I originally booked for 5 days and ended up staying for 8 — I would have happily stayed longer if the rooms hadn't already been reserved! This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already planned to return for the final days of my Laos trip. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well cared for, a real testament to the dedication of the staff. The location is ideal — right in the heart of everything, just a short walk to the night market, great restaurants, Grasshopper Yoga, and the excellent training restaurant, Khaiphen. My room was on the second floor with a lovely little balcony and a day bed. Every afternoon, it felt like I was coming home. One of the highlights of my stay was getting to know the owners, Nou and Jimmy, and their warm and friendly manager, Li. They’re incredibly kind, full of local insights, and always up for a good chat about life, the universe, and everything in between! This place has such a welcoming, relaxed vibe — I can’t recommend it enough.

The guesthouse is located in an amazing spot, right near the center but in a quiet street. The manager was extremely sweet and helped us get last minute train tickets to Vang Vieng… If it wasn’t for her we would’ve been stuck in Luang Prabang for a couple more days which did not fit into our itinerary. The room was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning and a fan. It was very cozy. Recommend!!

Beautiful guesthouse in an excellent location. The alley location means it is quiet but close to restaurants, night market, National Museum, Wats, and Mekong river. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea on the shared balcony (some rooms have private balcony). WiFi excellent at all times. Lao family owned who speak perfect English and are so friendly. Highly recommend this as a place to stay!

A charming, lovely place to stay in Luang Prabang, our room was comfortable, with a communal balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of tea, perfectly situated, only a short walk to the main Street and near The Mekong River where there are many restaurants. AC worked well, along with wifi. Friendly staff who can organise trips etc Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, decent value for money (although we paid an inflated rate for the new year period). Very simple and basic but clean and with comfy beds. Would prefer if the family room was one of the rooms with a private balcony and if the shower was better (low pressure and wouldn't attach to the shower holder so bit of a hand held job). Would stay again and do recommend overall for a basic family room on a budget.

Wonderful two nights here in the heart of Historic Town. 5 minutes walk to night market, 30 seconds to Mekong River and surrounded by wonderful cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious with a large double bed and private bathroom, and good air conditioning. The owner was amazing. So helpful from check in and helped us get last minute train tickets also. I would highly recommend this small family run business to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Great value! The manager woman was very helpful. We had a room with A balcony and AC. She can hook you up with everything you need from renting scooters to getting train tickets or visiting the waterfalls. My advice would be to book this room then come here and figure out your schedule from there. Additional comments,.. the best thing to do here is walk around and enjoy the architecture. Baked goods are great. Our best food was from cheaper places where others are eating . The Waterfalls and buffalo dairy are more tourist type areas... and wouldn't be on my recommended list. At least for anyone who isn't posting to Instagram. Ride from The airport is like $6-7 and easily done there. There's one company and they're fair. There Doesn't seem to be a seedy scammer culture here. Which was a nice surprise. Sim card is $4. Internet is great like most of SE Asia. It's 100 percent better than my crap t mobile USA provider. This is a town for architecture and chill vibes. Massages are the best value of anywhere. If you're looking for a backpacking party hang out scene, then go elsewhere.

Perfect location and service. The owner is lovely, helped us a lot and managed to get train tickets in chrismas day. The room is clean and comfertable, quiet. There is a nice balcony to seat, with free coffee and water. Thank you very much!
