This place is very close to our hotel. Great place to spend a day. Kids enjoyed the Apex kids and the altitude. It’s just the time flies. What I learned if your kids are around 10 and over don’t spend money in Apex kids area instead opt for the Altitude. Those are great for older kids. For younger kids Apex Kids is great! And rest of our hours were spent in arcade. Didn’t try bumper car since the space was small.

Hosted a kid's party here at Apex Kids. Our host Kailin was fantastic, meeting us when we arrived and walking us through the itinerary the day. She was always close by checking in and guiding us to make sure everything went smoothly both during the free play and arcade play time. She also managed the party festivities (food and cake) seamlessly. The parents loved the venue and the kiddos had a blast. The food choices were A+, even with a young audience. Booking the event was easy and the packages offered enough variation to make them feel tailored. Oh, and it was so great to not have to worry about the set up and breakdown. Thanks to the team, from sales to execution, for making the party a success.

Wow! A recent birthday party had me going to Apex Entertainment for the first time. I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by the sheer size of the building! Once inside it was even more impressive. All types of video and arcade games, bumper cars, go carts, pool tables, laser tag, etc. plus rooms for birthday parties including food and drinks. It's a kids dream come true. There is plenty of free parking. Expect crowds, flashing lights, loud noise, and spending lots of money.

This place is amazing! I had my son's birthday party here I needed some accommodations and the staff was awesome making sure my son was accommodated with no problems. The kids loved all the attractions that was offered and the food was great! Shout out to our host Ali Guzman she was excellent, she was patience, understanding of my sons needs, friendly and great communication skills. We will definitely be back thank you Apex for making my sons birthday a success!

This place is massive! There are so many different things to do. We went go carting and ax throwing. A lot of fun for all ages and can be enjoyed all year long since it's all indoor. It is also right off of 495.

It was a bit concerning that there wasn't more assistance available. Understand waivers are standard, but a little extra care goes a long way. Maybe consider reviewing your emergency protocols?"

Very fun for kids all ages and Adult as well. Huge place will definitely go back.

Great staff and amazing experience. We took the family there the day after a Christmas party and it was a lot of fun. From bowling to video games it was a blast and the food and drinks were on point too. We'll have to go back again soon.

We came here and went bowling. We enjoyed apps while we bowled and lunch after. Service was great I liked my impossible burger. I've never had one smashed so think, but it was very big and spilled over the side of the bun. This place has a little bit of everything and great fried food. Lots of fun activities, would recommend especially for families

We only visited the arcade during our trip to Apex Entertainment. It was a busy Saturday night, and the place was so packed that we didn't end up trying anything else. The arcade itself was pretty underwhelming. The game selection felt limited compared to other arcades in the area, almost like it isn't a major focus of the venue since the plaza offers so many other activities such at go karts, bowling and laser tag. The staff members we interacted with were all friendly, which was a definite plus. Overall, I don't think I'd go out of my way to return as there are other venues at more convenient locations to me that offer similar services.

Go-karts are lots of fun (when aren't they?) and go fast. Track has lots up turns and three levels. I'd say it's priced like any other go-kart place. They track your speed every lap so it's fun competition.

The go-karting here is so much fun but I'm not as impressed about this place is other people are. Everything is card only but their card only machine doesn't even work. So make sure you don't bring cash cuz that is not a currency at this location. The go-karting staff was so cool so easy to work with and we're very kind.

Loved it all! The food was amazing and bowling was super fun. The nachos were super flavorful and the brownie was perfect and warm!

They have Something for everyone. Really is a great place for entertainment. My nephews had a blast. It's just expensive but that's to be expected.

A huge center with a variety of options for everyone. We came as a group of 15 on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. It was busy but we were able to make a reservation for bowling and go karts without an issue. The lines for both ended up getting pretty long as the day progressed so I'd recommend going earlier rather than later. We made a reservation ahead of time for laser tag, which was fun. One member of our party had malfunctioned gear though, so he had to deal with that in the middle of the game. For bowling, we got three lanes, but my lane's scoring system was completely messed up. The workers spent about half an hour trying to fix it but when they weren't able to get it fixed, they moved us to a different lane, which meant we were separated from the rest of our party. They were nice about it though, and made sure to give us the entire hour that we paid for. Overall, a fun experience minus the technical difficulties.

