Great dinning experience across from the casino and one for the area, great drinks and food. Host was kind and polite as well as server. Would definitely come back.

I hadn’t been to Apple bee’s in well over 10 years, My spouse and I pulled up to have lunch around 2pm and I’m very glad we did. As we entered was greeted by a nice young man. Our waitress was Emana who was great with customer service. She worked the floor and bar like I haven’t seen in a very long time. This young lady made our experience very pleasant, the food was delicious the chef this day definitely came to deliver. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

Best drinks ever perfect place to get away for a bit to enjoy a night out with the homies and watch sports games and get wasted, I love the how fast the waiters come to check if you need anything and how polite they were I give them a 10 rating 😀

06/26/25 sat down at ~8:20. My wife and I decided to have a date night and wanted to try the new unlimited menu. At ~8:35 We ordered cheese sticks and they came out pretty fast but our order of wings and rib tips took literally 35 minutes. We waived down our waiter and he said that they never got the order even though we placed it with him. He said the manager will come talk to us but this “manager” only came and dropped off our plates and didn’t say a word. He did take our second order and this was at ~9:05.That order did not come until 9:37… when it did arrive it was a completely different person, the fries were cold and the plating was horrible. The whole time I between this, our waiter did not check on us one single time. This whole time we had the same cup of Diet Coke with no refills. We decided to call it a night cause it was just a horrible experience. We asked for a discount and only got a $10 and still payed about $40 for this absolutely horrible service and only getting 2 orders off the “unlimited” menu. Horrible service, the waiter and the manager need to take customer service 101 or something because it was an absolute joke how it was handled. Will definitely not be coming back.

I ordered. The whiskey burger.My my fries were cold and too salty. We let our waiter know .....and he brought what he said was fresh fries But they weren't fresh. They were cold and salty. I just didn't feel like complaining anymore. So I didn't eat my fries. I usually enjoy my fries before the burger..... I will never order this there again if I even go back

Honestly I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years and really wasn't expecting much except to have an enjoyable time with my friend catching up. But I was so pleasantly surprised. The server was great and helpful, the staff was kind and pleasant and both the managers came by to check on us. The food was delicious and very economical considering how much going out has increased in price, I was doubly surprised at the quality of my food and how affordable it was. Everything was great! Thanks to this Applebee's for a great experience!

I had a very bad experience with this apple bees! Very bad service. Food didn’t come out for over 45 mins after placement and when it did it was very cold. To top it off one of my family members food didn’t come out till 15 mins after everybody finally got their food. Lastly when asked for Togo box’s they gave us used dirty ones and when we mentioned it, we were told they grabbed them from the wrong side. I don’t recommend coming to this or possibly any Applebees!

It it’s only for the great service of Mr. Morman the five stars ⭐️ are not enough. This waiter deserves more. The food 🍱 is great, the service is top notch, and the atmosphere is fun. The Alfredo is delicious, the chicken and shrimp is excellent, and the garlic ptarmigan wings are the best. The price is really cheap for a great restaurant.I could eat there anytime 🌹

Great service and food. I love and highly recommend their food deals like the 2 for 26$ and try looking into their seasonal drinks selection which is also usually super affordable. Whether I'm here with my husband or just a few friends it's the perfect place for a fun lunch/dinner date.

Shout out to the amazing bar staff for a crazy busy Sunday! Brianna at the bar top was great, honestly so refreshing to have service that isn't forced! Food was everything you want for a bar food fried, hot and delicious! Really can't go wrong with dollar zombie drinks either! Definitely the place to go for game nights.

