server Erica was so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable expressing her thoughts on what we would prefer as bourbon/whiskey enthusiasts. Her attitude never changed throughout the entire experience. Like we've experienced at other restaurants. The entire staff was awesome and the ambience was sexy-cool. The Big Smash Burger w/Sweet Potato Fries were delish ... the burger moist, and both options well seasoned and highly flavored. The Crispy Asian Calamari Tower was simply Amazing!!!!! My Side Car, delightful. My husband enjoyed his lamb and beef blend burger' The Goat' known to be picky, he was very pleased with his order. He also appreciated the portions and seasoning of the Cajun fries. His Classic Old Fashioned was "the real deal". All in all, my husband absolutely loved his order and Tap 42's entire vibe. We will return!! Loved it!

Yelp
Normally I have a good experience here. I've come for the last 3 years because it's my neighborhood bar that I frequent in many cases multiple times a week. This Sunday morning, The manager Eric all of a sudden decided that he didn't want to fulfill my substitution request that I've been getting for the last 2 years for brunch and he was an a$$ about it therefore I won't be coming back for brunch or when he's the manager on duty.

Yelp
This location is big with plenty of seating indoors and outside as well. The staff is fast, efficient, and very friendly. I came her for a bday party. We had a very big ground but no issues with service. I ordered drinks as well as a street corn avocado toast with a side of brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious.
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
Went with a group of friends from the gym. I had the guacamole and truffle corn which was really tasty. Friends had chicken and waffle which appeared massive. Some of the pictures on the menu looked different from the food which was disappointing. The drinks were okay but not exciting and the service kept making mistakes.
google avatar

Yelp
Portions are big, but that's to be expected as far as being in America. The calamari tower was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the asian style coleslaw in the side was a nice touch. My father in law got the juiciest burger I've seen in a long time. My wife had the baby back ribs and the bbq sauce was sweet with a little spice. Would recommend

Yelp
Stopped here for a walk-in Saturday brunch around 1PM and sat outside (the inside was full)! They have a bottomless brunch for $25 per person that includes; bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, funky buddha floridan & 42 hazy daze on tap, and truly hard seltzer from 11AM - 3PM! The vibes were lit, the music was a good mix, and the bubbles were flowing! Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable! The spinach dip, chicken and waffles with sweet potatoes fries, and short rib sliders were all tasty! My favorite fun fact: they offer their full menu even during brunch!

Yelp
Always a good, quick go to when shopping in mid town. Everything on the menu is going to taste good and film you up! It's an open space (kind of) inside and outdoor connecting bar

Yelp
Great happy hour specials. The mango margarita was my favorite. Next to a cute dog park and great people watching. The burger was impressive and very filling. Tried the small caesar salad and should have gotten the big one! Will definitely be returning when back in Miami. Our server was great and had some great recommendations.

Yelp
My go to neighborhood spot! Good vibes and food. Service is pretty good also most times!

Yelp
My second visit to this location in the center of midtown. I stopped by to give this place another shot. Upon entering I was immediately greeted, and decided to sit at the bar since it's almost time for happy hour. Typical Tap 42 ambiance with nice outdoor seating with plenty of space and coverage from Miami. Sunii, the bartender was sweet and informative of the menu especially of the tap drinks. She provided me with samples and inquire what is my taste for the day, after responding I finally went with the Hard Cider. (Very refreshing). I continued my happy hour selection bar bites with jumbo shrimp cocktail and Grilled wings, very tasty and fresh. I'll come and visit again for happy hour to enjoy the scenery of Midtown.

Yelp
Second time visiting and wanted to review. Both times I've had a great experience dining here. The ambiance and indoor seating is nice. There is an outdoor area that would probably be nice as it cools down. The drinks we ordered were delicious. There's a good variety of beer and cocktails. Do be wary that some of the drinks have CBD in them that may not be the most obvious!! The calamari was some of the most delicious I've had. The amount of squid in each piece was very generous. This time around I had the fish and chips which came in a good portion. I also tried my friend's chicken tenders which were excellently seasoned. Previously I've had their rainbow sushi bowl which was fresh and a healthy option. The service is variable depending on how busy they are. The servers are friendly but not always the most attentive. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Tap 42 and plan to visiting again in the future.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a graduation with family and friends. At first I was a bit nervous since I wasn't sure how parking was going to be (I hate dining in the downtown surrounding areas), but there were plenty of street parking and garages nearby. Our party wasn't too large (about 8 of us) and we were able to be seated pretty quickly. I ordered the fried chicken salad and some plantains and omg it was delicious. I also tried my partner's sandwich (which was also delicious). I want to come back when visiting to try their brunch since I've heard good things about it.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by here as it was in the area while waiting for my dog to be groomed. The inside is very loud with music but luckily it was a nice day so we sat outside. The food came out quick and was delicious. Service was alright but still would recommend to others to try this place out!
google avatar

Yelp
I like a good brunch! Tap 42 has been the choice a couple of times. They have bottomless mimosas. I've tried the chicken and waffles and the baby back ribs. It's hard to go wrong with chicken and waffles and theirs is good. I also enjoyed the baby back ribs. This is a pretty popular spot on weekends. Great music selection with plenty of outdoor seating.
google avatar

Veronica P.