Our son in law and daughter brought us here during our visit from the West Coast. This place is amazing! So many options-- bumper cars, go cart racing, rope sky walking, laser tag, bowling (both little ball and big ball) along with the arcade... maybe even more that I didn't see! Plus food and drinks! The kids had a great time riding the bumper cars, playing laser tag, then all of the arcade games ending in being able to pick a few prizes to take home. Even this grandma and grandpa had fun-- I had my first experience with go carts-- SOO much fun! It was Friday night and super busy, kind of chaotic, but overall a really good time!

We had an awesome experience at Apex Entertainment! What an incredible facility! We did Laser Tag, Bumper cars, ropes course and played in the arcade. Such a fun place to have tons of fun on a rainy birthday!

Bad experience brought cupcakes that I had made with no peanuts or nuts waitress did not even read label and was told to remove them will never do business again there be warned to make sure if you bring food it has no peanuts or nuts and make sure it says that in ingredients maybe they will read it did not read my label so assumed it had peanuts in it bad customer experience

I am going w company party. I tried the arcade it was alot of options which is awesome. They also served us foods mash potato, chicken stuffing, steak tips, scallop bacon, etc they are standart. The steak tips taste good but overcook. I think it's because its in the hot pan. I tried race car, it was good and the staff was very helping. Probably need to check the car from time to time because my car for aome reason keep stuck in one same corner. Bowling, idk how much and how it works. But it was awesome for me because my company pay for me so I just keep playing instead we are in time limit.

I went to a kid's birthday party recently, and I am not sure I have seen such an incompetant staff person. The kids were using the simulators, and the guy did not know how to use the computers to set everything up. Do you not train your staff? he gave no overview of the options, what to do or safety instructions. He clearly had no idea how to handle kids. He was also on his phone for a bit. It was a little scary.

We enjoy Apex Entertainment, though sometimes an arcade game is out of order or not properly working but it's only 1 or 2 in the whole place. We love the opportunity to be active, have fun indoors when the weather is not pleasant. The food, drinks and activities seem a bit over priced but I guess prices are rising and there is nothing like it in the area.

Honestly, meh. Arcade is fun. Food is poor. Service is poorer. Everything is overpriced and you absolutely do not get what you pay for. Quality is subpar. Quantity subpar. Order the chicken strips appetizer and you'll see what I mean. $16 for 4 tenders is insane. Cheese pizza for $18 is a joke. It's basically DiGiorno. Be prepared to wait over 30 mins for food. Don't expect plates, condiments, or silverware. Have been there several times and don't recommend it. Unless you just want to play games or bowl and don't care about the cost, value, or service, then I'd skip this one.

