This is such a lovely little place. Just off the main drag and doing everything right. The menu is interesting and all the food is executed perfectly. Gorgeous lovely caring service. And an extremely good selection of wine by the glass.

Ok tapas bar. Food was actually good but understaffed place. Slow Service and we waited quiet some time for the food although only 3 tables were full.

Incredible. Outstanding. Delicious. This might be the best meal I’ve had this holidays, maybe even this year, maybe even EVER! The service was incredible. I did not feel rushed, I just felt so welcome. The servers were so kind to me, and were patient with my very very poor Spanish. I had the tasting menu, where you can choose a selection of the main plates. There is also an option to have these with a paired wine, which I would absolutely reccomend. Each dish was perfect and the paired wine elevated it to another dimension. It sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. If you want to splash out, and have something really special, do yourself a favour and go here. It also seems popular with the Spanish, so it must be good!! Went there for a diner near the sea side, and we were very pleased with this restaurant. It is a bit off the road and far from the old city center but it is totally worth it. The restaurant offers a modern interpretation of spanish classical food, beautifully executed. Everything was really tasty and with flavours, every plate immaculate. The entrees were a bit slower to get out of the kitchen than the tapas, but worth the wait. We paired the diner with a semi-sweet local white wine which was delicious.

Wonderful! The patatas bravas are maybe the most delicious we have ever tasted. Staff and the atmosphere are perfect! Gracias👏

What a find! We wished that we had found this restaurant earlier in our stay in Cadiz. We would have liked to try more from the menu. We had Cachopo (the veal dish) followed by a Brownie with peanut cream. Both were delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful. They not only translated the menu for us, but told us a lot about other dishes that customers had ordered. Totally recommend.

This is the best place to go for great Spanish food, to be waited on hand and foot, great music, cant say enough great things about this wonderful place. We've been coming here for years. This is a gem in Cádiz and we come here every year all the way from Virginia.

We absolutely love this place! The food is just as good as the customer service. The presentation is outstanding. You won't eat better anywhere else. It doesn't get any better than Aplomo!
