I stayed at Apsara Residence Hotel recently, and my first impression was really good — the place looks beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning after a night bus, and they were kind enough to take care of our luggage until the room was ready, which I really appreciated. The room itself was decent for the price, though the service was a bit slow at times. One thing that surprised me was that the bathroom didn’t have a door, which felt a little strange in terms of privacy. The air conditioner also made a dripping sound throughout the night, which was slightly distracting, and we had to request new bathrobes because the ones provided had a bit of an odor. The pool area was nice and relaxing, though the water was quite cold. Overall, it was an acceptable stay — not perfect, but comfortable enough for the price and location.

Just one night. Not much time for a city tour—just relax at the pool and work. The meal was good, and the staff was friendly. I have a great breakfast in the morning at an outdoor restaurant. Location next to Hard Rock Cafe is easy to get around with many shops and restaurants. Due to a busy next day, I checked out very early to travel other province. Thank you staff , and enjoy the moment at Apsara Residence. Recommend to all FIT traveller best place to stay. Bravo

Ms chenda was amazing. She greeted us when we checked in and even asked gave us early check-in because we requested for it. And during check-in she prepared traditional desserts for us and it was amazing. I stayed there for three nights and during my stay the front desk was always available to have us at any moment and even recommended activities to do around the city. They do not have laundry there but they were happy to help us do laundry. The lunch, breakfast and dinner there are amazing and it's only $5 per meal per person. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was clean and the room design just amazing and they have the pool, and it's only 5-minute walk from Pub Street. Overall experience is 10 out of 10 and would definitely come to stay there again.

**5-Star Experience at Apsara Residence Hotel!** ||I recently stayed for one night at Apsara Residence Hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful! As a Siem Reap resident also working in hospital industry, I was impressed by the warm welcome. Especially, Ms.Pheaktra and her team at the reception. They had nice welcome drink with a very savory pumpkin cake. All team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my stay truly enjoyable. ||The room was huge, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The peaceful atmosphere and great service make this hotel a gem in Siem Reap. Highly recommended! ||**Thank you, Apsara Residence—I’ll definitely be back!** 🌟

I have no words. EVERYTHING is incredible. Ive stayed at some really expensive hotels before 5 star plus. This full on destroys them. The service, facilities and rooms are outright incredible. Id pay 100 usd a night for this easy. The fact its way less is mind-boggling. I cannot recomend this more.

Location of the hotel is friendly to those to seek to jogging at Pub Street at night. It surrounds by restaurants, pubs. The hotel has a small pool as well. The room is big that can accommodate with small family. The bed is big enough for two people. The shower section, sink and toilet are well divided. The amenities are new, clean and well packaged. Sofa is provided in the room with chair and table that is good for business trip. Parking is a bit challenging. Nevertheless, the security guard is always for patrolling. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap city.