READ IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES-- unbelievably bad... I went here for a bowling double-date and the food service was atrocious. I ordered a pizza and specifically told the waitress that I had allergies to eggs and nuts and she said she would put that into the order (great!). Then, another employee came back over with her to confirm the allergies and asked "you're allergic to gluten, right?" No I am not. I made it very clear for a second time that my allergies were eggs and nuts, NOT gluten. When the pizza finally comes she tells us that "it's a little smaller because of the allergies" (what???) and it didn't look quite right. I ask "just to double check, the pizza is NOT gluten free, right?" and she responds "Yes it is because of the allergy." Oh my god... The problem with that is gluten-free pizzas often use EGGS as a binder to replace the gluten, so I may have been served something that specifically CONTAINED what I'm allergic to. I told her AGAIN I'm not gluten free and my allergies are eggs and nuts and explained to her that gluten free items often CONTAIN eggs. She replied, with attitude, "so... do you want me to take it back??" YES!! THAT COULD KILL ME! She comes back some time later to drop off the check for the family in the adjacent lane and the other couple we are with orders a pepperoni pizza. Our waitress says "let me get this straight... i just put in a cheese pizza and now you want a pepperoni pizza??" Yes... the pepperoni pizza is for them... Of course, the waitress comes back and gives them a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. NOT what they ordered... Then I get my pizza which (as the receipt says) she put in as NO ALLERGY even though I had at this point repeated THREE TIMES I was allergic to eggs and nuts. Because of her the kitchen had no idea about my allergies so NOTHING was done to prevent cross-contact and the kitchen wouldn't know to warn anyone about any allergy risks. Even after all that trouble, the pizza was awful. The crust smelled like burnt plastic so it was barely edible. I willpowered my way through 2 slices before giving up on it. The nachos were also disappointing. Despite the menu advertising them as "piled high" with cheddar jack cheese and other toppings it had the thinnest layer of cheese known to man, a 2-inch diameter circle of jalapenos and onions in the middle and salsa on top. The cheese was burnt throughout and basically glued the chips together. I also need to mention the fact that our waitress likes to use tricks to bump up your bill. The person in the lane next to us ordered a Truly (priced at $5) but the waitress put her drink in as "Beer" then PUT "Truly" IN THE NOTES so it was rung up as $9 instead of $5. Of course, she gave attitude when the person asked about it. Also, she gave us a half-pepperoni half-cheese (which is not what we ordered) but charged us for the full cost of the pepperoni. A pepperoni pizza is ON THE MENU as an item at $18 but she rung it up as a cheese pizza (base $16) with pepperoni on the second half for the full $2 extra. We were charged full price for half the pepperoni. At the end of the day I didn't once receive confirmation that there was no egg in what we were served. I just had to inspect it, take a test bite, and figure it out myself. This was undoubtably one of the worst service experiences of my life, especially regarding the allergies, which need to be taken much more seriously. Outright baffling negligence from the waitress that can make someone really sick or kill them. If I wasn't so vigilant I could have had a life-threatening reaction and the waitress could not have cared less. I will not be coming back and anyone with allergies needs to look elsewhere. Edit: I checked the menu again and it SAYS the normal pizza is gluten-free... then what did she give me at first????? It was a different product (and smaller) that she said was the gluten-free pizza... When she took it back I received something different the second time. Is the GF label on the menu saying that there is a gluten-free option? Then why is it labeled as if the base item is gluten-free?? Regardless of the answer why is none of this explained to the customer in the first place if she thought I had a gluten allergy THREE TIMES?? This place is a mess...

We came here for a group birthday celebration with my daughter and her friends, and we could hardly have had a better time. Tye and her team (Caleb, Dylan, Mel, and Macie) were exceptional hosts. The pizza was delicious, the bowling lanes were all lit up, and the ropes course was awesome. And, of course, the kids had a blast at the arcade! I highly recommend connecting with Tye for your party.

I was kind of skeptical of this place, I figured it would be over-run with kids or something like that. All I can say is I had a great time bowling (VIP area was nice and chill for my date and I), and mini-golf was fun too! Next time I go back, I will probably do the go-karts and plan on staying longer!

I went to apex on 11/29 last year and all the tickets on my 8 year old son's card that he had saved for a long time disappeared. I called them twice and left messages about this matter and no one ever called back. I sent an email and no one responded. I even went in person twice and each time they said they were still investigating and would get back to me. But now almost 3 months have passed and no one has contacted me. The service is really terrible!

DO NOT GO-KART HERE. You only get 7 minutes and they SLOW DOWN YOUR CARTS every time there is a "problem" (anytime a kart gets stuck, etc...) this happened 7 times in 7 minutes. we only got up to full speed once or twice very briefly. we spent $60 for the two of us, for 7 minutes and the majority of the time the karts were moving at 5mph. a huge waste of money. I would love a refund. and they know this. which is why they have a huge sign that says NO REFUNDS. it should be called 'NO REFUND ENTERTAINMENT' .

Love everything there. There's so much going on at this place (in a good way). Highly recommend to visit this place. They have arcade games, escape rooms, food, trampoline parks, and so much more! This is a very popular place on weekends so much sure you pick and choose what day might be better for your party!

Cool place to visit. I would say that this would be awesome as a kid but as someone in my mid twenties, it was a bit underwhelming. There's a lot of different things to do but each thing is smaller than normal. We went on the go karts and stopped by the arcade and mini golf course. Go kart racing was fun and def gave us a kick of adrenaline. We put too much money in the arcade card ($20) but was glad to find out that we can use the deposited amount to go to the mini golf course. I would recommend passing on the mini golf since it was pretty much the same in each round.

