Inconsistent/odd energy from the staff at this location. I came in to have help setting up my new MacBook Air and get assistance with an old one. I walked in the first level and approached a staff member to ask where to go for my appointment. She seemed confused as to why I was walking up to her, then proceeded to look me up and down with a tone of suspicion as she directed me where to go. Maybe it’s because I was carrying my laptops in a backpack? The employees upstairs were more friendly. Anyways, when they began my appointment a staff named Art helped me. Although his service was friendly, he was helping several other customers at the same time as me and his attention was divided throughout my set up process. He also didn’t know what one of the apps does on my new laptop. I asked him to ask someone please and he did but I felt during the session that I was slightly burdening. I asked about another app and he said “no one really uses that.” Okay? He did apologize and I don’t think it’s his fault he was assigned several customers at once, but it left a less than desirable impression as a customer who was excited to learn about my new device.

I visited the Apple Store with a heavy heart for, my iphone SE was working fine except for the fact that it had no space left. I loved everything about my old phone- the size, the grip, the capabilities. It was a nice, simple elegant phone. I really didn’t want these newer larger ones. I hold onto my phones for many years. Hence I was not excited about this inevitability: the acquisition of a new phone. Fortunately I was assisted by 3 amazing human beings who took the time (a lot of time) to empathize, hear me and help me navigate this new road. Riyan spent a lot of time helping me through an otherwise anxiety-ridden experience (theres so much information here and it can be overwhelming), after he helped me Kevin D stepped and also was immensely kind and tried to help guide me through potential payment options and finally Christopher G ensured that I had everything I needed on my new phone and felt comfortable enough to be on my way. Im an old soul- Im not super keen on new technologies so these types of experiences can be daunting. I had been planning this trip to the Apple Store for 5 months and only just went in. Thanks to Riyan, Kevin D and Christopher G I left feeling pretty great and also excited to explore this new device. Many many thanks for your kindness and your time 💜🙏🏽

This store is very spacious and has a wide variety of products, including phone cases, charging cables, and phone stands. If you want to try out Apple products, I highly recommend visiting this store because they have everything available for testing!

The Apple store offers a unique shopping experience, with a large space and a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to explore the latest products and technologies of the brand. From the minimalist design to the orderly arrangement of the products, everything is carefully thought out to create a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. However, my experience in the Apple store was somewhat mixed. Despite the welcoming atmosphere, at one point I felt uncomfortable and stressed. It seemed as if some of the workers had a suspicious attitude towards me, as if they suspected that I could try to steal something. This feeling was disconcerting and disturbed my enjoyment of the shopping experience. However, once I made my purchase, the attitude of the employees changed drastically. Suddenly, they were friendly and helpful, as if the mere action of buying something validated my presence in the store. This abrupt transition in staff behavior was disconcerting and made me question whether my initial perception had been accurate. In general, the Apple store offers a pleasant environment to buy and explore innovative products, but my experience was tarnished by a moment of discomfort and perception of unequal treatment by the staff. It is important that all stores maintain a cozy and unprejudiced atmosphere for all their customers, regardless of their appearance or behavior.

Fantastic experience! Friendly staffs helped me purchase AppleCare using my gift card bought from Amazon, thanks to Anthony and other great people (sorry I didn’t remember all your names🥲). They are willing to cooperate together to help me solve the issue. They also hosted interactive workshops (thank you, Leo) to teach customers how to use their devices effectively (even some PRO tips😯). Hope people can stop by and enjoy these free sessions.

Very nice store, but do not ever choose it for order pickup. It feels more like a showroom than a store, and the attitude and competence of the sales and customer service staff are very disappointing for a company like Apple. This is the second time (I don’t learn!) they have messed up an order in three years. The most recent experience was the worst. I ordered an iPhone 16 and chose the WTC store for pickup because it was offering same-day pickup, and I needed the new phone since my old one was broken. When I arrived at the store, they didn’t have my order and offered no further explanation. When I got home (without a phone), I checked the order status and, to my surprise, found that my pickup order had been canceled because they were unable to process it in time and the pickup date had expired. So now I have a $1,000 charge on my card, no phone, and no order.

