Incredibly impressive complex.....
... on the outside.
Inside, it's like a large Chuck E. Cheese, but with go karts, bumper cars, laser tag, and a few other separate entertainment companies that share the building.
I went there with a family of 5, three of the kids are aged 16, 14, and 11. Overall, it served its purpose to entertain us on this horribly rain-stormy Friday, but man, it ain't cheap. Nope. Not at all. NOT for the budget conscious.
The go karts were actually pretty fun. Unlike most places I've been, this course goes up and down over 2 floors, which was a lot of fun. But it cost us a total of $125 for one race. Damn! We didn't have to purchase anything else, but man that was an expensive first 15 minutes.
The laser tag was also fun. The arena is on 2 floors, and I had a blast. I got my ass handed to me, but it was also my first time ever, so I have no frame of reference to compare. The kids loved it, and went back twice. It cost $10 per head per match.
There is a ropes course overhead above the arcade. Unfortunately, we all just came from Loon mountain from a ropes course in the trees, so this looked pretty lame. However, for little kids, I think it's a decent setup to get a feel for physical activity that doesn't involve eyes glued to a screen.
The arcade stuff was like any other token-based game economy, where you spend $100 to win enough tokens to get a $15 prize. For the record, I blew $300, but in my defense, it was the 16 year old's birthday present, and the nerf gun rifle from the Fortnight video game is just cool AF.
So.... do I come back here? I think so. There are a TON of other things I have yet to try, but it's REALLY really expensive, and you do get caught up on token prizes.