My job had an event here on Thursday and invited their team of employees to come out and enjoy. I was in awe pulling up to this place and seeing how big it was. They had so many different games/events inside. They had miniature golf, Go Karts, an arcade, laser tags, bumper cars, rope climbing and so many other things. We were there for bowling and the bowling alley presence didn't disappoint. It had a colorful ambiance that was absolutely stunning. My employer had a wonderful spread of food consisting of chicken quesadillas along with the works, fried chicken sliders, and veggie platters. The bar was open for us to order any drinks we wanted. I found the bartenders and staff to be kind and professional. I ordered a Beyond burger with onion rings and I must say it was beyond amazing -from the burger to the onion rings...I know....corny but you get the idea. After bowling, the team and I went to the arcade where we enjoyed skee ball and a host of other arcade games and activities. Lastly, we put on helmets and went on the go-karts where we High-sped around the race course trying not to hit each other. After that, the team decided they would do some axe-throwing but I was way too tired. My cousin and I left out with full tummies and an array of fond memories we'll carry with us for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Outside of the INSANE prices throughout the entire facility - WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS MINI GOLF COURSE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Legit the oddest and most bizarre course with NO objects or obstacles on any hole except like a few bricks or wood squares in a couple of spots. My 7 year old nephew could design something 10000000x better. It was absolutely shameful. And worse it was SIXTY dollars for 5 people to be tortured by this boring foolish nonsense. I wouldn't return if I was paid 100 to play a round. STAY WAYYYYYY CLEAR OF THE MINI GOLF HERE. Legit the worst mini golf experience any of us had in our entire lives. Shameful.

There is so much to do no one will get bored!! The place is huge even though there were alot of people there was so much space. Employees were helpful and explained everything. One thing wish lockers worked because we had to lug our hand bags around. Make sure choose some simple activities , such as ax throwing, mini golf, go cart, laser tag, or simulation games can easily spend a-lot of $$$ and not realize it. Food was okay. Cocktail drinks better at the bar. Bowling was fun, not sure were all the bowling balls were it was like some were missing on overflow rack. The place was clean. No napkins or wrappers thrown on ground. Plenty of parking. Great place to take kids for family day.

Multi-entertainment complex with bowling, multi-level indoor go-kart track, 70+ arcade games, 3,500 sq. ft. two-story arena, and various sport simulators. Bowling rates are Mon-Thurs $35, Fri-Sun $45 per hour/lane, $5 shoe rental. Nice modern bowling alley great for friends and family afternoon fun.

A little on the expensive side, and you need a reservation if there's any chance of getting in on the action... however, it's a lot of fun! I threw a birthday party for my kid four years ago for his 7th birthday, came here for ladies' night with friends and threw axes, and took a break from a weekend conference to have a meal and play mini golf. This place is contained, meaning it would be safe and even okay to let your tweens run around to do their own thing if you decide to stay put in one place for a bit. There are tons of restaurants, a nail place and other random shops/hotels in this plaza, as well as a large parking garage... you can't go wrong comí. Hete as long as you plan ahead.

A really fun escape room experience. It's great to be able to pre-reserve your escape room theme and the staff were super attentive. Our group of four had a blast!

We are not from the area and had never been to Apex before until today. I went in with my Wife and two adult children ready to drop some money for a few laughs. It was Saturday so we knew it would be busy and it took sometime to find a place to park. We first went up stairs spent $49 plus tip and did some axe throwing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are also the only reason you're getting a 2 instead of a 1. Up to this point we we're having a good time until we decided to go mini golfing. We waited for ten minutes to use the pay kiosk located inside the mini-glow golf location. I was about to buy a purchase card to spend another $300 on mini-golf and other games, when a birthday party with about 30 children and adults were aloud to cut in front of us. At that point I cancelled the purchase and left the area since there was no where to stand. Frustrated we went back down stairs and left. You folks need to stop your tv and online advertising that this a place for adults. All APEX is a gigantic version of Chuck E. Cheese with go-carts (and weirdly a Planet Fitness location). I will never come back to this place again or recommend it to anyone else.

