10 Places to See Silicon Valley History IRL

"There are a few garages that are thought to be part of profound changes in the way we live our lives, and one of them is in the northern California town of Los Altos. It’s here that Steve Jobs, the heart and soul of Apple Computers, grew up. The plain old suburban garage at 2066 Crist Drive in Los Altos, California, is said to be the birthplace of Apple computers. But that might be a bit of plain old urban myth. The simple home is generally seen as the place where much of the foundation of Apple was developed, and it’s been depicted—perhaps with a little wishful thinking—as the epicenter of the creativity and genius of a few young geeks who “thought differently.” That is certainly one point of view, seen in popular culture and movies like Pirates of Silicon Valley. However, this might be an overstatement at best. In a 2014 interview, co-founder of Apple Steve Wozniak said “[w]e did no designs there, no breadboarding, no prototyping, no planning of products. We did no manufacturing there.” According to Wozniak, it was more of a practical solution to their lack of available funds. “The garage didn’t serve much purpose, except it was something for us to feel was our home,” said Wozniak. “We had no money. You have to work out of your home when you have no money.” Still, the garage is seen as the birthplace of Apple Computers. Now and then people are seen taking photos of themselves in front of what today has been declared a historic landmark by the Los Altos Historical Commission." - ATLAS_OBSCURA

Google
⸻ A beautifully designed Apple Store, as expected — it’s the only part of the Apple headquarters that’s open to the public. There’s a scale model of the Apple Park campus inside, which helps give you a sense of the overall layout and design. They also sell location-exclusive t-shirts, but honestly, they weren’t that impressive. Worth a quick visit if you’re an Apple fan or interested in architecture, but don’t expect too much beyond the store itself.

Google
🍎 A must for Apple fans — and even if you’re not, it’s worth the visit! The architecture is stunning, the space feels super futuristic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve got exclusive merch you won’t find at any other Apple Store. Great spot for photos and souvenirs! 📸🛍️

Google
This is one of the best visitor centers I’ve been to—and definitely one I’d recommend if you’re in the San Francisco area. The Apple Visitor Center is a perfect blend of Apple’s vision and design: elegant, sleek, and beautifully simple. You can explore a 3D immersive model of Apple Park, check out the latest Apple products, and even enjoy a great cup of coffee while you’re there.

Google
On the surface it is essentially very similar to the majority of other Apple stores, however this is essentially the public centerpiece of the new Apple Campus. Architecturally the building is surprisingly cool for what at a certain level is a glass box, but who else would spare no expense and have curved glass corners? A cool spot that is worth the visit if you are nearby, and they also have some pretty cool merch that is unique to the visitor centre.

Ton T

Google
This is about as close to the Apple campus as the public gets. On the outskirts of the technological donut this futuristic structure has a campus model, a store and cafe for visitors to enjoy.

Google
I enjoyed the 2nd floor there and slept but the food options were limited. You can bring your laptop to work and there should be more food options. Coffee was good. It was an Apple logo and it cost $4.

Google
This place is very nice. Especially Apple users. We can buy Apple original goods like Magcup, T shirts, Apple devices. I bought magcup as souvenir for my wife. Building and soeounding are nice. This magcup is made in Japan and available nowhere else. And many furnitue are also made in Japan.

Ally L

Google
This is a basically an easily accessible Apple store that is well-stocked with employees. The only difference is that there are bathrooms and a cafe, where they sell drinks at a discount for Apple employees. The stairs up lead to outside tables where you can get a fettered glimpse of Apple Park building.

Yelp
Love this place! It was the visitor center of the Apple headquarters. I'm an Apple lover so this was so cool to see. Very well organized and clean. The staff were very helpful and provided amazing service. It was cool to see the interactive map with the iPad of the headquarters. Be sure to check out the upstairs as well that had a nice patio area. So glad we decided to take the trip to see this!

Yelp
We found it very disappointing, and were offended to be followed by Apple Security. Of course, we were there about 10:30 pm.