Apple is a terrific company. This location is just as clean and beautiful as all the others, with many employees available to help. But a retail store is only as good as its employees. I entered the lower level and asked if someone could clean the charging port on my IPhone. I was told to ask upstairs, at the Genus Bar. I did so. And was told, no. They don’t do that anymore. But they would be happy to sell me a new $1200 phone, I’m sure. Dreadful.

The staff in the second floor were not friendly. The stuff in green shirt didn’t had a name tag and supper rude. He definitely knows he won’t be hold accountable for his actions. His don’t give a dam attitude says it all.

Yelp
I love visiting this location because the staff is incredibly hands-on, and you won't end up spending your entire day there. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I wish I could remember the name of my associate--I believe her name was Nadia. Her sales associate number is 2701289476. Let me give you a quick rundown of why I came here and how I ended up coming back just a week after my first visit. I originally came in with the intention of upgrading my phone--your boy was still rocking an outdated iPhone 14 (I know, I know--super late). My sales associate, Ms. N, immediately showed me all the latest models and their features. I initially planned on getting the iPhone 16 Pro Max, but then I saw that the 16 Plus came in pink--my favorite color. I instantly changed my mind and went with that one instead. Ms. N didn't miss a beat--she adjusted without hesitation and got everything done quickly. Before I knew it, I was walking out with my new phone. As I was leaving, I noticed the new iMac--also in pink--and I almost lost it. I managed to resist that day and went home. But a week later, I came back just to take another look. From across the store, I spotted Ms. N. She wasn't busy, so I asked if she could assist me again. As always, she greeted me with a smile and explained everything clearly and confidently. By the end of our conversation, I was fully convinced--so I traded in my MacBook Air and walked out with a beautiful new pink iMac. Ms. N did not disappoint. She consistently delivers the level of service every customer hopes for--professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always with a smile on her face. She's quick, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. From now on, any Apple-related questions, concerns, or purchases--I'm coming back here and asking for her. She absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Honestly, she deserves a raise--10/10 experience.

Yelp
She began presenting the box of AirPods to other potential customers without even inviting me to listen or looking at me. I asked another employee to help me consider which AirPods to buy, the Pro or the AirPods 2. He was patient, smiled, and started to answer with helpful information and questions to understand what would be best for me. Then that first employee began speaking loudly to him, standing behind me with the couple, saying, "I'm going to help her in a minute." She did not look at me once or ask if I wanted to wait for her. She just told him she was going to help me later. I asked her to stop speaking over me and told her she did not need to worry about helping me. This is not the level of service I've come to expect from Apple. Wow! She took the device out of my hands without asking and then told the next employee he should stop helping me because she was going to help me next. She never asked if I wanted to work with her when she took the box or before loudly interrupting to say I would be working with her next. I did not want to work with her, especially after she took the AirPods box out of my hands without asking, saying, "I need to get that from you right now." The manager was apologetic and did not make me wait for a staff member who took the box without asking and spoke over me while I was explaining that I did not want to work with her. If you are looking for helpful and respectful service, Google "New York City Apple Store" and choose any other location. This was the first Apple Store where I have ever experienced something like this. The bottom line is this location lowers the standard of Apple customer service. I will not be returning. Do not shop here!

Yelp
Came in to get my computer looked at. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that could be done to fix it, but the staff still made the experience positive. They offered me great options, especially after learning I run a non-profit--they introduced me to setting up a business account, which was super helpful. The customer service was really good, and I left with valuable information even though my original issue couldn't be solved. Overall, a good experience!

Sharon ..

Yelp
Have to say it started off good, but then they took my phone to fix and never fixed it. They gave me a new phone without telling me that they were turning off my service and my carrier thought it was stolen. They assume people know more than they do and I was left in New York City without a working phone on vacation. Very scary as I was worried about getting lost from my group. The lack of communication and then using the 800 number was horrible. Passed around and just a terribly frustrating experience. Sad employees do not switch roles and realize how their lack of help makes really hurts the customer. Or maybe they do not care since they are apple!!

