Very happy we stopped here! Cheese platter for only $20 and a glass of local white wine on the side for only $5 extra. We also loved the cheese and gelato tasting. Very friendly and super cute.

A wonderful cheese factory with stunning views and a beautiful flower garden. The staff were friendly, and the ice cream and cheese were delicious, all at reasonable prices. We were allowed to stroll through the garden and explore, which gave us a relaxing break during our long journey from the Twelve Apostles to Ballarat.

I stopped by this whey cheese shop hoping for a cheese tasting, but no samples were offered. There wasn’t much cheese available, and the milk was pricey at 7 AUD for 2 liters. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, and overall, I wasn’t impressed.

We happened to see the sign on our way back from 12 Apostles.. glad we stopped. Cheese tasting was good.. we bought quite a bit of stuff 😀 Gelato was so creamy and delicious. Never had passion fruit ice cream before. Brilliant. Got to know that whey is a pun on words .. "On the way to Apostles ".. 🙌🏼

We had a fantastic time at Apostle Whey Cheese today on the dairy farm tour. Julian was encouraging and inspiring to talk to. Learning all about how he and his wife Dianne got into farming and their regenerative practices. The farm is beautiful, the gelato is delicious and the cheese variety is awesome! Highly recommend the farm tour. We look forward to visiting again in future.

Visited as part of mystery weekend. Very welcoming. Enjoyed very informative and fun cheese tasting, followed by ice cream tasting. Staff are so friendly. OMG cheese was amazing. Ice cream equally yummy. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely cheese. Lovely gelato. Home-made on the premises by nice looking cows. Great guide in the Shop. Super friendly

Friendly staff, $3 to try 13 tasters of cheese is great with us buying the chili “feta style“ cheese in the end. Really awesome stop on our trip.

Yelp
Loved this place! A short drive from the 12 Apostels, Great Ocean Road. Cheese tasting, coffee, savory or sweet cheese platter, and cheese to purchase. Really awesome to see the cows in the Mooternity Ward from the garden and from the cafe window. Worth the short drive! Cheese tasting 2 Mocha 1 Cheese platter with choice of 3 cheese 1 Brie wheel purchase = $41

Yelp
Free (nibble) tasting of 12 of their cheeses for all visitors. They also have cow milking demonstration at 4pm daily. However, I felt that given the detour required, unless you were a huge cheese fan, it wouldn't be worth going. You can pick up some cheeses, but they are expensive (small camembert for $9). They also serve home made ice cream ($6 for a cup or cone), but the flavours were average at best.

Yelp
The cheese is amazing, the service is very informative about the process and a delight to purchase and consume local food that was lovingly crafted.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing cheese here. Any trip down the great ocean road absolutely requires a stop down here. The "Bay of Martyrs" Blue Vein is my favourite from here, and is quite honestly the best Blue cheese I have ever had. It has all the flavour of lovely creamy blue and is amazingly well balanced. Their washed rind "The Grotto" is also very very good, but doesn't have the same kind of pop as the Bay of Martyrs. Do yourself a favour. Head over here for some amazing treats.

Yelp
It's a bit of a hike to get out to this cheesery but it's worth the drive. They do a great washed rind which tastes a lot like cauliflower and a very decent blue vein called Bay of Martyrs. The out of the way location means tastings are in small groups. They might be busier at peak times though. They make a bit of a todo about watching the cows being milked which might be fun if you have kids in tow.

Yelp
Good cheese, not the best cheese ever but did not disappoint. Was hoping to sit down and enjoy our byo wine with the cheese but didn't feel welcome to.