Yelp
This place is cool to go to every once in awhile as a local, and to bring people from out of town. Free entrance= good value Parked in garage underneath, didn't know there was a garage here before. Went to the far side that has the huge table model of Apple Park. You go to a desk on the one side to get an iPad that does AR when you point it at the model. Pretty cool and get to learn a little about the various buildings on campus. Went upstairs to the overlook. It's nice, but would be WAY better of you had a clear view of the main Circle building. Too many trees in the way. Then went downstairs to the Cafe Mac's, ordered a hazelnut latte coffee and raspberry coated pretzels. Both really nice! Highly recommend! Service at Mac's was quick and friendly. Selection was great and prices good too. Was there close to 5pm so got to see them closing up the huge glass doors. They rotate open-closed and are driven by an electric motor controlled behind the counter at Mac's. Lastly visited the Mirage glass sculpture just to the outside of one end of the visitor center (closest to the huge ApplePark table model) Will be back again!

Yelp
Located right around a wall of the Apple Store of the Visitor Center, Caffe Macs serves mostly coffees and drinks and some light snacks. There's an iPad disguised as a kiosk and it takes touch to pay. There's outdoor seating on the terrace of the building that overlooks the space ship looking HQ (mostly hidden by trees tho). The apple cider (not always available) and juice made from apples of Apple Park is absolutely amazing. The mocha is also yummy and they do cute latte art sometimes on the hot drinks (unfortunately not on iced versions)

Yelp
Designed by Foster and Partners, you approach freshly planted olive trees and the building emerges the closer you get. The roof is made out of carbon fiber and noticeably super thin, for architecture nerds you can geek out for a long time. You can see an obsession with alignment, gaps continue from ceiling to wall in one unbroken line and the 4 corners have very impressive pieces of rounded glass. I came to buy an iPhone 16 pro for an overseas friend and the visitor center was one of the only places nearby that had it in stock. Parking is rough, even with an early appointment we still had to park in the underground structure. It's hard getting in and out because people are waiting and blocking parts of the parking lot closest to the entrance. Inside is broken into 4 zones. There is a cafe on one side, the middle part is the store and display, and the other side is a behind the scenes area with a scale model of the Apple Campus. There is seating upstairs for you to get a nice view. Their exclusive merchandise is very good if you are a big fan of Apple. Their team did a really good job choosing designs and brands that are aligned with Apple and not just random junk with their logo slapped onto it. The bathrooms downstairs are also a must visit, super well designed and feels like you are in a 5 star hotel.

Yelp
Despite the crowd on a Sunday the service was pretty organized and every person even the security kept their smile on and happy spirit. They informed me with all the details I need to know and suggestions that I can make. The guys who helped us went an extra mile to show us how cool the latest IOS 18 on his phone. We also had coffee at the cafe, it was good mild not strong but the triple chocolate cake was out of this world Delicious!

Yelp
The last time we visited the Cupertino Apple Store, it was located at 1 Infinite Loop -- we still have the t-shirts. After reading about Apple Park, we had to make sure to visit during our short stay. We arrived around 11:30am to a packed parking lot but got lucky with a car leaving a spot right in front just as we drove in. Spectacular place! Beautiful, thoughtfully designed, spacious and bright. The large surrounding glass walls brought in the natural light. The immersive AR model of the Apple campus is so cool. Apart from the main/store area where most of the crowd hung out, there was more than enough comfortable seating at the cafe, rooftop or outside. The views from the rooftop were picture perfect. The restrooms were large and clean. We bought t-shirts for ourselves and our kids. The Apple staff were all engaging and very helpful.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - We watched you build all things Apple. The campus, visitor center, surrounding buildings, etc. It would be so cool if you gave tours of the "campus," probably the #1 question asked. There is an interactive iPad in the entrance with the model of the campus. Also an employee who gives lectures, history, answers questions, shares information, etc. Atmosphere - What a cool, beautiful, architecture advanced place. And on top of that, a great ACed place to take a break. We used to cycle here, take a break, get snacks, hang out on the rooftop patio, etc. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 7pm. Private events available. Parking can be tricky, mainly due to the excessive visitors and narrow parking lot. Plus everyone tries to park up front. Service - Good, above average/good service. Partly due to the close proximity to the corporate office. Partly due to excess employees, a positive thing. Partly due to all the security guards. Price - Free to visit. Normal Apple prices for products and services at no extra cost at this location. A few "tourist" merchandise items for sale. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1976; wishing I bought your stock then. Wish I never sold your stock...