Yelp
So I randomly work right upstairs from the most efficient Apple Store I have ever been to. I went in twice last week once with an appointment once without. The service was ON point both times. Great job. Thanks

Yelp
Great experiences here particularly in the morning. I recently traded in my iPhone and Apple Watch and the process couldn't have gone smoother. Great customer service from both Jill and Hikari. They were calm, patient, friendly and just super cool people. I will definitely be back to this location after some mediocre experiences from other Apple Store locations. My tip is to go in the morning.

Yelp
This is located at the center of the Oculus and it's hard to miss. Great spot to chill and indulge in the air conditioning during the summerheat. Lots of staff here to help out as well. The staff here hold free workshops that give tips on fun features! They taught us some things I have never seen done on an iPhone! How to use portrait mode and cinematic videos were some highlights for me. The store is also dog friendly :)

Yelp
Was there today, My AT&T electronic device was giving me issues with the storage device iCloud, because I was running on outdated software from 2021- this is what Marvin has told me, And Kervon Junoir, and Marvin were helpful. These Three Kings are wonderful ( and there was a young lady I didn't get her name she was helpful as well ). Thanks again, If I'm in the area in The Westfield World Trade Center mall I'll come back to This Apple store, Instead of the Apple store on Flatbush Avenue near Barclays or Williamsburg in Brooklyn !!!!! Blessings to all !!!!

Yelp
Great service received from manager Priscilla who turned a "no I can't exchange a gift I received" from her coworker to a yes! I appreciated her humanity. Friendly service also received from Anthony, bubbly Samantha, Brightner, and Akai! They were knowledgeable and helpful.

Yelp
Walked into the Apple Store two days(04/03/2025) ago to replace my phone which blacked out during lunch break when I dropped it. After waiting came to be helped by the Genius named Edward. I was already visibly frustrated due to that I had to do this during lunch which was short. Idk if Edward took this personally but after the diagnostic he became very passive aggressive & condescending... he told me the price for a phone which was 699 for a replacement due to my apple care. To which I rubbed my head & said bluntly okay give me a new phone. Edward became confused and tossed my phone on the table(this should be on video) I asked him what are you doing I asked for a new phone. In his embarrassment instead of asking me he proceeded to say hey you shouldn't be rude to me which I said sir no one is rude to you I do not have time for your semantics please give me a new phone. We sorted that out After having an issue getting my serial number telling me they might have to take my phone 7 days for repair & give me a loaner.( I have a 14 the loaner was an 11) i rub my I begin to whisper to myself ooh this is useless Edward walks in my ear and emphatically raises his voice excuse me. Idk if he thought I was a child because I look younger but I am almost 40. This began to cause a loud discourse in the store since this was the second time he was condescending toward me. To which bleedmy (amazing associate btw) walked over and asked my issue. I told her that it seems like Edward was making it personal & it started to feel like this was coming off racist. To which she began to deescalate the situation sent Edward to the back calmed me down and made it possible for me to continue buying my phone which I almost refused to do. I've been buying iPhones since the iPhone 3 and I never had anything like this happen in the Apple Store. So I'm grateful for Bleedmy. Whom then directed me to Harley & Priscilla whom provided me with the amazing costumer service that I'm typically used to from apple . They made me feel comfortable after becoming upset they provided clarity & and anything they were confused about they went into extra depth to find the answer made me fall in love with apple all over again. At the end of it all I did end up repurchasing my replacement phone and I probably will be upgrading due to their suggestions. Bleedmy Harley & Priscilla exemplify the values of being an apple employee. Edward idk if he was having a long day but he can probably use a re-training on customer service.

Yelp
Apple World Trade Center is not a store I visit regularly for sure. I don't think there's a Apple Store in Manhattan that I haven't visited! When you become a Apple customer and you continue to enjoy the challenge of learning new technologies, it becomes an addiction. It's crazy how many of the features on my devices I don't use. If you visit this location it's like the others to me. The employees smile when I walk in and are eager to help. I sometimes wonder if they are paid a commission. My questions are always answered. I never hear them say they don't know or refer me elsewhere. If you live near this location check out any classes they offer. I would check the location near your home and schedule a class in advance. I need to look into a few classes soon!

