Recently stayed at the APTDC hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects of the property. The rooms are impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The split AC units worked efficiently, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay — a definite plus in the warmer months. 🚗 Parking was hassle-free, with ample space available, which made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was the supporting staff — courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism added a warm touch to the overall experience. 🍽️ That said, there’s room for improvement in the food service, particularly the complimentary breakfast. The quality and variety of options were underwhelming and didn’t quite match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Enhancing the breakfast spread with fresher ingredients, providing a tea of coffee option and more diverse choices would significantly elevate the guest experience.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, the area was poorly maintained, and there were no amenities provided at all. The overall experience was very unsatisfactory and needs serious improvement

Room, bed, toilet are very normal, geyser and ac was working well. Food was good and economical price. The blankets should be washed better.

The Haritha Resort by APTDC at Nagarjuna Sagar has one major highlight — its location. The views of the reservoir and surrounding greenery are absolutely beautiful. However, everything else about the resort is average or below expectations, especially for the price charged. Location The resort is located on a peaceful spot with excellent views of Nagarjuna Sagar Dam and reservoir. It’s close to boating points, dam viewpoint, and Nagarjunakonda island access. Perfect for early morning walks or sunset photography. Rooms & Cleanliness The rooms are not well maintained. Furniture is old, walls are dull, and the bedsheets/pillows didn’t feel fresh. Cleanliness is a major issue – dust, unclean bathrooms, and poor upkeep of surroundings. For a government-run property, more effort is needed to maintain basic hygiene standards. Food & Dining The restaurant food is okay, not bad simple South Indian meals and snacks. The value for money is good, and prices are reasonable. There’s also a bar attached to the restaurant, which is convenient for those who want it. Staff & Service Staff was polite but not very responsive. Delays in service and lack of attention to cleanliness show poor management. No proactive housekeeping unless asked. It’s best for a quick overnight stop, not for a relaxed multi-day stay. With better maintenance, this place could offer a much better experience.

Came to Nagarjuna Sagar APTDC Haritha hotel on 25th December. The plan was to take the boat ride on the next day on 26th. No one told us anything about boating is closed on Fridays. It was just a wasted effort and expenses we incurred for a third class service.

Location is excellent.Room windows and furniture need to be refurbished.Staff are courteous and accommodative.

Everything was good but the only problem was they were not serving coffee for one person, which was really awkward.
