If there was an option to rate below zero, this experience would definitely qualify. I went to this clinic early in the morning because my own doctor wasn’t available on a Sunday. The front desk clearly told me that, although I’m not a family patient at this clinic, the walk-in doctor would be seeing patients starting at 1 pm. I planned my entire day around this and stayed nearby instead of going to other clinics. Just one hour before, I received a call saying the doctor had refused to see walk-in patients that day. This was extremely frustrating because if I had been informed earlier, I could have gone to another clinic and gotten the care I needed. The doctor’s availability should be confirmed with the front desk so patients are not misled or left waiting unnecessarily. The clinic needs to improve the communication between the front desk and physicians, because it wasted my entire day and kept me from seeing a doctor anywhere else.

Highly professional & adorable staff services 🫡 I recently did upfront immigration medical 🏥 for my parents. Super comfortable waiting chairs for patients. Extremely smooth appointment booked on call 📞. Blood 🩸 work is available in the clinic & staff guide to do X-ray at designated places. They uploaded to IRCC once complete the X-ray & got completion medical sheet on my email which can be used for visa process. Highly appreciated for awesome services by super supportive staff. 🙏

I really don’t understand why this clinic hasn’t done anything about the ongoing complaints regarding their scheduling. Nearly every review mentions the same issue — extremely long wait times and poor organization. You can have a 1:00 p.m. appointment and still sit in the waiting area for almost an hour, only to be called in and wait another 15–20 minutes in the room. By then, half your day is gone. It genuinely feels like they overbook far beyond what they can handle. I understand emergencies happen, but there’s no way this is the case every time. The clinic seriously needs to implement a better system, because what’s happening right now is completely bizarre.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment for 5:15 PM and arrived early at 5:00 PM, but I ended up waiting until 6:15 PM without being called in to see the doctor. I eventually had to leave because of the long delay. On top of that, the staff insisted I take a hearing test even though I clearly said I didn’t want it. It felt like they only did it so they could bill my insurance, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service I expected — I won’t be returning here.

This is definitely one of the most inconvenient and frustrating experiences I have experienced. This clinic does not understand what it means to serve a client/ patient. We have had repeatedly been told that the laboratory service is not available giving all sorts of excuses and the manager was way to busy to even hear complain or constructive criticism. Waited 45 mins for appointment, had one booked for 6, still in the waiting room. Whats the point for the appointment if its like this? They need to do better at scheduling , rather than cramming as much patients for the doctors which makes them more money but they should value time for other people too. This is unfair to the patients, take less patients but do right by the ones you take.

Had an appointment on a Friday at 9am. It was already 10am and i still wasn’t called. I had another appointment that day so i just had to cancel my appointment with them. I rebooked for the next Tuesday, my appointment was 11am. Got called in 40min after 11am. This clinic continues to overbook with no regards for their patients. They are a complete waste of time. Completely unprofessional.