Yelp
Needed to my battery replaced in my iPhone. Scheduled an appointment with the Genius Bar. Apple was very prompt, my phone issue was diagnosed, and confirmed super quick. The technician gave me a time to come back to pick up my device. While waiting for my phone repair, I checked out other great Apple products; iPhone 13 Pro, Mac book, fitness, music, and arcade products, etc. This store is phenomenal, and the service is the best, I have ever received in Apple store. What I love most is respecting my time, offering great customer service, and having a great product. The World Trade Center is the best Apple location (to date). Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. If you need to grab groceries, clothes, etc; Wholefoods is a block away, not to mention the beautiful stores in the WTC shoppes.

Yelp
Marcello was very helpful and knowledgeable! He was very patient in answering all of my questions and assisted me in choosing the right watch for me. I had a great experience working with him! Would come back again and ask for him! A+++

Yelp
This place isn't worth a rating. It doesn't even deserve a single star. The staff is rude and headquarters was even worse at getting a refund check issued. As an official Apple hater and I say long live Microsoft and Samsung

Yelp
The service here is absolutely a disgrace to Apple. My boyfriend and my brother had booked experiences for the Apple Vision Pro. When my BF tried to take a chair to sit down he was met with an undeserved attitude from one of the workers. She said that he couldn't sit down if he didn't book an appointment, but he did have an appointment and was waiting. Very rude, my boyfriend and I made a remark about how rude the woman was to us and that's when PJ raised her voice to my boyfriend and said " what did you just say "??!!!! Then she was extremely nasty to us and running her mouth as if this is some neighborhood deli. Super unprofessional and I would be embarrassed if she was working for my business.

Yelp
Efficient but not the warmest people on earth. So I lost my AirPod case and cannot live through a commute without my music. Panic ensued and I ran to this Apple Store. Now there are third generation AirPods and I only have the second generation. What is the difference? Surround sound said the salesperson. I decided to upgrade to the third generation airpods but now I need to order another case online or the second generation AirPods I have would be useless. I tried to find my AirPod case using Findmy but it could only locate my AirPods and not the AirPods case. Apple makes millions of dollars from lost AirPod cases every year. They were quick to take the credit card and out I went back to work. You just need money honey.

Rebecca H.

Yelp
If zero stars was an option that's what I would rate this store. No customer service. 2 hours for a battery replacement when it says a 15 minute appointment. No respect for customers time. Service was supposed to be completed by 5:50pm. I had to chase down a customer service rep to then be told they need ten more minutes. Natalie the manager is unprofessional and unhelpful. Miserable person. Apple do better. Have the store staffed so customers don't have to go looking for assistance and communicate the correct duration for any given service. This location is the worst ever

Yelp
As an apple fan, I really love this store and vibe that it gives out. I can spend my whole day here and not get bored. Recently I tried their headphone. Sound is amazing.... I might have gotten carried away and spend a little too much time listening to K-pop.. I would love to try Ipad next time I go.

Yelp
Today I had amazing service at the Apple Store. My appointment was at 12:15, I arrived at 12:02 and left by 12:17. In that little time Jonathan was able to diagnose my AirPods, explain the issue, and sell me a new case AND set it up. Nothing beats getting in and out of the Apple Store in 15 minutes. This might be my new go to location for repairs.

Yelp
This place was so beautiful on the inside. I definitely did not expect it. I also did not expect all the shopping centers on the inside. I think it was a very nice place to see and visit and such beautiful architecture. If you need somewhere to visit while it's raining or a small stop I would recommend.

Yelp
I went to the Apple Store at the World Trade Center today via an appointment with the Genius Bar on the 2nd floor. I wanted my deceased friend's iPhone SE to be cleared and handed in for refurbishing. The team of Zem, Marvin and Sean assisted me in this endeavor in an expeditious manner. All 3 were very bright and personable and my experience was a highly satisfactory one.