Yelp
Beautiful view of Apple mothership, lots of space, slightly pricey food (it's Apple), with limited edition swag. We visited here like tourists during WWDC week and they sold special shirts, limited edition mugs (throwback to the Apple logo from the 90s). The staff are polite and answered all my questions. Bathrooms are on another floor. The rooftop has a nice view, check it out, you'll have to take the elevator up.

Yelp
A great experience with Rondo as he helped my elderly aunt buy a phone and transfer data. He was so kind and patient. He had her hold each one to make sure she got the right one for her hand. He stayed through his lunch break to make sure everything transferred correctly and that she had a short tutorial on how to use it. Love this store and especially Rondo.

Yelp
Love this place! Modern architecture, clean and tidy place. Very friendly service. Will be back

Yelp
Upon arriving here, I thought Apple Park is pretty neat. Modern architecture design and lots of natural light. My friend and I went to the cafe and ordered from the iPad. We headed upstairs and it brings you to the rooftop area that overlooks Apple campus. There is an Apple Store next to the cafe. I was hoping we would've been able to check it out but they were about to close and didn't let anyone else enter when we walked over.

Yelp
Perfect place to visit on the weekend with family and friends. They have a 3D display of the Apple center and you can borrow an iPad to view the structure. They also have an Apple Store and a cafe next to it. Upstairs has an outdoor seating area.
google avatar

Mike H.

Yelp
I have reason to be at the Apple Park visitors center a few times a year and I am glad for it. They have many of newest items and it is just a really cool and unique experience. So many friendly staff to answer questions and explain all the different features. I always buy shirts here too. They have a few that are unique to Apple Park, so that is fun Lastly, take a minute to walk up the stairs to see the observation deck. Can see the ring of the building over the trees.

Catarina V.

Yelp
Overall negative experience and poor impression of the Apple Store employees. The first employee we asked for assistance passed us off to another employee with no urgency and notable delay. The second employee declined to assist us with transferring data to our new phone because she didn't want to run the risk that it may not finish transferring before her shift ended and complained that she still had 40-45 minutes before she could go home. She continued to make a number of remarks that were irrelevant to our transaction and bordering on disrespectful. She also peeled off my screen protector that I painstakingly applied and couldn't explain why she did that. I'm accustomed to employees in places of business conducting themselves in dress and behavior with professionalism and that was not what I saw on this visit. What I did see a lot of were employees with exposed forearm tattoos, 5-6 inch gauge earrings in length, wearing shorts, and open toed shoes. I didn't appreciate the poor standard of service or presentation and I will certainly not be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
Located in Cupertino, this is an informational place with plenty of parking just across the street from the Apple Headquarters designed under the final vision of the company's well known founder, Steve Jobs. Love him or hate, he revolutionized technology in a way no other person has. The thoughtfulness of the decisions he made around building Apple's headquarters is amazing. Worth visiting just see where all the decisions by this juggernaut company is made.
google avatar

Yelp
A coffee shop that is absolutely beautiful. If you are seeking something like this to think, be inspired, or just because... this is it. As per usual with spots like this, the earlier the better or risk a crowd. The biggest complement I can give is to tell people not to come so I can have it to myself but I wouldn't do that. AND yes, the coffee is about normal price from similar spaces.
google avatar

Leeana B.

