The apartment was very spacious, cute, clean, and comfortable for our stay in Chamonix. The location in town is terrific. I could even see the mountains from the bed. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It was a perfect home base for our Mont Blanc adventures.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we have had while in France, including bacon and eggs even and fresh squeezed juice. Flo & Ales at the front desk were so welcoming and personable. It's so important to have good staff, and they are making the hotel look great. Professional, polite, funny, and so helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Great two bedroom apartment updated with all the amenities needed to cook dinner including a small dishwasher and oven. The front desk was Extremely helpful and spoke English, as well as French and other languages. The front desk manager, Florian was simply the best!!! The apartment is around the corner from the pedestrian street and a supermarket. The supermarket had amazing meat that is dry aged. The lift is quite small and was not working on the day we checked out. You need to reserve parking before and pay €15 per night but well worth it. I would also suggest trying the hot tub and sauna in the spa for the additional charge. The only thing drawback is the alley in the back is open to the public and it can get loud at night and seems a bit unsafe if you’re coming back late, we had no issues

Good location just off main street, but tucked away where one may need to search a little the first time. GREAT staff who are very helpful and friendly. Nice reception area attached to common eating area. Clean bedrooms and large bathrooms are very inviting. We had trouble with opening ceiling windows, but staff addressed it.

The apartment features a bedroom and a closet-type room suitable for kids but without a window. Despite the summer heat, the provided AC/FAN machine helped cool the space effectively. Although initially advertised, the laundry was unavailable, but the manager promptly addressed the issue. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, especially with the supermarket nearby. While the apartment is clean with a spacious balcony, there's no mountain view. Communication with the helpful reception staff is recommended for any needs or requests to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Our stay at Le Genepy was truly exceptional! We just visited this month, the apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Chamonix, with convenient access to a supermarket and numerous shops. The service was outstanding—the friendly and attentive ladies at reception went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Le Genepy again on my next visit to Chamonix. Highly recommended!

Friendly welcome on arrival at the reception at the nearby sister hotel. Delighted to find we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. |Lovely apartment with cute balconies overlooking Mont Blanc. Good kitchen set up and big kitchen table. |Heated boot room on ground floor and lift up to the room.|Really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being near shops, ski bus stop and hire shops.