Rita R.

Yelp
We wanted to check if the travel charger we were getting includes a plug instead of helping us, a young man sneered and us and said sarcastically that no shops would do that we transited in Singapore and the Apple shop on Orchard Road there showed us whats in the box and gave great advice. To the young man who talked down to us, please don't use your ignorance to judge us just because you are less travelled. The rest of his colleagues were quite helpful.

Yelp
Greetings and salutations yelpers. Upon arriving at our dinner location seemed we came when they were on a break. Decided to kill time and upgrade my iPhone. AT&T store did not have the make and model I wanted, so decided to head to nearest Apple Store. That ended up being World Trade location. Location located in a very busy bustling area in the oculus. Upon entering warmly greeted, information taken and advised we would be attended to shortly. Indeed we were and what an experience. Kevin from Chicago was aaaamazing. Not only was he informative. He was extremely friendly, engaging at times entertaining and generally all around awesome. I couldn't have asked for better rep. He definitely made my experience memorable and enjoyable.

Yelp
It's two floors and the lower floor is more on the retail and the upper floor is where you could get your computer situation fixed. Though it could be confusing on who to approach Apple has made it very easy that I just approach any Apple stuff and they will guide me to the next step, easy Peezy, I would recommend you to create an appointment early in the morning

Khalid M.

Yelp
I went there today to replace a battery. I met a technician there after I made a reservation. He said it is not a god idea and there's a risk to lose your data because it is an old phone. He tried to convince me to buy a new one. I told him that I'll take the risk you just replace the battery. Then he started playing on his iPod and said ohh sorry we don't have the parts it will take about a month to be done. What a game.!!!!. I made a reservation and went from Jersey to New York... Waste of money and time

Christian S.

Yelp
PJ was honestly super rude from the moment I came in. She spoke down to my family member who asked for a chair to sit on while I enjoyed the demo. Wouldn't let them sit. She had a real nasty attitude. I will vote with my wallet. No thanks.
google avatar

Yelp
Amble does it again with an amazingly creative space located in the oculus near One World trade Center. It was a great place for some of our group to sit and relax while others checked out the new Apple offerings. As we were just looking we did not utilize the services of the staff so cannot comment on their customer service. They did not ever ask us to leave if we weren't buying which was nice.

Yelp
Came in for a Genius Bar appointment and was trying to explain my issue to the man that was checking people in. I had multiple issues with my new iPhone 14 Pro Max touchscreen not working, and my data not transferring fully to the new phone. The man got really agitated with me and said I can only come in for one issue and that I would have to make another appointment for the issue with data not transferring. I let him know I needed to turn the old phone in as it was for an upgrade program, and he snapped at me "So what are you in here for?" I answered to him I wanted to have my touchscreen issues resolved. He explained the process and said they might have to send the phone off for repair, which I replied I am still within the 2 week return window. After he passed me off to the Genius Bar gal, she was just as snappy as the check-in guy. I told her I had read online that there had been touch screen issues and she said there are no known issues with the new phone. She explained I could reset my phone up, which I didn't want to do as it would take too long, and then she also told me that they have no new phones in stock so I couldn't exchange it. Another gal named Arlene came over and she was very helpful and empathetic towards the issues I was having. Overall, when you are paying thousands of dollars for a phone, computer, or whatever apple product you buy, you expect the people working there to be nice and helpful, not like I just ran over their dog. It's 1030 on a Wednesday morning. It's not busy, yet almost everyone here acts like their shift was over 20 minutes ago and I'm inconveniencing them. UPDATE- Arlene never came back to help me, but Kelly was able to assist me with my phone trade-in and he was very nice. Rick also came over and helped us with an issue when the program was trying to charge me $99 to turn in my old iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Yelp
Last week, the day before Thanksgiving, I visited the Apple Store inside the Oculus for a genius bar appointment. I went in for the $50 battery replacement service that Apple offers. My local stores nearby me in North Jersey were all booked without any availability, so I went with the WTC location close to the PATH. In short, overall, it was a great experience and I would go back again, and would recommend this store location - especially during these Covid days if you must go in for service. I scheduled my appointment online the weekend before last Wednesday. I received emails about what to do prior to the session - which included updating to the latest software version and turning off the Find My Phone function. Apple sends reminder emails, as well as reminder texts. This store is two levels. Genius bar appointments are on the upper level; the showcase/product room is on the lower level. When I got to the second floor entrance, there were three associates working outside and assisting/directing people on where to go/wait. They had an organized process and I felt comfortable going into the store with how they handle check-in procedure and safety precautions (temperature check, sanitizer, 6 ft apart floor markers in queue areas, cleaning table areas after each visitor/genius associate interaction etc.). That day, Geraldo was the genius bar associate who worked on my phone. He was friendly and worked efficiently. After running diagnostics, he let me know how long it would take and when to come back to pick up the phone and that I would pay with an associate up front. It was about an hour and I killed time by walking around the memorial outside (free). When I returned, I walked to the 2nd floor entrance and an associate helped me right away, telling me where to wait and which table to sit at for the pick up and payment. Paying was easy and my receipt was conveniently emailed to me. The whole experience went smoothly and I would come back again.

