Firstly I can understand some of the negative reviews about this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though, the staff were so good and nothing was to much trouble for them. Our room was on the small side but with a nice view of the Eifel Tower. We both enjoyed the breakfast in the room, with orange juice, coffee, sourdough bread, pancakes and pana chocolates, jams, spreads and butter there was more than enough for two people. The area around the hotel was nice with loads of Bistros, and basically we walked to most of the sites around Paris. Would we stay at this hotel again yes we would 100%.

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon vacation for 9 nights. We had the room with the bath and spa jets. It was so nice and relaxing to have a bath after a long day of walking and exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The room was always clean and we had a nice sneak peak view of the Eiffel Tower from a distance (we could see the top of it sparkle). The location of this hotel is perfect! It is surrounded by plenty of patisseries, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. We had pastries every single day because of how accessible they were to us. If you keep walking around the suburb you end up coming across even more cafes, it was truly a magical experience. The hotel is also a short walk away from the beautiful Luxembourg gardens, which is a must see and great for having a picnic. The staff were also very friendly and thoughtful. They always asked if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. We also want to extend a big thank you to Gino for being so friendly and welcoming, sharing stories with us and helpful information to guide our stay. I would highly recommend choosing to stay at this hotel, it will make your experience in Paris truly memorable. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Of the 4 hotels we've stayed at in France, this one has the hardest bed by far. It's like sleeping on concrete. I got zero sleep because my neck and shoulders hurt so badly. Does every French person sleep on their back?? I'm not sure if they have the ability to store mattress toppers so we did not ask. The pros of this hotel is excellent showers with amazing shower pressure. No issues rinsing conditioned hair. The bath is nice after a long day out in the city. The employees are attentive. We didn't like 2 decorative pillows and they removed them when they cleaned. There is always someone at the desk when weve come and gone.

We stayed at this Hotel in June 2025 for 3 nights with breakfast included. |The guy behind the counter asked us what drinks we'd like for breakfast. After letting him know he said, "Do you want it in your room or you can sit there?" (pointing to the corner in the reception area where there was a little table with 4 chairs, very uninviting). We asked what was for breakfast to which he replied pastries & croissants, (seriously wishing at this point we weren't staying here) |So we go up to our room & were shocked to see the size of the toilet room, it was tiny, my husbands knees hit the wall. |Upon first glance the room looked small but ok, I only wish i had of looked in the shower before venturing out for the afternoon. At 10pm I was about to get in the shower & i nearly vomited at the sight of the disgusting mould in there. I wore my thongs whilst having a shower and felt so gross afterwards. The next morning at 8 am I went down to reception & spoke to a female about the mould and showed her my photos. She said come back at noon they would have a couple of rooms for us to choose from. We came back and had to wait another couple of hours. She gave me two keys one for a room on level 5 & another one on a different level. Both had mouldy showers. I took photos and showed the woman in reception who agreed they aren't cleaned properly. She gave me another room key to have look at, same thing full of mould. We decided to choose the room on level 5 as it had slightly less mould and it had good natural light being on the top floor. I've travelled a lot and this would have to be the worse case of mould and soap scum I've ever seen.

I stayed in the 'homme' room on the top floor and the room had a bath with bubble jets and a veiw of the Effiel tower. Clean room. Quiet spot. Located near metro. Only con: there was a steepish spiral staircase immediately to the right of the room's entrance so possible not ideal for people with any mobility issues or unsteady on their feet when trying to access the room. Additional pro: All the staff we met were lovely and so helpful. They are 5*.

This small hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and the service is great. On the last day, I was able to leave my suitcase safely and explore the city before my train departed, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, which is a great plus. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was also very clean, which I really appreciate. In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and good place to stay!

It was a cozy hotel with convenient transportation nearby. There was always someone available, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the room we stayed in was a bit small. There wasn’t a dedicated dining area for breakfast, but it was delivered to our room, and the food was delicious.

I liked this hotel from the start. I was warmly welcomed, and unexpectedly my room was ready at 11:30 AM. How nice is that! ||The hotel’s location is fantastic: in the 6th arrondissement between Montparnasse and Jardins du Luxembourg - you can probably imagine how many boulangeries, cafes and restaurants are there. Beautiful!||My room was small but perfect for one person (had I travelled with my husband I would have booked a bigger room). Very clean room, excellent massaging shower, nice towels. I stayed for seven nights and the sheets were changed as soon as I requested. ||The reception desk employees are very kind and hospitable. They are striving to help their guests in every possible way. ||There is a little refrigerator and a coffee machine in the lobby as well as filtered water (both still and sparkling). Very good tea selection is available too. ||The hotel is located off Boulevard Montparnasse on a small quiet street. The RER station is 6 minutes walk and the two metro stations are 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. The bus #91 stop is two minutes away. ||I will not hesitate to come again and will definitely recommend this lovely property to my friends.

Yelp
Lovely , quiet hotel, in the middle of everything. The owner, Isabel, is an absolute delight, and very helpful. Her staff are fantastic as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Yelp
Perfect boutique hotel. Service was fantastic and very accommodating to non-french speaking visitors. Both men running the front desk were absolutely charming and helpful, gave helpful suggestions for seeing and experiencing Paris and getting around the Metro. The hotel is charming and very big city. If you are looking for western American standard hotel room with gads of room, this is not the place, but you will be missing out on real Paris if you miss this place! Its located down a quiet and charming Parisian street, with TONS of local eateries and shops. Its close to 3 metros which makes going anywhere in Paris a piece of cake. The room was charming, loads of closet space to put away your things, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Perfect construction of furniture to maximize space. The room was very quiet and had air conditioning, being that it was still summer. The best feature of course was the bathroom, the shower was absolutely a treat! The only regret we had was that HotelTonight was only available one night (as I assume the rest of the nights it was booked) we would have loved to stay here the entire time. Thank you for being such a wonderful introduction to your gorgeous city! Keep up the good work.

Yelp
Perfect. Close to multiple metro stations, lots of food around, and the staff were so helpful! Thanks especially to Eugene!

Yelp
We stayed for 3 nights at end of August into early September. About $840 for 3 nights total. Great location for getting around Paris. We came in from the Metro and left by RER. Nice upscale neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very close to Luxembourg Gardens. Staff is extremely helpful. We arrived at noon and the room was not ready so we left our bags and went down to the corner for lunch. After lunch the bags were waiting in our room. You check your room.key at the front desk and every time we came or left they were friendly and wanted to help in any way possible - getting around, restaurants, etc. The hotel is small - about 10 or 15 rooms. The only downside is the rooms are very compact - about 9 x 12 feet plus a small bathroom area. But the rooms are very clean and stylish. The shower is great - 6 heads including a waterfall. We would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Adorable hotel. We had a double room, and it was tiny, but it's smartly designed (small furniture, lots of mirrors), and it worked. We could have unpacked and had our suitcases stored by the hotel, but we declined, and it was tight in the room, but fine. I liked the wallpaper and decor accents that were influenced by walls throughout Paris. I liked our view, which, from the 4th floor (5th to us Americans), looked out over neighboring rooftops. I liked the air conditioning! I liked the comfy bed and linens, the beautiful shower with 3 choices of water supply (ceiling, hand-held, or horizontal wall spouts), the hotel-supplied shower poof, and the overall newness and cleanliness of it all. The desk staff were helpful, although we had some trouble communicating with the gentleman that spoke literally NO English. Our room was 149 Euro per night (10 Euro more during the weekend), inclusive of all taxes and fees, and we felt that given the location and amenities, that was quite fair. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