Applebees is our go to place for cheap, late night half apps so we made the trek from DTLA as this was the closest one. When we walked in, a male host (didn't get his name but I definitely should've after this experience) told my bf & I that it would be 20 minutes. There were tables open but it was also busy for 11 pm on a Wednesday, so we were fine and understanding of that. A few minutes later, another couple walks in & had the same party of 2 as we did. The host immediately says "we can seat you at the bar now if you'd like or it would be just a few minutes while we set something up". As we were sitting right there, I got very upset at the difference in treatment as we weren't given the option to sit at the bar immediately/weren't readily catered to as this couple was going to be & it wasn't only until I said something that we were seated first. ALSO, nobody got up yet this couple sat right after us so the "20 minute wait" for US was for what?? We finally got settled at the bar & our waiter was a breath of fresh air from the disappointment we were welcomed with - a happy man & attended to our needs so well, smile on his face no matter how long the night was. We also agreed with how many Applebees location we've been to, the quality of food at this location was probably the best yet - temperature was good & the onion rings stayed intact!! The only issue was the chips for the spinach artichoke dip was a tad bit salty but not enough where it wasn't enjoyable. Butter pecan blondie sure was a treat!

The food was really good! We got some buffalo wings and burger. The service was ok. The music was good and the place was clean.

12-03-2024 Horrible service especially old bartender lady and unprofessional management. 2 hours before closing. Took my uncle from Mexico which is old man and they refuse him service! They said they couldn't accept Boarder government Physical ID. But overheard the bartender speaking with 2 managers that were present she just wanted to leave so just refused us service. Sad workers are lazy! Just as surprise and left!

This is the first time I've done the curbside pickup. Thier system needs work. I drove up and called the number. It rang and rang, then sent me to AI chat, then I asked for my food and it sent me the restaurant. Finally someone pick up and I gave them my name. They said "I got you" and hung up I sat in my car for 10 minutes and finally went in. Another person was there and said they have waited over 15 minutes so far. I finally got someone's attention and they said they would get my food. Then disappear. I grabbed someone and ask to speak the manager. She came over and said "Sorry" a few times and that was it. When I got back to my office my burger was overcooked, dry, no pink. I ordered at 11:05 to pick up at12:20, finally got my food around 12:39. It was an S-show. I will not be back. Lots of great choices put there

Came in at 5:30 and gave the host my name and number and after 40 min I came back to check how much longer the wait would be and to my surprise my name and number where never put in by the host?? They could not find me anywhere on the list. So they seated us when they saw how unhappy I was and the $1 drinks that Apple bees is promoting they apparently ran out of when I got seated? .

The food was good but the one thing that stood out the most was the amazing service. I would like to shout out our server Aaron. In addition to this the staff seating us were also very kind and checked in on us for the very short time it took for us to be seated. Would come again to this location!

Love being at the bar area of the Applebee's . Highly recommend sitting at the bar. Valerie Salazar is a great down to earth bartender and always on top of giving great drinks recommendations.

How times have changed, this chain used to be the go to place for hang outs, lunch, and even dates. It has drastically changed so much compared to years ago, quality of food and even drinks have gone from great to just subpar, the service is same, not sure if they're hiring new people or management just has them doing things differently, but it's not the same anymore. I get what they're doing is to lower costs and be more profitable but not at the expense of keeping your customers from coming back. I'll one day come back and see if things improve, but based on lately, it's honestly lower n lower. Sorry guys....

Came in after church with my wife and daughter and was greeted by an irritated Emillie. She came off a lil nonchalant when taking our information to be seated. Once we were able to sit in the inside on the seating area, my wife and i observed her not wanting to be here attitude as others walked in and asked for waiting time frames. It may have been a bad day who knows but it'll be nice to be greeted with enthusiasm and gratefulness. Attitudes are contagious and can cause a ruckus if not addressed appropriately. However our waiter Sheila was pleasant.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and excellent service provided by our waitress Carolina V. Those wonton tacos are the best. Will definitely come back.