Yelp
Great experience for families and for those who want to get a glimpse of the tech world of Silicon Valley. The visitor center offers a cafe, store, virtual tour of Apple Park, and a rooftop view of the infinity loop with seating. The place is clean, minimalist and modern. The coffee shop area offers a variety of drinks, pastries and a spacious seating for those looking to get work done, or just hang out. Items are reasonably priced and things are packaged in eco friendly materials. The store is busy and looks just like a big Apple Store. Nothing much different there. The third section of the building is a spacious room that is occupied by a model sculpture of the entirety of Apple Park that can be virtually toured through the iPads that are given to you by the staff upon entering the room. It's a pretty cool experience.

Yelp
SHHHHHHH. Don't tell anyone, but I'm an Android girlie. BUT, when my coworker wanted to show me the Apple headquarters after a day of training, we headed to the Apple Park Visitor Center! Let's just say, it was something to see! FIRST - located directly across from the Apple campus, the glass visitor center features a large seating area and cafe, a rooftop with killer views along with a scaled model of the entire campus. SECOND - speaking of the scale model, staff is accessible to assist with viewing the campus via Ipad - which allows visitors to see the actual, real insides of the buildings, in real time! My coworker and I were able to zoom into the visitors center and see us, right there! Seriously, so cool and a unique way to see into the state of the art, smart building. THIRD - the staff is seriously helpful and cool, allowing for all the questions, giving insider tips and cool features of the visitor center (like to glass fence structure across the way!) With Silicon Valley at your fingertips, make this a stop for info and a picnic before exploring more!

Yelp
Late post: April 4, 2023 I was not sure which iPad to buy as a gift. I was greeted by a very welcoming team and Elijah came to guide me through my shopping experience. Elijah provided me with excellent customer service and extra TLC to my furbaby. Kudos to Elijah.
google avatar

Eddy G.

Yelp
The Apple Park visitor center is pretty neat all things considered, but it wasn't quite everything I had hoped for. For a long time, I have wanted to see the new Apple campus up close. I was hoping to get a good look at it by either driving by, or going to the visitor center. Unfortunately, you just can't really get a good look at it, unless you work for Apple. The visitor center was gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but I still didn't get to see the main building hardly at all. Not even from the roof deck of the visitor center. I picked up an overpriced souvenir shirt from the shop, and got a shockingly good $5 latte from the cafe. Unfortunately though, aside from the proximity to the main Apple HQ and the cafe, the visitor center is just kind of a regular Apple Store.
google avatar

Jill O.

Yelp
If I could rate the Apple Park Visitor Cafe more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. My cup of hazelnut latte with oat milk came with personalized latte art!!! Attached photo. Apparently, they only serve it like this if there is enough time to make. I'm thrilled! And, it tastes even better!
google avatar

Kateland V.

Yelp
Still will definitely recommend this Apple Store if y'all have a chance to visit the Bay Area. It is now 100% opened and the rooftop balcony is open, when I visited there a year ago during thanksgiving break. Caffe Mac's has pretty good espresso shots; I grabbed a pumpkin spice latte there despite the cup being a little bit smaller. Not sure if the Apple Park 3D model table where you explore the Apple Park and its surroundings is open but you get to see it in AR with an iPad Pro. Also grab a souvenir there; the shirt designs change every September when an iPhone event happens.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Every time our out-of-town friends visit us we bring them here & they load up on Apple merch that are only available here. Then after they have spent their $$ supporting Corporate America we grab coffee & snacks in the coffee bar before moving on to other outings
google avatar

Alyssa C.

