We stayed at Le Vincent for seven nights. It was a wonderful home base for our exploration of Quebec and some surrounding areas. The room was beautiful and charming, the bed was comfortable, the shower was luxurious, the service was excellent. The breakfast was served individually (not a buffet or serve-yourself) and the food and its presentation were of highest quality. The breakfast area was charming with sophisticated furniture and a floor painted in a creative pattern. Breakfast was served until 9:45 AM, much appreciated by late-rising guests.||Although there is no elevator, because the building is uniquely situated on a hill, the upper floors can be reached from an entrance on another street that requires only 3 steps. || The location in Quebec was good - out of the hectic tourist areas, but close enough for those who can walk and climb hills. Because the city is hilly, if you are on foot you will climb hills!|| Antonio and his staff were warm and very helpful. He made really good suggestions for things to see, and several staff members advised us of good nearby restaurants, and how to use public transportation (the bus) to visit Montmorency falls. We were also informed of a route to the lower old town area that did not require much uphill walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a really good part of our vacation in Q-city! ||||The only negative aspect - the wi-fi is pretty slow. Some of the time it was adequate, but sometimes it was not. For us, that was a minor inconvenience, easily tolerated while staying in such a beautiful place with a warm and helpful staff. Thank you Antonio!||||Perry and Nancy Duncan,Norfolk Virginia
