The perfect place to stay in Myrina. The room was spacey and comfortable, the view on the castle very nice. A quiet place to live and only 6 minutes by foot from downtown or beach. A private parking witch is quite wonderful 😊 The owner and the people working there were really kind and caring.

Apollo Pavilion is a bit difficult to find at first if you are looking for it under your own steam. However, it is centrally but quietly located in Myrina, the largest town and main port on Limnos. The room was large, well equipped and very comfortable. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Apollo Pavilion to others.||||Limnos was a surprisingly enjoyable island to visit. It's fairly flat and agricultural and maybe lacks the antiquity sites and spectacular landscapes of some other islands, but it has a very good road network for exploring, the people are really friendly, the beaches are good and Myrina is a lively little town overlooked by a huge - and free admission - Byzantine castle that can take a couple of hours to explore fully.||||Limnos is maybe a bit out of the tourism mainstream, but I'd recommend it for a visit. It's taken me over 30 years and 50 islands of visiting Greece to get round to it. I think I'll be back within a year or so.

The Apollo Pavilion is a lovely oasis of peace and calm in the centre of this wonderful town. It is situated in a quiet little lane 3 minutes from the port and main shopping street, surrounded by gardens and allotments.||||The hotel was spotlessly clean, cool and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed for our 8 night stay, was well maintained and a lovely cool, peaceful place to return to after a day's activities.||||We had 8 great nights sleep, with only the occasional rooster crowing (well it is Greece and I wouldn't want it any other way) to remind us of where we were.||||Best of all however is the lovely owner Lucy, who from my first contact via email, to us saying goodbye when we left, exuded true philoxenia and made us feel very welcome and eager to share all the information we needed about the island.||||We shall return to both Myrina and The Apollo Pavilion, both were great finds and an experience that need to be repeated - and soon.||||For what it's worth, here are my 3 tips for enjoying your stay even more :-||1. If you fancy a walk, the lovely chapel of Panaghia Kakaviotissa (the chapel in a cave) is about an hours walk from the hotel. It is about 60% gently uphill, but really worth it. Find the small hospital ( about 5 mins from hotel), keep that on the left of you and walk up past it and round a curve in the road, after about 200mtrs there is a dirt road off to the left with a handwritten sign to the chapel. Follow this dirt road, cross over the ring road and then start the gentle climb following the dirt road. Eventually you'll come to a manmade shelter and some steps cut into the rock - follow these steps and the chapel is 20mins from there - stunning.||||2. If you're up and about early (5am ish), come out of the hotel onto the cobbled street, turn left and walk up to the main shopping street and you'll see the castle deer when they come down to look for food - a beautiful sight.||||3. get a car and go explore - the roads were great quality, pretty empty and easy to navigate around. The beaches and ancient sites are fantastic ||1.

This is a quiet, attractive place tucked away in a side street a short walk from the harbour, the waterfront, and the main shopping street of Myrina. The proprietor, Lucy, is kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and my bedroom (room 12 on the first floor), with its neat little kitchenette, was equipped with great attention to detail. The shower was immaculately tiled and worked beautifully. Lots of hot water, which stayed in the shower tray, and drained away perfectly. The balcony with its table and two comfortable chairs was a lovely place to sit. (The hotel - better described as studio apartments - does not have public areas.) There is provision for hanging out washing to dry. If you hire a car, the route in and out of Myrina from the Apollo Pavilion is simple, and there is parking. Obviously it won't suit those wanting a lively or beach-side location, for for anyone coming to relax and/or explore the town and the island, it's pretty good. Spotlessly clean, and altogether excellent value for money.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Myrina. We have been amazed by the clean environment and the politeness of the stuff. Rooms are spacious and there is a kitchenette well organized for a quick meal or breakfast. Bathroom is clean and fully renovated. Every room has a small balcony with table and comfortable chairs to relax. Last but not least the heartwarming welcome gift (a small bottle of local white wine, enough for 2 glasses, a large portion of a variety of nuts to accompany your wine and a sachet of local aromatic oregano). Highly recommended for families with children or anyone who is looking for a nice quiet central place in Myrina.

one of my first criteria is location and I hit right on the money. the location is on the market street as well between the two harbors. this hotel was beautiful build in the 80s and is been kept updated until now. the rooms are nice and clean. the clean the room as well as the duty dishes that we left behind us and every day we left a lot of dishes(family of five). the hotel has a private parking without sheds. I loved Myrina and I will go again to Myrina as well as the same hotel.

Good place to stay at the center of Myrina. Breakfast is pretty basic and is delivered in the room. Has parking space and is quiet.

My wife and i stayed 9 nights here , the owner Lucy was great , breakfast was supplied , and was ok nothing special slices of ham cheese bread fruit, tea and coffee juice, varys from day to day , bed ok but matress rather hard , dont expect the room to be cleaned every day seems only every second or third day, if you arrive early , 7am and get inside the entrance and it seems nobody is there to your left you will see a door with welcome on it and a door bell on the wall just ring it or knock on the door as Lucy lives there, she give you your key and dont forget to ask for the wifi password , also she recomended holiday car rental to us for the best rate , hired a car no probs at all , only to get around to see all the sites hire a 4x4 . Apollo Pavillion nice place to stay quiet and close to shops.