Yelp
Keep in mind, their weekend brunch ambiance is loud with a live DJ and unlimited mimosas until 3pm . The Chicken & Waffles sandwich was fantastic! The waffles, themselves, were very sweet (aka delicious), and I need to go back for them again and again. follow me on IG @MiamiCheatDays for more recommendations

Yelp
Beers and more beers to calm your soul! Very centric location and great service! Give it a try

Yelp
Food was definitely good. The service was great. The ambiance was amazing. There was definitely a vibe going. The DJ was lit and everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves. If your visiting Miami, come down to Tap 42. Gentlemen don't worry, you won't miss the game. There's big screens all inside My chicken salad was great. My husband also enjoyed his breakfast sandwich.

Yelp
Visiting the area stopped by because our initial place we wanted to eat was busy. Plus it was raining. What a pleasant turn of events. Our waitress Jo was amazing. So nice and on point. The food portions are big so come hungry. Typical sports bar with multiple screens showing games. Big bar area. Big booth seating with plenty of space so you don't feel on top of each other We had the guac to start. It's a combination of street corn with truffle on top. It was good. I ordered the truffle steak sandwich. I was pretty full already so I literally just ate the steak and fries. The lemonade is delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow. I ate here twice while in Miami and only rain on days 3 and 4 prevented me walking here again. They have a very nice combo menu Sunday to Thursday with an appetizer, main course, and dessert for $39. Other than the martinis being a little bit small, I have no complaints and really want to go again!
google avatar

Lori L.

Yelp
Came here for the game. It's a huge sports bar kinda vibe here but a classier one. You can dress up or down and it's all good. I got the tuna bowl with plantain chips ! It was huge and very good. Great portion for an app, I ate it as my main course. My boyfriend got a chicken bowl. He enjoyed that very much, and of course I needed to try the plantains. Needless to say, they were delicious. Services was attentive and great, we sat at the bar and also did drinks. I did the strawberry kush, yum! And boyfriend is Apperal spritz
google avatar

Raven W.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken and waffles with sweet potato fries. The food was good. I liked the vibe. My group sat outside. There was a nice music playlist.
google avatar

Hannah S.

Yelp
While the ambiance and music created a pleasant atmosphere, my experience tonight was marred by a significant letdown in both the quality of the food and the level of customer service. The truffle Mac & Cheese, for which I was charged extra, left much to be desired as it tasted excessively salty. I had to send it back twice, and even after those efforts, it remained inedibly salty. To compound the disappointment, the fries were also overly salted, and the chips were disappointingly stale. Despite my less-than-satisfactory dining experience, what surprised me most was the lack of accommodation from the staff. Even after enduring a 30-minute wait while everyone else had finished their meals, they still chose to charge me extra for the truffle mac and cheese, despite it being a culinary disaster. It would have been reasonable to expect a gesture of goodwill or a discount considering the circumstances.

Marcela P.

Yelp
Good bar/ restaurant in midtown! They also have several other locations throughout Miami! The wings and chicken lettuce wraps are really good - definitely recommend! Tap42 is always a good time and a good spot if you're looking for something semi casual, to watch a sports game, etc.

Yelp
Tap 42 is one of our all time favorite brunch spots. We visit the Fort Lauderdale location often and wanted to try the Midtown Miami spot. It's located pretty close to 95 in a central area with other bars and shops. Parking is kind of a pain as it is hard to find any street parking in that area. However, there's a garage near by that wasn't too much. I can't remember exactly how much it was but I believe it was $3-4 an hour which is definitely reasonable in that area. The food at Tap 42 has always been great and this time was no different. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was cooked/breaded perfectly. Loved the bread they use as well as the toppings. My all time favorite thing at Tap 42 though is their sweet potato fries. They really are the best sweet potato fries I've ever had and recommend everyone to try them if you are a sweet potato fan. The marshmallow sauce they make too is amazing. We ordered the bottomless brunch and that included unlimited mimosas, blood marys or Truly's. We were able to switch them up as well which was nice. If you have a big group and everyone orders the bottomless they will also let you have a bottle of champagne at the table, makes it much easier when getting drinks. Also, the Truly's aren't canned Truly's, they came in a glass (not sure if it was just poured in there or if it was a homemade one) The pricing is pretty on par for the area. An entree is $20+, drinks are about $15+ and the bottomless brunch is $25 which is a steal. Had a great experience there and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Once again.., the vibe , staff and the food was amazing. I do have 1 complaint. Please fix the AC inside. It was moist inside. Kinda felt like the AC wasn't working and i was sweating while eating my food.

