The location is quite near to 711 and pub Street and night Market River side. There are many restaurants made by this hotel in walking distance. I liked the stay there as the staff were friendly and helpful and smiling:) except that the rooms have dim lights, I wish they would put up some white lights or bright ones instead and the towels look old even though they have washed it. May be they should replace the towels totally in the hotel. I had my own, so I didn't use it. The hotel has an antique look and good for photos. We even took a body massage where we had it arranged by the hotel, and the service was good.

Having stayed here 9 years ago (pre Covid) there has been change like everywhere! The location of the hotel is very near to Pub Street and the room we were in (B08) was at the front of the hotel and especially on Friday and Saturday the music went on into the small hours of the morning! In fairness to the staff they did offer another room. The swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were excellent with helping to arrange an excursion to Angkor Watt and even to help organise our onward travel and hotel. (5 stars we give there)

Fantastic location in the centre of town yet back enough to avoid the noise. Excellent facilities and rooms clean with excellent value for money. The staff could not be more helpful and can arrange anything for you. Definitely recommend.

Lovely and charming small hotel with clean rooms, nice service and good breakfast, we also got some fresh fruit as a welcome. Located in the centre of Siem Reap, we already came back for the second time and were always happy with our choice. There is a small pool available at the back, if needed. We will definitely come back, and I can highly recommend this place!

WARNING!!! ‼️ We definitely got baited thinking the reviews were real. This place was advertised as 4 stars to us. Before we came, we told ourselves to potentially expect 3 stars since the area has been known for that. But this is worst. Black mold all over the shower, walls, and sink! Super dirty. The towels looked old and crusty (look at the photos). The smell of the sewer seeped through the plumbing. It was beyond disgusting, 🤮 I could not sleep all night from the nausea. They acted surprised when we told them, but you can tell it’s a problem with the bags placed on the drains. We booked online, so they ripped us off by prorating the first 2 nights out of 8. What we paid was premium and we went along with it anyways because the reviews “looked” great. We asked for another room the next morning. They put upstairs, a little cleaner, still signs of black mold, towels looked grossed, but no smell, however there was a club right next door playing music to 4am. You can literally feel the base vibrating your body. We had silicon ear plugs which helps with traffic car sounds but did not work with club music. We ended up booking somewhere else that was 3 stars and it was beyond clean with white towels, and super clean. Honest hotels do exist out there! Service to beware: They “seemed” really nice to us and accommodating but they were also playing dumb with us too. The main guy doing manager duties kept telling us we need to contact Agoda b/c we wanted to check out early and go somewhere else. We talked to Agoda and they told us the manager should be able to take care of that on their end, but the hotel staff keeps pushing us back to Agoda in circles. Here’s the thing, the guy who was managing the staffs said he’s just a regular employee and couldn’t do anything about it. We were told to email the so called manager (more like silent investor/owner) and never got a response. They toy with you until you give up or stay extra nights to get things resolved. We finally told Agoda how scammy it got and they sort of helped us out. Be very careful!!!

The hotel was very central in Siem Reap, it was very easy to walk to the local markets, pub street etc, and public transportation was easily accessible as was so many options of excellent food in the immediate vicinity. The staff were incredibly friendly, their English was excellent(helpful as I speak no Khmer except to thank) I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again upon return to Siem Reap

Absolutely amazing hotel for the price. The staff couldn’t have done more. It is very close to pub street so be aware that it is a little noisy up-to midnight but didn’t really bother me. The breakfast was amazing. I didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that but looks good. Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend.