Can't say that I had a bad time here at all. First I would like to say that you should 100% get the hour card pass. I believe it's 25 bucks and you'll be able to play any games for an hour. Much bette then adding money to a card. The virtual game was ok. The game seemed super out dated and golfing on it was hard as the sensor wasn't the best. Bowling was great!! The waiter was there multiple times to help and take orders and the appetizers were awesome

Purchased a gift card with their online special. Buy $100 get $100, one would think you would get a $200 gift card right? No, the one they mailed me only said $100. So we have been calling and sent an email back on December 22, still unable to reach anyone tor get a response just to get an answer. Terrible customer service, it's not that hard to respond heck the special is still running on your website. Don't advertise something if you don't honor it, it's fraud. It is a gift and they better refund me if this is not loaded with $200. Not a happy customer at all. 1/3/23 still no response from APEX 1/3/23 an hour after my update they responded to my wife on Facebook from her Dec 31st msg, better late than never. The card has $100 on it and an extra $100 for the arcade use.

Biggest entertainment complex I have been to in the general area. Many different activities including mini-golf, bowling, pool, go-karts, and arcade games. Fortunately this place wasn't too busy when I got there. I mostly did mini-golf and arcade games because of time constraints. Mini-golf prices were much more reasonable than the relatively nearby puttshack in Natick. I will try some of the other activities next time I am in the area.

Went with a party of 8 people this evening, many of us have been before, we loved Apex and we were excited to return! 1. We paid for 2 hours of bowling yesterday around lunchtime. It was supposed to start tonight at 9:00. Apex was running late, but we didn't mind! But we did mind when our time left dropped from 31 minutes to 9 minutes and no one mentioned it to us, which totally felt like they tried to snag our money. 2. Our short friends had a terrible time getting the bartenders to serve them. 3. We didn't even know we had our bill- the lane bartender just dropped it at the table and didn't mention it. 4. The gentleman cleaning up the balls walked in front of customers bowling several times- he could have easily been hit by a ball! Then he yelled at my fiancé for trying to bowl his last frame after our decreased time had just run out. Sad to say I won't be coming back anymore.

Place is great, kids absolutely love it. They've been to birthday parties and this last time there we went to the trampoline park. Place was crowded but there is still enough room to have fun. Will be back.

Have given this place several tries because it's always busy , but has been the absolute worst experience every single time. Have to have incredible patience to tolerate this place. Spend most of the time here waiting......

the bowling is good but the food frankly sucks as it's overpriced garbage. the staff is hit or miss, but again the food is overpriced garbage.

To start parking was an absolute nightmare. Took 30 min to find a spot. Then lost 20 min of bowling time and still paid for the whole hour, which yes after the hour it's over. What a waste of money. After that we went over to the arcade, do yourself a favor, skip that. It was a zoo, people everywhere and half the games take your swipe but the game isn't working. Others were not connected to wifi and not working. I tried to get some of the money taken out back on my card and the one employee I located couldn't get a manager. She called them 20 times on a walk-in talkie. If I could give 0 stars I would. The amount of money this place charges isn't equivalent to the service you receive at all. Never again.

Very cool date idea. We visited on a Saturday afternoon where the place was PACKED with kids, so be warned, if you are between the ages of 22-30, you will feel pretty ancient lol. But the best way to fix it is to head to the bar on the 2nd floor, which is considerably more chill and a good diatance away from all the action. They had a good variety of beers on tap, so what more could one ask for? We played mini golf (which was fun and organized in a way that not too many groups are playing sinultaneously) and laser tag. Laser tag was also reasonably priced ($11 per person per game) and super fun. Did I leave with an induced asthma attack? Yes. Was it fun before then? Hell yes. The laser tag arena is two stories with a ton of places to hide, and the lasers themselves are in great condition, working great at a distance without any noticeable delays.