Went to happy hour tonight 10/19/2024 at approximately 11pm. Got some drinks & appetizers, everything was good and fresh but towards the end of us enjoying our appetizers we see a BUG on the table running towards the opposite side of the table. We let the waitress know what we saw and she said " I will let my boss know". As we sat there and discussed what we had just witnessed the boss lady Jen approached us and said "omg I'm so sorry maybe it was an outside bug, are you guys ok?" as she picked up the plates on our table, we said yes and she left. Shortly after as we continued to discuss wtf we had just seen we see more cucarachas (bugs) coming out from the wood on the wall that connected to the table so I waved the boss lady Jen down so she can come see it with her own eyes but she wouldn't admit they had bugs after I clearly asked her " there's bugs here?" she kept saying "maybe the outside bugs are coming in" at that point we just wanted to pay and leave. We even got a video of it and showed her but she just wouldn't admit it. At the end of the day she gave us $20.00 off. Still disgusted that they have bugs but at least we didn't eat one I think

I would give it no stars on the profession level only for the Lady manager that's in charge Girl get it together and maybe have a calendar glued to you You looked so plucked when I came in and you couldn't even tell me in my face you brought a trainer and a floor manager. I know how unbothered you are about this considering how you were with me and didn't even talk to me.!But I just wanna let anyone know don't even bother, just like the area which I use to live in is low income, so is her intelligence. We were on the way to Long Beah for a stay-cation. We were both really hungry. This was off the highway. What needs to be said? It was fine. Order was taken promptly. Menu doesn't seem to have changed much in the five or so years since I've been to one of these. Food was OK. Nothing awful. Nothing great. I like the tablet on the table that let us pay the bill and leave when we were ready. We did the "2 for $24" promotion, which is actually a pretty good deal. You get two side salads or an appetizer to share, and two full-size entrees for $24. Not bad. This fit our needs in a quick, efficient and satisfactory way. And that's what chain restaurants are for, no? Not a bad choice.

This place, was very excellent! Food was amazing, the waitress and the manger were very nice. The people here make you feel like you came home for a good meal. 10/10 would come here again.

I came to eat here and David is a great server! The food took a while but it was hot and fresh when it arrived. Well seasoned. Sometimes it's a hit or miss here but today it was really good and our server was nice and attentive.

Applebee's in Bell Gardens. It's decent not too bad. Food is good clean place. Good customer service. I go there every other week to chill out and have a drink and a burger, but don't order mixed drinks. I feel they cheat you on your mixed drinks with the fake alcohol that doesn't taste like alcohol. I order long iced tea and it didn't taste nothing I ordered two and I didn't get drunk so if you go there don't order any mix alcoholic drinks save your money just order beer

What I order was not good at all The plate smelled bad. I had to ask for everything. The drinks were disgusting. And the place has roaches.

Amazing place. Always get the Mozarella Sticks to start with. Then shrimp pasta Alfredo for sure. My daughter goes for chicken tenders or chicken quesadilla. Good place to go with the fam .

FIRST OFF BRIANNA DID A GREAT JOB THANK YOU! The chips for the app we order where stale , we order the all you can eat deal had all 3, the wings are ok but some where really small and hard, shrimp was good. The ribblets where pink and not just a bit pink it was noticeable. When we pointed them out she asked to put on a plate to show her boss we did. Then the second order we asked if its just one riblet we get the lady said yes with attiude while walking away later found out it was the manager Jen, so we asked for an order of the other 2 items we order before and not the riblets this time. And asked not to be charge as we couldn't eat them the manager Jen came back with attitude again and said just to let you know that the riblets come pre made fully cook and they just heat them up. Did not want to argue with her so I just noded as she handed us our bill basically telling us that we are done for the night and our last order was not sent out the shrimp and wings and made us feel like we are not welcome there so we just paid the bill and left. We still wanted to order more drinks and dessert.

The food and drinks were good and were brought out with good timing. The customer service provided by Jullisa was great , she was very attentive and always had a smile. Overall great experience.

The hosts and servers were fine. It's the food that was horrible. Ordered the four way cheese pasta with the tenders and the pasta had no flavor. Ordered an appetizer of boneless wings that were so salty. Ordered chicken with shrimp, the chicken was hard and the shrimp tasted dirty. The place itself is not bad the food was just horrendous.

Wish I could give zero stars tonight. We came and the waitress said the wait was about 35 minutes. I understand that it's never going to be spot on, but it was double the wait time. I have an autistic child, so if you cannot calculate your wait time, atleast say you don't know. Horrible service. Everyone looked exhausted and looked as if they hated working here. Horrible service in food and representation. Nobody is going around checking up on nobody. Just horrible experience. Do not recommend coming here.

