We came here for lunch - outside in the garden and didn’t stay at the hotel. We absolutely LOVED the food and the service and setting.. everything about this place is done with love and a lot of thought. It’s beautiful. It’s also set in a stunning location with beautiful landscaping. The menu was simple and limited but each dish is executed exquisitely. Highly rate this place!!

Incredible service! Every little detail has been thought of. Such beautiful surroundings. The design of the hotel.is stunning, every little element. The whole team and the family seemed to genuinely love what they do and made every effort to make our stay amazing. Massage and facial were awesome! The spa area is lovely and so relaxing. We would be back in a heartbeat. My boyfriend and I have stayed in many great hotels, but Torgglerhof was easily the highest standard of customer service and attention to detail.

It was my first time in this hotel and I was absolutely blown away with the beauty of this place. It was perfect from the beginning to the end, every little detail is thought through. Complimentary drink and snack at the arrival set up the right mood for the stay and a little present at the check out was just a lovely addition to the overall great experience. The view from the outside swimming pool is breathtaking, you see the Alps on one side and a vineyard at another, and the water was hot enough to swim outside in November. The restaurant was another highlight of the weekend, both breakfast buffet and 5-course dinner were great, not to mention good wine cellar. I will definitely come back one day.

Our first time here, but not our last time. |Our first impression, great hotel, great crew.|We arrived in the morning and they made us feel comfortable from the first moment. |Great area, great room and a great breakfast. |Now we are having a Apéro and waiting for dinner. The menu looks very nice and if something is on what you do not like you are able to change it with something from the restaurant card, just wow!|My first impression, a 3* hotel with 5* service and crew.

Our parents have been coming here for years so we thought why not surprise them and check the place out. Loved it so much - we booked our next stay. After being on the curvy roads I never thought to find such a beautiful open space area with such a fantastic hotel. The food was excellent and all dietary needs and special requests were fulfilled. There are various types of rooms so be sure to specify what you want. Location is great for hiking, rafting, swimming .....||Looking forward to seeing the place after this winters renovations and new additions (restaurant area is just completely outdated).

We had a wonderfull stay here. Excellent food (incl flexibility to make it lactose free) and very warm welcome and service. They had some good tips on where to go if you want to explore Merano or enjoy some walking in the surrounding nature. We really liked the (full body) massage as well. In summary: highly recommended & we'll come back for sure. Thank you!
