Appletree Walk in clinic and Medical centre

As soon you enter,There is automatic kiosk where you must register yourself using health card number, part that based on rush you need to wait for your turn. You name will be announced by reception person when you're turn comes, they will tell you the room number to sit in, they will take basic details and then doctor will visit . My experience was good for my kid dental pain visit, prescription goes directly to the pharmacy located inside which MARCOS take care in very nice manner. Marcos is really helpful guy, best wishes to the entire staff.

Was greeted with a smile even though I was using it as a walk in clinic, my family Dr is is Guelph. Explained Zoya the symtoms who had Dr. Sami see me. An absolutely fine gentleman Dr. Sami. He did not rush me, took his time and prescribed medication accordingly. Also, suggested I see the family Dr in Guelph for setting up further tests. While leaving he gave me a printed copy of the prescription in case Costco Guelph does not receive the fax and that's exactly what happened so I am glad I had an extra copy. Thank you Dr. Sami and team Applewood!

My Experience with the team was good. They greeted & welcomed me when I came here for the service for first time. I recommend kindly try the clinic for doctors appointment as the staff is helpful & cooperative.

I gave them a good review because I had a good experience here last time. The receptionist and the Dr were patient and sweet. This time I got to the clinic before 3 because they close walk in at that time, even though on the website it says their walk-ins close at 4. After travelling 2 hours to get there they say their walk-ins closed an hour early. And it’s not like they pick up the calls if anyone wants to confirm whether they’re closing early.

Ok'ish experience on first visit. Bit of wait and satisfactory doctor. Free parking in the plaza. There were only two other people waiting but still it took around 45 minutes to see the doctor. And it is not because the patients took time but just the doctor was busy doing something else. Once he got around to doing his job, took him 10 minutes to get everyone taken care ok. Reception was very polite & upfont on wait times after line started to build up.

Really don’t understand the negative reviews here. This is one of the best walk-in clinics that I have ever been to. Especially the front desk is so amazing, courteous and helpful. We have been here multiple times and every time had a wonderful experience except for wait times which is understandable. Dr. Sammie, Dr. Mead, Dr. Jamal are nice and give time to answer all the questions.

Each time you come you have to pay $20 enen for retuen visit, which cannot be covered by the insurance (called co-pay)😭. The outside waiting time is not too long (less people in the morning) but you have to wait 20 minutes in the room before seeing the dorctor. 🌚 I suppose will never come again for the high clinic fee.

I've gone to this clinic a few times for walk-ins for my child and for myself. I love that the website shows estimated current wait-times, I have found it to be fairly accurate. The doctors have been helpful and informative. I will continue to use this clinic for walk-ins when I can't see my family doctor.
