The coolest bar. Would 100% recommend. Me and family of 5 went last night and hadn’t booked but they treated us so lovely. I got a Leminchello cocktail and had the Sydney rock oysters, 🦪 Best oysters I have ever had, so fresh, and the lemon vinaigrette complimented it so well! Will be back

We visited for drinks and were blown away by the atmosphere, service and cocktails. Every cocktail was crafted beautifully and tasted amazing. Staff were all too happy to come and explain the cocktails and how the establishment came about. The overall vibe and service made it a great experience. Highly recommend Apollonia for anyone looking for a stand out night.

This was the first bar in Sydney where I genuinely loved the cocktails, and a year later, I still feel the same! The drinks are absolutely delicious, the staff are incredibly welcoming (shoutout to Damiano and Sasha!), and the atmosphere is just amazing. Always a pleasure to come back 🤍

We recently hosted a cocktail party for 30 people at Apollonia, and it was absolutely incredible. The food was fresh and delicious, the cocktail selection was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Damiano for the seamless communication and for accommodating all of our requests so effortlessly. And a huge shout-out to Sasha behind the bar — an incredibly skilled bartender who had our entire team mesmerised. Thank you, team Apollonia, we can’t wait to come back again!

The cocktails are delicious and the bartenders are very helpful, friendly and skilled ! I tried the Isabella Rossini which is fruity, and very refreshing. The Al Pacino cocktail was very unique as well, tasted like coffee, with a buttery hint of popcorn 👌. You should really spend some time at this bar! The whole menu concept and uniqueness is absolutely worth it!

Had a good time here!, the menu were made of famous actors and characters which was unique. Isabella cocktail was nice and sweet, Monica Bellucci had a taste of Jasmine tea, which is really smooth to drink and had her edible picture on it Guys were very friendly, Sasha was kind and very talented bartender!!

This is a beautiful basement bar in Sydney. We arrived around 9 pm on a Saturday and had no trouble finding a table. The service was quick and efficient, and the drinks were absolutely top notch. The only major letdown was how stuffy and hot it was inside. They seriously need to address the air conditioning. It's a fantastic bar otherwise, but the heat really spoiled the experience.

What an amazing venue. Till now I've been telling people about how good the cocktails were - the way Sasha and Damiano worked their magic is next level. Not only that, the food was divine. Definitely coming back and recommending to others.