Horrible customer service. The lady manager who works on the weekend is rude and insensitive. She made me feel unwelcome. The food is average at this location. I've been to other applebees' locations, and the food and service are a lot better.

My last review was during COVID and a lot has changed after that. Now, I find myself coming here often and receiving the best customer service at this location! The wait time is never more than 30 minutes and the servers are great. They always check up on you and ask if you need anything. The key thing here is the way the customer is treated and reassured this is a great place to eat at!

Food was amazing!!! Shrimp was cooked to perfection! Beverages were delicious! I love coming here! Staff was amazing and kind. Food came out in perfect timing! The ambiance was great for an intimate date or even just family time! Great great service! Thank you Beverly for waiting on us!

Food good, excellent customer service and lovely lemonade. But our waitress at the time took the only mozzerla stick that we had. My wife and I were utterly upset, heavily disappointed, that one mozzerla stick could've save lives. Fantastic day and excellent experience. Thank you AppleBees as always and stop throwing bread at me everytime I leave.

I went to Applebees after work with my homegirl and the food was great the drinks had the happy hour special but at checkout I used my card & added a tip for the bartender when I processed the payment. When I left why did this girl add another 20% to her tips like I was too drunk to remember the numbers I paid for. Smh BE VERY CAREFUL when you're closing out your tab with a credit card. Smh there's no telling how long this have been going on at this location... ALWAYS TAKE CASH.

I was disappointed when I ordered the blackened shrimp with the jerk chicken topped with onions and mushrooms and a garlic mashed potatoes. My meal came with 6 tiny shrimps with no darken seasoning along with the onions and mushrooms looking bland for $16.99. Will definitely never order again. Bartender service is amazing and my chicken taco won tons were delicious. Too bad my meal wasn't. Definitely looks nothing like the picture.

Applebees never fails us. Even when busy we got our order pretty fast with our drinks. Food was really good. I always come here for the boneless wings, they are my favorite.

Horrible steak , i called and they told me too contact door dash like if door dash cooked it , honestly this ruined my Friday night I'm not a Karen or anything not a picky person but this was disgusting. Honestly it's sad how u guys don't care about door dash orders because regardless DoorDash will just refund us but fuck that you guys need new cooks. Tell them too stop getting high on the job their getting cooked while the steaks are raw

The facility is pretty well kept, pretty empty for a Tuesday afternoon. No issues there but gosh their food was horrible. The service was also not the best. I know they aren't a 5 Michelin Star place but they could do a lot better. The food my kids and I ordered looked like it was cooked the day before and just reheated. The steak was dry and the veggies super cold. We were sad about the food and will not be going back.

Horrible customer service from hostesses. We walked in for a party of 6 and they originally told us a 10 minute wait and then when we asked for an update on the wait because it had exceeded the 10 minutes they said "We never told you 10 minutes, we would never say that." Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and miscommunication all 3 of the hostesses told us at the same time. They should teach their employees how to communicate better with customers rather than just yelling out "We would never say that." I've worked in the food industry and still have respect when it comes to customers.

Great place for a delicious meal for two under 60 bucks! The drinks are very good and some are even 5 dollars. There's plenty of room and very neat and clean environment. The servers are friendly and know their stuff so it's a snap to get tips on drinks and deals on meals!

Service is horrible. Just spent 70+ dollars on takeout but the server was mad I didn't have enough for a tip and she just left my order on my hood!

Me and my family came in to relax and have a hot meal. I've been to this location a couple of times. The food is good as are the prices (in my opinion at least). I was here last week and although we did wait a while for our food, our server was beyond amazing. I think our server's name is Adrian. He checked up on our table multiple times and accommodated us.

Whenever I order from Applebees I'm always pleased. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is always friendly and polite. And there are no issues when I pull up to pick up my order. I have never been inside but from the car this place looks amazing on the inside. I have no hesitations about ordering here. But always to go!

Angela is a great hostess, she is very friendly and attentive ! Even though some inconveniences came along she knew how to handle the situation and make our diner perfect !
