There's a whole lot of one star ratings due to a controversy over the hotel being "racist". Fortunately, it had nothing to do with my experience at the hotel. The management was helpful and friendly at all times, and curated a welcoming, warm environment. Most importantly, they were efficient, making checking in, checking out, and everything in between a breeze. Room service was thorough and regular, and the hotel room was cleaner than most hotels I've been to, not to mention the fact that the rooms were roomy enough for an entire family.

Nice hotel at a very central location with large rooms for Swiss standards. Also, it has a very nice pool that does not use chlorine for sanitizing, but ozone, which is pleasant for people with chlorine allergies. Staff is helpful, but not overly friendly

Very good hotel, well placed for access to the rest of the town. Very close to the Coop supermarket. Rooms are small but with good facilities and comfy fold-away beds. Great pool and sauna facilities in the basement. Wonderful stay!

If you are Jew they don't rent you ski equipment.