Yelp
That the Dolphins won and (squeaked) into the playoffs made it that much sweeter! I stopped in at the tail end of an impromptu semi UYE with a few fellow yelpers after a morning of adulting. Our group had a booth near the bar and right in front of the TV showing the Dolphins-Jets game. Culinarily, few things go with sports on TV better than a beer and some meat, and Tap 42 hit the spot. They had a good variety of local brews, of which I enjoyed the Funky Buddha Floridian Hefeweizen. It had a nice wheat color ands smooth flavor, pleasantly light for a Sunday Funday. Served with nicely crispy fries, and both ketchup & bbq sauce included for dipping, the ribs themselves were glazed with a sweet bbq sauce and generous on the tender, fall off the bone meat. The full rack is definitely a full rack and you may end up leaving a few them. Service was fairly attentive; our waitress checked on us during the meal and was helpful in resolving a little Happy Hour billing snafu. Their patio is also pet friendly and Luna made a yorkie friend as well.

Yelp
Aside from the inside smelling like a smelly feet locker room and the music being played at volume 9000, the food was good. Chicken Lettuce Wraps 8.1/10 (Korean Style Marinated & Grilled Chicken * Sweet Soy Glaze * Butter Lettuce Cups) pretty delicious. Love Korean marinated meat. Great topping sauces as well Crispy Asian Calamari Tower 8.9/10 (Asian Slaw * Sweet & Sour Sauce * Scallions * Sesame Ginger Drizzle) huge calamari's pieces that were very tender. Had GREAT dipping sauce. Truffle Street Corn Guacamole 9.5/10 (Bar Rita Signature Guac * Charred Corn * Truffle Crema * Cotija Chile-Lime Spice) this was spectacular. Some may say life changing
google avatar

Yelp
We sat inside and we found the setting hot like if the a/c broke. The food was delicious though. I had the calamari and the strawberry tres leches. I would definitely come back again.
google avatar

Erika F.

Yelp
This restaurant is a cool vibe on a Sunday. My main and only gripe was that the music was BLASTING. It was so loud you couldn't even converse. If this was a day party / restaurant I'd understand the need for the high volume but it didn't give those vibes at all. Nonetheless the food was great! The only reason I took a star off was due to the volume of the music (the playlist was fire though - just turn it down a notch lol).
google avatar

Yelp
I've long enjoyed my half price Prohibition burger on a Monday night at the Gables Tap 42. When they recently posted a special $29 3 course lunch, I took my husband for his first try. I started with the calamari, he had the salmon and crispy rice. We both enjoyed. His choice for entry was the famed Prohibition burger; I had the drunken goat. Both burgers are huge - I could only eat half. They were done just as we ordered. Nice condiments and sauces, even their burger buns take good. And the fries, think and crispy as they should be. Dessert was some sort of tres leches fusion strawberry shortcake. Unfortunately, I'm not a tres leches fan - much too sweet for me and it would have been better with fresh, unadulterated berries. Lunch was delicious and a great value.

Yelp
I came from out of town, had a long day and just wanted some comfort food. Like any bar, sports coverage was played on the screens (gymnastics while I was there), loud music and cool ambiance. For a Friday night during happy hour, it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be, but it was also a little on the cooler side that evening. My friends and I sat at a booth where we were quickly greeted by our server, Ray. Let me just start off by saying Ray is great! He took excellent care of us. We asked for his recommendations on drinks and food and they were pretty spot on. I ordered a drink that was one of their specials and it was so sour, likely because of the grapefruit but thankfully Ray was able to bring it back to have the bartender add some sweetness into it. We ordered the calamari tower, spinach & artichoke drip, and the spicy salmon crispy rice (I didn't think it was spicy though) for apps and they were yummy! I have to say that the crispy rice was my favorite though- flavorful and mixed texture (smooth salmon and crispy rice). For my entree I ordered the chopped chicken bowl because I didn't want anything too heavy. It was a great choice because not only was I full but didn't feel heavy, I also had leftovers to take home! I was so full that I didn't have space for dessert, but that's ok! I'll have to come back for that bread pudding. I'd recommend this place for happy hour and dinner! I saw they also have brunch and likely lunch so I'm sure those are also great too. Place is cool, service was excellent, budget friendly and food was yummmyyy.