Yelp
Apple sold us a counterfeit phone. I didn't think this would ever happen to me, but it did. My husband purchased two iPhone 11s online, for pickup at the WTC location. My brother picked it up the next day. Since Apple doesn't offer in person data transfers, we did it at home. One went fine and was setup within an hour and a half. The other phone just couldn't be recognized by our MacBook. We called customer service which took 4 call attempts and a total of 2 hrs. They told us to go to the Apple store. We went to the downtown Brooklyn location because it was closer. They said it was counterfeit. So my husband scrambled to go back to WTC and we were both worried that we wouldn't get our money back. Thankfully they traded it, but how scary is it to know that APPLE didn't even know they were selling a counterfeit.

Yelp
5 star service in a flash. During my first month of starting a brand new job, one that required me to be reachable by phone, NATURALLY my phone stopped turning on. BLACK SCREEN. Didn't respond to charging or my attempts at resetting it. I passed this around to different team mates at my office so they could try all of their IPhone hacks. NOTHING. The phone was less than a year old so I was really confused. I told one of my colleagues and they said they had a great experience at the Apple Store in our building, so I made an appointment and headed over at the scheduled time. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and my issue was resolved almost immediately by the person helping me. She really saved the day and did so with a smile. I was SO relieved and thanked her a million times. I had a great customer experience. Would definitely recommend bringing your phone here if you are experiencing any issues.

Yelp
had 430pm slot for vision pro. i get there a few min early. i check in and told to wait at a table. 5 min go buy so i ask what's going on as i've never waited that long for a scheduled apt. guy talks to manager and says they are helping someone right now with vision demo and will be with u after they are done. 20min later still no help. no one checking on me. this is the worst apple store service i've ever had. usually they are on top of things. not sure if it's terrible management or understaffing. i couldnt wait around as i had somewhere to be

Yelp
Had an appointment with the "geniuses" at the Genius Bar on the 2nd floor. There were a ton of sales rep standing around and chatting away with one another, but apparently only one technician working? Clearly hired too much of one position and not enough of another. So I sat around for another 20 minutes waiting to for the one working technician to be free. After all of that waiting, I ended up not accomplishing what I wanted as they needed to take my MacBook for 10 business days to remediate my issue. So looks like I need to wait for the time I go on a two week vacation from work in order to be able to fix my MacBook.

Yelp
This place is located in one of the busiest AND historical areas in NYC! I have passed by the store and I have seen people at times literally waiting outside. Thankfully, I went in right when it opened before I started work. I was nerves at how much they were going to charge me, but it wasn't too bad. Moreover, it didn't take too long either! I am so happy with the final results! The best part is they do give you about a month or so to pay. I was able to come in within a week to get my laptop.
google avatar

Yelp
People don't realize this location is close to a lot of companies who have large fleets of iPhones and MacBooks. They've been reliable with a quick turnaround for any warranty or out of warranty repairs. We've gotten at least 2 dozen laptops repaired here with no issues. Used it for my personal iPhone twice and all worked out well.

