The service is excellent, with staff ready to assist and answer any questions. It’s the perfect spot to explore the latest tech, try products, and enjoy a premium shopping experience. Highly recommended… just be ready to max out your card, because everything is tempting!

This is not just a store! This is a whole experience !!! The architecture of the building is amazing and so beautiful. The employees were so helpful and on standby to answer any questions we had ! Will be stopping again in the future for sure!!!

I was really excited to go pick up my new IPhone today. I opted to have them let me set up the phone as well. In addition to being a chaotic process as is there, the lady assigned to me- Laura- was one of the worst customer reps I have encountered. She was rude, demeaning, short and smirked a couple times I asked questions too. She was doing that to others as well so I hope others take the time to write a review about her also. I have a Masters degree but I’m not an expert on Apple products like they are. They are supposed to make you feel comfortable and assist you not make you wish you didn’t get your new phone. Thankfully a lady named Sarah and then Dane both assisted me with patience and just niceness. Please avoid Laura if you go there or better yet go to the Lincoln Park location. Trust me, if you are dropping all this money at their store you deserve to at least not have your joy robbed.

The specialist who assisted me on February 1st, Maia F, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout our interaction. She explained the products I was interested in with clarity and confidence, answered my questions thoughtfully, and maintained a calm, positive, and polished demeanor that made the entire experience feel welcoming and efficient. What impressed me most was her level of professionalism at such a young age. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and represents Apple extremely well. Having past experience as a store manager myself, I felt it was important to take the time to recognize her efforts. I would have loved to share this feedback directly with the store manager if there were a clear way to do so, as positive experiences like this deserve to be highlighted just as much as concerns. Great store and this is the best location bc it’s huge and modern and has so much staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. Free bathrooms and training for your devices. Book in advance for trying the VR glasses that is an amazing experience. Comfortable seating and fun to try all the phones and iPads and VR and laptops.