Yelp
Beautiful surrounding area, and the building feels very futuristic and modern. It's a very serene study spot, especially the rooftop tables. I did not need to purchase anything at the Apple store but it was super busy, as was the cafe area. There are plenty of places for outdoor seating which was nice. Parking lot was full but they have lots of spaces in the garage as well. Not much to do besides the cafe/store but as a study area it is great.
google avatar

Yelp
I do I love thee, let me count my Apple products! I've been living under the delusion that all Apple stores are created like. I'm here to tell you that the Apple Park Visitor Center is in a class by itself. I don't even know where to begin because there's so much fun and amazing products at this location. Let's start off by their virtual reality center. The staff will hand you an iPad and you hold it up against this 3-D image, and magic happens! There definitely is some AI/machine learning going on here. What appears plain before your eyes, completely changes when using the iPad. Everything comes to life. Or we could talk about the café. That's right! There is a European café, that features, amazing coffee, drinks, pastries, and yes, even food. Comfortable little tables and chairs, both inside and out to enjoy your favorite coffee drink or a meal of your choosing. The prices are fairly reasonable , and it definitely is an experience to be had. But wait... We haven't even gotten to the good part yet. The sales floor has every Apple product you could possibly dream of, and all the ones that many of the stores don't carry on the floor. And just when you think you've seen it all, they have an area where they have T-shirts. Yes, this is the only store that carries T-shirts and baby onesies. What's crazy is that they can't keep the T-shirts in stock, and if you're going there with the intent of purchasing one, you definitely want to get there first thing in the morning because I can guarantee by mid morning they will be out of most sizes, and they don't restock during the day. The staff is immeasurably helpful and friendly, and it definitely feels like Steve Jobs has a presence. There's just something about the landscape, the architecture, and the overall design that just feels like he's present. If you're in the area, you definitely don't want to miss the big spaceship looking building across the way. It's a hot tip to Steve Jobs, and it's where many employees call home/work place. It's a fun store, and it's a must stop by if you're in the area. You won't leave empty handed!
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
You can get Apple lattes at the cafe!! Just request it from the friendly barista :) Cool space to hang out! Lots of seating inside and outside in a very aesthetically Apple-designed place There's a nice AR exhibit, Apple Store, and hangout area on the main floor. The top floor patio is great for photo shoots. More parking on the basement floor and it's free!

Ana M.

Yelp
Took a drive down to visit this place, it was a beautiful day in Cupertino. The grounds are beautiful, the glass building is beautiful. Took an iPad virtual tour of the apple ring. Their is an apple store and a cafe. We couldn't go upstairs due to an event. You could walk about 1/2 block and view a tiny area of the actual ring. Other then that it's not worth the time or the drive. I was hoping they had a museum with history of apple, maybe history pieces etc.. but nothing. Apple, pls do better.....disappointed.

Yelp
Tuesday 10/22/2024 iPhone 16 Pro Max MagSafe Case experience with Nicholas. Nicholas was very helpful and after explaining my issue he went and exchanged a new case for me without any hassle. ITS THESE TYPES OF GREAT EXPERIENCES THAT KEEP ME IN APPLE's ECOSYSTEM. THANKS NICHOLAS!

Yelp
We lost everything in the Eaton fire. I have an iPhone 12 with a known factory defect that makes it impossible to hear calls. Apple support sent us on a wild goose chase to have it fixed by Best Buy and T-Mobile despite it being a factory defect acknowledged by Apple. Apple has refused to help us and the senior support agent was beyond rude and insulting. We are homeless and without a working phone. I am disgusted by Apple's treatment of us at our most vulnerable. I will NEVER touch another Apple product again.

Elizabeth F.

Yelp
With Apple Store and cafe. Beautiful rooftop view with spacious seating. Clean and peaceful. Visitors from all over the world. Bring friends or family for a chill afternoon.

Yelp
It was on my to do list for such a long time so was super excited to visit the Apple Park Visitor Center. Plenty of parking, and it wasn't crazy busy on Saturday afternoon. I had to get a cup of coffee with Apple logo: it was pretty good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. You can find plenty of seats outside, and you can also go to the upstairs area to enjoy the views. There is a model view of the Apple campus so it's a cool thing to see for those who love things like that. My favorite thing was all the merchandise that you can only buy at this store: cool reusable totes and some tshirts. Overall, it's a cool to do thing if you are in the area but I wouldn't go out of your way to see it.
google avatar

Samson W.