Yelp
Not what I think of as a typical Apple store. This place was empty. Yes, I was there on a weekday, but my 2 local Apple stores are standing room only, even during the week. I walked in and only saw very few employees on the floor. How can this be? Walking in, I was able to get all the way to the back of the store without a single employee asking me, "Have you been helped?" All I needed was a cord and I can certainly navigate my way around the merchandise, but this was like a foreign country, this "emptiness". My plan is to return on a different day to see if this was an oddity or a "normal".

Yelp
Apple World Trade Center is in a good NYC location inside Westfield World Trade Centre, in a popular tourist area in the city - being right near the World Trade Centre Observatory, 9/11 Memorial, Brookfield Place and even a short walk away from the Brooklyn Bride and Wall Street. This is a mall location so it might not be as impressive, bold and unique in terms of appearance as other locations around the city such as the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue, and in Grand Central but that doesn't mean it's bad at all - for a mall location, the store is bright, modern, cool and still has a rather nice selection of Apple's latest devices - I also like how they had each iPhone 11 (the standard 11, Pro, Pro Max) right next to each other, this makes it so easy to compare the products without having to go around the store - and they even had every colour of the 11 on show too meaning you can again easily compare units easily. The staff here seemed pretty friendly too and they also were running a cool Today at Apple session which I rather liked. This store does get really busy, due to the location (but come on where doesn't in NYC and more so what Apple Store doesn't?), considering that the staff were pretty friendly but I have experienced better at other Apple Stores, at Fifth Avenue for example. For a mall Apple Store this is pretty good, and while it isn't the best Apple Store in the city, it does the job to a good effect. 4*

Yelp
It was a long story of my friend with this location. This locate us a nearest to my friend school. She bought her MacBook to fix the display months ago then she went out of the state. The store tried to contact her but somehow was miscommunication. When she came back they told her that usually if you just left your stuff this long they will send it out as an abandon but she was lucky that she still have her MacBook but she need to pick up later in 5 days. She went back after a week and different staff and manager told her.... Her MacBook shipped out as recycled a while ago! She believes manager at that day name Dan. He didn't help her at all, instead he told his staff to tell her it wasn't their responsibility and they can't help her anything without seeing the evidences that she has. My friend still have an installment to pay but her MacBook wasn't with her anymore. It was a confusing because when she went back the second time someone actually told her ... her MacBook still there. So a week later, she call Apple customer service and explained the situation. The customer transfer to a store manager at that day. The store manager at that day is very listing and understand. First of all he went on the note but when she showed the email that she got he went on investigation. Finally she os be able to get the MacBook back even some few different but I very appreciate how this store manager helping my friend that the last one. My point is everyone experience is different but if you get a bad one. Don't give up. Try to reach out the good person and your problem will be solved.

Yelp
Dead handy to have this located in a very convenient spot for anyone using public transportation in the city. It was a lifesaver. I have owned iPhones and other Mac products for years. Mostly good experiences, but sometimes you just can't wait for a Genius Bar appointment. I managed to pop in just as they opened for the day, I asked my quick question about my iPhone, and bam! Apple's crown for extraordinary customer service can be a little tilted at times, but dang, when they are good, they are really good.