Well, I am personally overall satisfied with my experience! Mainly because there's so many things to do, it's a great place to kill 2-3 hours with a kiddo. Of course, it comes with a level of stress just given the environment! To break it down: Bumper Cars- small arena but very cushioned. Only 1 person per cart and have to be 44" tall. Fun. Cushioned like I said so it's not a massive blow when you're hit. No whiplash! A plus for me. Laser tag: Only other people are targets. No wall targets. Option to do free play where you don't have teams and it's only personal scores. A good time, but very dark so some younger kiddos may get nervous. Most places have more black light strips but not here. I almost walked into a damn wall lol. Arcade: Expensive but what arcade isn't? Option to buy the above 2 with a 30 min unlimited arcade cars which I recommend. Then play the "no ticket" games with it and reload for the ticket games. Restaurant: Service is slow but food options are great and the food is yummy! Plus, there's alcohol which you may need after 2-3 hours of the other stuff. We did not do bowling nor the race cars (daughter too short- I think it's 53" or something for those). We also didn't do the ropes course but it looked awesome! It's right over the arcade.

Incredibly impressive complex..... ... on the outside. Inside, it's like a large Chuck E. Cheese, but with go karts, bumper cars, laser tag, and a few other separate entertainment companies that share the building. I went there with a family of 5, three of the kids are aged 16, 14, and 11. Overall, it served its purpose to entertain us on this horribly rain-stormy Friday, but man, it ain't cheap. Nope. Not at all. NOT for the budget conscious. The go karts were actually pretty fun. Unlike most places I've been, this course goes up and down over 2 floors, which was a lot of fun. But it cost us a total of $125 for one race. Damn! We didn't have to purchase anything else, but man that was an expensive first 15 minutes. The laser tag was also fun. The arena is on 2 floors, and I had a blast. I got my ass handed to me, but it was also my first time ever, so I have no frame of reference to compare. The kids loved it, and went back twice. It cost $10 per head per match. There is a ropes course overhead above the arcade. Unfortunately, we all just came from Loon mountain from a ropes course in the trees, so this looked pretty lame. However, for little kids, I think it's a decent setup to get a feel for physical activity that doesn't involve eyes glued to a screen. The arcade stuff was like any other token-based game economy, where you spend $100 to win enough tokens to get a $15 prize. For the record, I blew $300, but in my defense, it was the 16 year old's birthday present,and the nerf gun rifle from the Fortnight video game is just cool AF. So.... do I come back here? I think so. There are a TON of other things I have yet to try, but it's REALLY really expensive, and you do get caught up on token prizes.

Celebrated my kid's bday here last night. Everyone from the kids to the adults had a blast. Both of the Emilys who helped me coordinate and plan my son's celebration were amazing. The communication was very professional from beginning to end. Again, the kids and adults had fun. Shout out to Ryan, who was our host, it was his first day and he was being trained by Emily. Both individuals were attentive and awesome. I enjoyed my patron margarita a little too much. Nevertheless, I will return back when I feel like driving a long distance to have fun . Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you.

The place itself is great, but my partner got cheated out of $100 when he was charged twice for an arcade card. We're from out of town so he has to call instead of going in-person and he keeps getting the run-around, no resolution and this has been an issue since May 2023. Management is non-responsive. Won't return calls AT ALL. Please beware when purchasing the arcade cards!! Really wish we could resolve this, but I'll NEVER go back to a place that refuses to even get back to someone who has proof that they were double-charged. Should be a very easy solution.

Eh it's ok pretty crowded no pinball machines. Pfft. Overpriced food. Eat before you go for sure went with 2 teens. Couldn't ride the go carts they didn't have a valid ID ( what teen does) without a drivers license? Whatever saved a lot of money I thing it was $35 to ride the go carts

I have to be fair and update my review. Meghan at Apex called and emailed numerous times to speak about my experience. I was super busy and was unable to speak with her directly. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was clean and even though it was busy during school vacation...they went out of their way to make sure we were listened to and took very good care of us

I thought Round 1 was the ONLY place that I will frequent for all my gaming needs, but I was wrong. This entertainment center has EVERYTHING! Albeit, separate businesses and prices, but no one can go wrong here. They have Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Arcade Games, Bumper Cars, and Rope Walking (like climbing, but just one level). Our server was very attentive too, she pretty much checked in on us at every point. I hope all the staff is like this, otherwise I want her for every visit. On the other floors of this facility, there is an escape room, trampoline, axe throwing and mindrek vr.
