I first heard of Apollo Travel through a small private university where I worked. We were taking a travel course to China and the person in charge used Apollo Travel to obtain our visas. Later when I went back to China on my own, I used Apollo Travel again. This is a reliable way to get your visa without driving to Houston! They can tell you all the supporting documents you need and make sure it happens. It's a little nerve racking to put your passport in the mail, but these people are pros and you can trust them. Highly recommended.

I just used Apollo Travel (aka ATT Inc) to get a visa to visit Brazil. They charged less than their competitors, and the turnaround time was fast! I think it was less than a week from the time they received it until the time it was on its way back to me. The communication was good - they were able to answer my questions before I sent in my application, and I'm very glad I called because I was missing one piece of paperwork for my application. They were knowledgeable and alerted me to my mistake, which saved the time and hassle of re-sending application materials. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is b/c I asked via email to be notified when my passport was on my way back and to have the tracking number for the shipment, and that request was ignored. But the passport did get back to me when they said it would, so I can't complain too much.

I never give a single rate to any store out there, but this agency really pissed me off!! They charged me randomly and double charged you if you give them you credit card information. They overcharged me the first time and double charged me the second time, which was crazy they save my credit card information and charge it without informing me! So disappointed!!!! I ended up getting a new credit card just in case! Don't ever go to this agency

They are not to be trusted, they are taking advantage of elderly clients. Pretty sad when your elderly parent has to file a court claim to get back their money. They also did this to another elderly couple on the same trip!