Yelp
I have been here a few times already. It's the ideal place to get Apple products without having to go to the mall. There's a display of the Spaceship. Also a great place to take a workshop. Must say that Joe is a wonderful instructor and cares a lot. Will go around and ask if you are doing well. Make sure to check out the cafe which only this place has. After so many times, I finally had a coffee. Wonderful iced mocha. As perfect Starbucks or Peet's. I definitely recommend spending some time here especially to check the third floor where you can see the Spaceship or the headquarters.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
Had to check out the visitor center at Apple HQ! Was hoping to see more info about the history of the company but it was pretty much an Apple store with a few merchandise options exclusively for Apple HQ. There is a nice rooftop area to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
Flagship Apple Store next to the Spaceship Apple HQ. The architecture design, Apple Products and, my favorite, hot chocolate at the cafe makes this place Uber enjoyable. It had limited accessibility during the pandemic lockdowns and is now fully open again. Be sure to check out the view on the room and the cool model of the whole Spaceship Apple Campus on the ground floor. It is really an amazing building. So much glass. Definitely worth a visit.
google avatar

Kris M.

Yelp
Another pleasant experience at the Apple Park Store. Unfortunately, I had to return/exchange a faulty band, but fortunately Eva helped me out with my transaction. Again, super helpful and knowledgeable, making it an easy and seamless transaction. A+

Yelp
I am not a tech geek... but I am glad I visited Apple visitor center when I was in NorCal. It was actually not bad at all. The entire first floor is a big Apple store. Nothing really different from your local Apple store. I think the Apple store in the Grove in LA is actually prettier than this flagship store since there is a HUGE tree in the middle of the store. But anyways, it was cool that they had a cafe next to the store. We decided to chill there and enjoy a cup of joes just to feel what's it like to be part of the tech craze. The second floor has bunch of chairs... You can see the HQ's circular shape a little better but nothing else really to see up there. Since I visited Google headquarter and had free lunch and snacks there, I was hoping Apple will spare visitors some goodies or souvenirs. Nope. Nothing at all like that. Except, for ladies only - you can get tampons and pads at the bathroom for free! I randomly saw some popping out of the machine and couldn't help but taking a few as souvenirs. Hey, at last, I got something free from Apple!
google avatar

Michelle W.

Yelp
From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here! You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes! Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!

Yelp
There's some parking in their parking lot. The place isn't that big, but they do sell unique shirts you can't find in other Apple retailers. I wish they sold more unique watch bands that only you can get from here, which would've made it more special. They also have a cafe center with tables and chairs where you can order coffee and food. At the top of the stairs, it's an outside view with more tables and chairs for sitting. Overall, a nice place to visit for first time and checking out!
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
If you're an Apple fan and even remotely in the area I can't imagine not coming here. I thought it was such a unique and interesting place. Some people might not realize it, but the visitor's center is across the street from Apple Park, the headquarters of Apple. The foliage hides it pretty well when you're at ground level. With rare exceptions this is the closest that most of the general public will even get to it. You can actually see a little more of Apple Park from the open air observation deck that is on the second floor. The building itself is certainly unusual. All of the "walls" on the first floor are some form of curved or straight glass. The end of the first floor is for limited time experiences such as a virtual reality experience when I was there. The other end of the first floor is a cafe. In the middle is pretty much a standard Apple Store, except for one big exception. They have limited-time merchandise (such as t-shirts and caps) that only can be purchased in person at this location. The observation deck I mentioned on the second floor has plenty of seats, tables, and picnic tables to sit at. It was a pleasant place to sit and relax while enjoying a drink or snack. Before you leave make sure that you check out the fancy bathrooms located in the basement.

