Best breakfast burrito in downtown that's not in a hotel. I ordered mine without meat and cheese for dietary restrictions and it was still amazing! I’m only in town for a week on business, it was a short walk from where I was staying.

I’m in town for less than a week. Staying at a nearby hotel, I wanted to find something within walking distance. We went here as I couldn’t find anything else close by that was open. The place is clean and conveniently located. They have plenty of outdoor seating. I got the acia bowl and my husband got the big breakfast burrito. I didn’t really like my bowl, but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to change my order. There were a lot of chunks of ice in it- it wasn’t smooth. The granola tasted weird, like chemicals. My husband loved his breakfast burrito. Ate all of it. So, I give them 4 stars. Maybe I should have ordered something else. There are a lot of other places to try, so I probably wouldn’t go back. But for $23 for two breakfasts, a bottled water, and an OJ, it’s not a bad deal.

Caveat I work in the building: I enjoy the food from this cafe, its always super fresh and is made very quickly. Their Steak Bleau Cheese Sandwich, Lasagna and Breakfast Burrito are worth the trip beyond the convenience. Its a little pricey but it is in a fancy high rise downtown so price has to pay the rent. Workers are also very helpful and have been here for years. Recommend!

One of the best breakfast burritos you can get in downtown.

Had the market sandwich flat iron with salad and aioli, it was tasty but bread could have been toasted. Price is fair, which it is always good

I had a large appetite having not eaten all day and "Appetite" definitely satisfied. My Cobb sandwich with turkey, avocado, tomatoes was super fresh and tasty. It was large and filled me up. The pea soup was good and the dessert brownie delicious. The seating area is very comfortable with nice booths and cleanliness is A+. Highly recommended for lunch, not dinner since they close at 4pm
