Absolutely amazing! This is an investor/product enthusiast's dream come true. One of the few corporations that allow for the public to come inside and see their facility. A lot of guided activities and food is also available. The campus is a true behemoth!

Went in to buy the latest iPhone 17 pro max and was happily waiting for one. Turns out all they had in stock was one sock and started bunning up infront of me but I allowed it and said mans calm with it . Since they got too comfortable they started talking about pricing of their clothing due to the zaza being too loud but it’s okay I don’t think negative since I know the feeling of being down just hope there’s better service next time and allowed it since I should align my thoughts with other people

To whom it may concern at Apple although you may never see this I hope you do. I had bought my wife an iPod air years ago. It is registered under my Apple ID. She died of cancer in May 2023 now I was able to unlock it then cause I remembered her passcode and I changed the login to my thumbprint. In January of 2025 I was hospitalized for open heart surgery triple bypass mind you. I used it almost every day while I was there so when I got home from the hospital, I kind of put it away in my recovery and didn’t think much of it finally when I pulled it out and charged the battery I go to access it with my thumbprint and it won’t work it won’t read my thumbprint. I don’t remember what her passcode. I was locked out. It’s going back a while now I want to use it. So I go to the Apple Store to get it unlocked and to my horror they tell me they have to erase everything all my late wife’s pictures and data you got to be kidding me this is unacceptable. Unacceptable on so many levels that you would do that to my memories of my wife on that iPad. That’s the only way, with all those geniuses you have that’s the only way is to erase everything. Despicable.

A Silicon Valley tech Mecca, with much modern Apple appliance appeal and presentations with helpful tips and tricks. Needs more VR and AR pads for the spaceship AR model. Rooftop terrace with view of spaceship was closed for some unknown reason.

It's very disappointing to visit this visitor center because it's just a apple store to sell apple products. I didn't see any history and development of the Apple company. I didn't see any evidence of the Steve Jobs. It's hard to believe that such giant company doesn't pay attention to it's long development history, and don't pay any attention to the milestones of the achievements! Do not visit it and definitely not worth to spend your time there!

This was a great experience! We were traveling thru the area and decided to stop on a whim! We loved walking thru the Apple Store and getting the iPad at the service desk to get a virtual tour of Apple Park! Very neat area! And very well thought out! There was a photography class going on in the Apple Store when we went inside and we joined right in and enjoyed learning more. What a great idea to have regular classes in there. They know how to catch the attention of their buyers!

Apple Customer services is appalling. 38.40 was taken from my Revolut account for Apple package. I have not used an Apple package. I have deleted finance cards from Apple wallet. It's such a shame. It's stressful and upsetting. Europe. about six emails sent to ask for the refund of the incorrect charge.
