Stopped in for lunch while driving the Great Ocean Road. Got the seafood platter for 2 + 2 extra pieces of fish to share among 3 adults and 2 kids. Portion wise worked out pretty well for us but I was underwhelmed by the fish and the batter so as far as fish and chips goes this was nothing too special. The rest of the seafood in the plaster was better. You get nice views of the bay from the seats which were all outdoors. We did get a bit wet from the passing showers, so get a table that's actually under the building awnings if you want better weather protection. Didn't particularly feel welcomed when ordering - the server wasn't rude or anything just came across rather disinterested. Anyways the main thing was we got fed and fuelled up for the rest of our drive.

Great food - we had the Summer Special, which was six prawns, three calamari rings, a piece of fish, a whole lobster, salad, chips and two sauces. It was pricey, but worth it. The lobster and fresh prawns are a real treat for us, and they were delicious. It was all great, even the chips were really good! The only thing we had a tiny issue with is that we sat outside (rather than under the veranda) which meant our food got cold due to the wind, so would suggest sitting undercover if it's a bit breezy. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back!

We stopped at the Apollo Bay Fishermen's Co-op for lunch and were treated to a delicious seafood meal. We ordered the fish pack for two and half a lobster, and everything was cooked to perfection. The fish and prawns were incredibly fresh, and the lobster was succulent and flavorful. The only slight disappointment was the scallops, which were a bit small. The location is fantastic, with views overlooking the fishing port. It's the perfect spot to enjoy fresh seafood while soaking up the coastal atmosphere.

Very nice & fresh seafood shop. Ordered a half seafood platter & 6 oysters, was sufficient for 2 people. If your hungry or not stopping frequently to sample different places, it might not be sufficient. Services was fast, friendly & welcoming. A reasonable selection of drinks. Lots of tables, but it was busy as, so easier to move away from the crowds. Only negative, they had run of forks to eat the salad. A great lunch experience & well worth a visit.

The seafood was incredibly fresh - it’s got to be locally caught - in my opinion it blows any fancy seafood place out of the water. If you are one for the ambiance and fancy dining experience then this is not it. If you are here for the food, this is it. They lightly fry their fish/bread it, which makes the emphasis on quality fish. The calamari meat was as thick as my thumbs!

We got the $65 seafood platter for two and ate outside at the co-op. Food was a good amount for two. Most enjoyed the prawns and scallops. I tend to prefer flake with my fish, but I'm not sure what fish the pieces of fish were, nice enough though. Service is simple and quick. Even though it was a coldish day, sitting outside wasn't too bad. Worst thing it did was make the food go cold quite quickly. Happy we went but not sure if I'll go back.

THE place to go for seafood in Apollo Bay. Huge plate of fish and chips with salad under $20. My fish was cooked to perfection with light but crisp batter. Meals came through quickly despite being busy. Can't beat the harbour views.

Battered scallops were pretty good! Chips could have been cooked a little longer to make them crispy cause they weren't crispy Potato cakes were average Barramundi wasn't that good Dry & got an old piece of Barramundi, but good thing they gave us one nice piece Oysters were delicious and fresh! We got 1 piece of lemon with our oysters, but nothing with our fish...go figure Service was quick & fast though View is excellent of the pier & Bay
