Apollo's (Daybreakers) Restaurant | Brunch Vancouver

Brunch at Apollo’s Restaurant was seriously so good. The Apollo’s burger was a standout — juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered came out fresh and hot, and you can really tell the food is made with care. My boyfriend ordered the apollos omelette it was amazing, fluffy, filling, and packed with flavour The atmospher is chill, the service is friendly, and it’s the kind of place you leave happy and full. Definitely a brunch spot I’ll keep coming back to.

It was absolutely fantastic. Even though the place was busy, their service was truly exceptional. All the dishes were delicious, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the staff kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant is very cozy, super clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. I honestly recommend that you go — I’m sure you’ll love it as much as we did.

100% recommend this place! The service was outstanding, and the food quality and value were excellent. We ordered the breakfast for two and were pleasantly surprised by both the taste and the generous portions. Sitting on the patio made the experience even better. Such a lovely spot, will definitely be coming back! 😊

We were a group of 9 people celebrating my friend’s birthday during brunch. Service was efficient. Great selection of food options for any taste and dietary restrictions. I ordered a prawn & avocado hash and enjoyed it very much. I’d be back next time I need to pick a place for brunch.

It’s always a treat to have options to choose from when you are celiac & vegetarian and Apollo’s delivers! Try the Benny flight (may be made entirely gluten free on GF toast) to get three flavours (two of which are vegetarian) to get three experiences in one! Gluten free spanakopita was an additional treasure that was spinach heavy in the best way. There was an abundant portion of gluten free potatoes when ordered as a side as well. If you’re looking for a European escape with a restriction-friendly western twist, Apollo’s is the place to visit!

We had Apollo's for brunch as our first experience here. I was surprised at how modern the interior is. They played upbeat soft rock classics as ambience. I had the roasted lamb burger and a latte and both were fantastic. I'd go as far as to say that burger is the best deal for a burger in the city considering It's served with actual pieces of pulled lamb. Apollo's open earlier than most brunch spots, and for me, that's a huge bonus. Limited parking in the area. Dress code is casual. Excellent place for a date or for groups up to 4.

I never write reviews, but after moving to Vancouver months ago, this is now our favourite place to go. Marco makes the best drinks in the city, and Martha is the warmest server I’ve ever met. Every time we come in, we’re welcomed like family. Whenever we have the option to go anywhere, we go here because of the fantastic service specifically. Marco and Martha working together are truly a *dream team* The patio is always open, which is a great option if you have a dog, or just want a bit of fresh air. The lamb burger is AMAZING. Cannot say enough things about the staff, food, and care that the team puts in here! 10000/5 stars. Best restaurant on commercial.

Went on a Friday and the vibe, the attention and most importantly the food were just excellent. Best Greek place I have been in Vancouver so far (don't know the name but the greek sauce (looked like tartar sauce) was phenomenal.