Yelp
I hope an Apple employee reads this and you start changing your parking rules/guidelines. I've visited twice now to purchase Apple products and both times I've parked in visitor parking on the first floor of the garage. Both times I've been harassed by security about parking and whether I'm an employee, which I'm not. Even after stating I'm not, security asks again like they don't believe me and then follow me. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be back to this location. Security threatening to ticket visitors and harassing them is NOT okay. Put some signs in the parking garage and get rid of your aggressive security officers.

Yelp
The order was quickly fetched, with plenty of phones and watches on demo to help make the order. Furthermore, the barista who wrote my Mom's name on her latte is the best!

Yelp
Regular Apple Store with a rooftop terrace and a few extras, mainly a tourist trap with not that many cool tourist options to do. Has a coffee bar with some options

Yelp
This a quick stop if you're in the area. Nothing exciting really, unless you really love apple. There's a cafe inside that had lattes and teas. The viewing area at the top has tables and is much quieter than the Apple Store and cafe area. Drinks are fairly priced, less than a regular coffee shop.

Yelp
Fun place to visit! The parking lot was full even on a Monday afternoon, but there was plenty more parking in the parking garage lower level which is for visitors and the elevator takes you basically right to the entrance of the Apple Store. Had a vanilla latte at the cafe and it was pretty good just a tad on the too sweet side though. The chairs seemed kind of basic and uncomfortable for working for long periods of time. The cafe aesthetic is clean, but lacking a bit of character and decor. The selection of drinks and pastries are decent and pricing is average. Kudos for the latte coming with a cool Apple logo as latte art with my initial in it! The store has some unique items like apparel that you won't find in any other Apple Store. They have a section showing off the Apple Park design with is pretty cool. The terrace has a "view" of Apple Park which is pretty much blocked by a bunch of trees though lol Overall fun place to visit for a first time, but unless it's the closest Apple Store to you it's not worth the parking hassle or extra time taken to visit.

Yelp
I'm solidly a part of Apple Gang. That said, this place is literally just a giant Apple Store with a cafe, rooftop seating, and overpriced products. Nothing about it makes me feel like I'm at a visitor center. I went to the rooftop to view the office ring, but I could only see the side of it because the building is so massive. I was not impressed by this view. I saw the exclusive shirts they were selling and thought they were pretty nice, until I saw that they were $40. Their tote bags are also $25. In typical Apple fashion, even the souvenirs are expensive. I'd basically be paying just to advertise them wherever I walked. No thanks! I got a cappuccino for $4. Honestly, it was a pretty solid coffee, smooth and balanced. I was pleasantly surprised. The size of the cappuccino was pretty small, though. I think it's a bit smaller than a Tall drink from Starbucks. I walked about an hour to get here from my friend's place, and honestly, the best part about it was probably the journey/the amount of exercise I was getting from walking there and back.

Yelp
This is an interesting place, not just a typical apple store. The coffee shop is overpriced, but has a lot if options. Everything Apple is overpriced. The staff were nice and she offered me an iPad to see the interactive view of the model. I learned a lot how Apple utilizes the natural energy effectively.

Yelp
We finally checked out the Apple Park Visitor Center at Apple HQ in Cupertino. We like the architecture design of this Apple Park Visitor Center and we also purchased 2 exclusive Apple T-shirts that we cannot get it at other Apple stores or anywhere else. You can walk up the stairways to the rooftop to enjoy the scenery there.

Yelp
Amazing minimalist building design in an indescript area. The massive curved floor-to-ceiling glass walls/doors were impressive to see. Floating-ceiling and no-sharp-angle-stairwells were wonderful subtle touches adding volumes to the clean modern lines elsewhere. Anyone with you not interested in Apple or even tech in general will still enjoy the visit.... if they have any interest in architecture, design and grounds landscaping. Go upstairs and you get a view of their Apple Park "Spaceship". While up on the roof-top observation deck, notice the 3-layers thick glass panels, with the deck covering creating this amazing light that comes through. It's a beautiful space and environment, everyone in the store and cafe was helpful. Lastly the AR section with the model table was quite enjoyable.
