Casual kbbq restaurant specializing in pork.
📝 You order via the touchpad at the table. The English translation is not the best, so you are better off looking at the photo or asking the server.
During lunchtime, they offer either the lunch menu or bbq. If you want bbq, you will need to let the server know so that they can set up the table accordingly.
⭐️ What I liked:
- The kimchi soup is rich and flavorful!
- My favorite cut out of the pork set was the pork temple; tender & not too fatty.
- The mixed bean sprout & green onion salad was tasty.
💭 What could have been better:
- I wish they told me at the beginning that we are responsible for cooking the meat ourselves. The server put everything on the grill and left us. If I knew that we were supposed to cook the meat ourselves, I would not have cooked everything at once. Everything was burnt on one side as a result and I felt so rushed. Thankfully, one of the servers came back later to explain the sauces, which was really helpful.
Overall, I would have gone to a different pork bbq restaurant for a more “guided experience” especially considering that this was our first pork bbq meal and I do not know what I am doing. Personally I was not blown away. The kimchi soup was the saving grace.