Yelp
This location was one One of my favorites since it first opened and it was very convenient access for me, however I had a very bad experience with a female associate at the Genius Bar 2 weeks ago who was very rude to me for no good reason.. I couldn't take it anymore and had to ask what the problem was when she began arguing with me about the AirPods that I just replaced. One had what looked like dirt in the crease and because I brought it to her attention that seemed to annoy her terribly ! She angrily asked me if I wanted her to go grab another box and I said ok , but it didn't end there ! She instead decided to fuss and argue about it as though it was any big deal. Her whole demeanor changed towards me and she was behaving aggressively slamming the box and handing me the replaced AirPods! She would not let me talk and then became extremely rude and disrespectful! It then got loud and a manager intervened told me to lower my voice and had her ushered away to the back .. He then asked me what happened I explained, he left for about 5 mins then came back and asked me to leave the store which was unwarranted. I asked if that's how this matter would be handled and if he was siding with his employee and he told me yes because I got loud !!! Why would you tell the customer that ?! That's very unprofessional! In any case I left the store and I shall never return to that location ( not that anyone cares really) Between the Genius Bar associate and that manager it is a poor representation of the company! In my 12 years of buying Apple products I have never experienced any rude or disrespectful associate at any Apple Store! I have shopped at that store since day 1 of its opening and I am disappointed about this incident and the way it's been handled! I made my complaints which will likely go no where! A security guard for the store witnessed the whole thing and we made eye contact and his gesture seemed like he was aware of this employees poor attitude and behavior. Very poor customer service and handling !!!! I have to leave a star The 5 star review looks suspect !!!

Yelp
Second time in an Apple store. First experience was in Miami where I was ignored and was pushed to Android phones for years. Fast forward to last November where the XR was actually cheaper than the newer Androids so I converted. After returning from a Florida trip, my battery showed 0% and charging no longer working, I rushed over here. As I have matured, I figured out the trick for these stores. Don't wait for them to come to you. Just go up to them and ask. I went to one gentleman downstairs who told me to go upstairs, then to a woman who forwarded me to one more gentleman and had me in and out with a free replacement within 10 minutes. No muss to fuss. Everyone was friendly.

Yelp
Would give a zero rating if I could. I've been here multiple times for phone and watch service because my devices power off and never turn back on. Not helpful and provide incorrect information. Terrible customer service. So disappointed with Apple.

Yelp
Went there yesterday because my iPhone Silicone case for iPhone 12 Pro was peeling off on the edges, they told me that it is normal, wear and tear doesn't cover by 1 year warranty, but this is not wear and tear this is manufacturer defect. Case did not last even 6 months for $50? So I went to a different Apple Store and they swap it with no questions asked. Don't waste your time with Genius Bar here.

Yelp
Second time at this store to replace a battery on my iPhone and second time I get a run around. First it was broken screen that needed to be fixed that was not in stock and would have cost me $160. I got fixed it for $60 at a third party provider. looks great! Then Louis the manager politely asked for me to go get rubbed off screws fixed before his tech will bother to replace the battery. Strict corporate policy of no universal screwdrivers. I thanked apple for nothing and went one floor down at oculus to get my battery replaced in 5 minutes by a guy who actually didn't care if I buy a new iPhone. don't come here unless u want attitude and lack of service. Lazy place.

Yelp
I ordered a MacBook Air online and had to pick it up. Since this Apple store was the only one with open availability i decided to order the MacBook and pick it up at Apple WTC. Literally best decision ever! Coming from Jersey i took the path from Hoboken to WTC. Once i arrived to the apple store the process was so easy and the staff was the friendless staff i have ever encountered at any Apple store ever. I checked in, they took my temperature and then i went inside, grabbed my laptop and in minutes i was on my way back home. I really enjoyed my overall experience.

Yelp
The employees of this store either need a very strong shot of B12, a vacation, or both! Their customer service is appalling; it's basically nonexistent. Asking questions from anyone in the store, trying to make an informed decision about my purchase was like pulling teeth, to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable, and I felt like I was interrupting their slumber.

Yelp
Dealing with a stolen cell phone is the absolute worst thing in the world. Luckily the folks over at Apple WTC were able to handle my situation like pros. They have a ton of employees and I've never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. Once you are set up with a tech you are not rushed at all. They'll spend enough time with you to make sure that you get help with everything that you need. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was such a pleasure to deal with. My situation was sort of complicated, but after walking through several options I walked away with a solid solution. To make a long story short, apple has a two week return policy. Because I knew I was getting my phone back in around the same time frame this was a life savor. Otherwise, I'm not sure how I would have made it two weeks without a smartphone. In any case, I'm sure there are a ton of different situations that would bring one into the Apple store. Luckily the service is tops, the return policies are fair and the wait time usually is not too long.