Yelp
Love it! The Drunken Goat Lamb & Beef Blend · Whipped Goat Cheese · Arugula · Tomato · Onion · Dijonnaise · Abita Purple Haze Raspberry Jam ( please ask for truffle aioli!!!! ) with fries

Yelp
Everything is great here if your looking for a awesome brunch with good music and amazing food

Yelp
The food is delicious, enjoyed everything we ordered. The wings were seasoned perfectly and enjoyed having the 3 dipping sauces. The smash burger was absolutely delicious- juicy and cheesy! Opted for the cesar salad, one of the best I've had. For drinks my husband had the smoked maple old fashioned and I got the blueberry smash.
google avatar

Yelp
Every day there's a different special going on. Do check the website to find out what exactly but I used to come every Thursday for happy hour and ladies night. Good choice of options for food. guacamole is a must! The truffle and corn make it so tasty. Wings, calamari and the sliders are also up there. Drinks are good; you can't go wrong with a lychee martini but I did enjoy trying a blueberry margarita tonight. Service is decent as well as prices
google avatar

Carrington S.

Yelp
Super yummy lunch! Service was just ok, but kudos to the kitchen staff for timely service, generous portions and yummy food.
google avatar

Shanice G.

Yelp
We all know Tap42 never disappoints. It's always a reliable stable. This review is for the Truffle Guac (not pictured) because EVERYTIME I GET IT I wonder who the heck came up with this heavenly dish. It's everything I love with good texture, sweet truffle crema served with warm chips. This dish is top 5 in my life. I tried the poke bowl for the first time which was very scrumptious. I added jalapeños for some extra spice
google avatar

Katherine F.

Yelp
They will never ever disappoint, if ever in Miami this is a most try you can never go wrong with the tenders and nice cocktail to compliment
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
"the store has chosen not take to special requests" when trying to order online. l just wanted to remove tomatoes from my sandwich-- would actually save the restaurant some money. I decided to take my business elsewhere because the bar service is always pretty slow and uninspiring at this location.
google avatar

Jazzmina B.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere and the music. Went on a Friday night. Was seated outside without being asked if I preferred inside or outside. Our waiter was David, he just did his job. I think he was aggravated with one of his other tables who didn't want to pay their bill. Overall the food was good, nothing special. The drink I had was really good, nice and strong. That's all I can say about this restaurant.
google avatar

lydann b.

Yelp
Had my son 16 birthday dinner there the service was amazing the assistant manager make sure we have everything we need the servers was fast. The food was amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a rainy afternoon- service was quick and attentive, and food portions were generous. Had the calamari tower and the crispy chicken tender melt- the melt had a creamy avocado topping that was really good.
google avatar

Katherine D.

Yelp
Very quick service for a busy Saturday night! We ordered the Rainbow Sushi Bowl and the Drunken Goat Burger - both were absolutely delicious! We sat inside because it was raining, but the atmosphere was lively, a little loud with music, but overall a great space! Cannot wait to come back again soon to try more menu items.
google avatar

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place! It's a great place to go on a date and enjoy yummy food! I ordered a bowl with rice and guacamole , and it was really delicious!

Yelp
Happy to upgrade my stars to a four? Why? mainly for their wings baby!!! succulent, moist, roasted and so, so finger liking good.

Yelp
I'm so sad I been coming here for years and I love yall but this Saturday night was a epic fail I ordered delivery because I thought I could trust yall with my experience and this was one for the books. Good cold and half the finishing out the bag. How why and where yall don't even have a price point of low average why was I treated like this as a consumer. There is a way to treat your people and this was not it. I'm appalled and outraged. 0 stars
google avatar

Pam H.

Yelp
I must say it was an overall amazing experience! Our server Noa was fully committed to given us A+ service. We ordered the calamari to start which was excellent and the prohibition burger which was half off on Mondays (always a plus!) and it was delicious as well. We had the Cajun fries with it and were perfectly crispy might I say. Drinks were excellent as well and well balanced margaritas. Indoor and outdoor seating but obviously sit outside. Can't beat happy hour specials either so if you're near midtown stop by !
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing to grab home about. Regular bar food with too fancy terms for the product they produce. Wings were dry and the chicken salad was pretty basic.
