Wow the food and atmosphere here is incredible . It is all homemade , authentic Italian and you can really appreciate the food as it has the love that goes into it. We had the focaccia barese ( a classic - so yummy ) it reminded me of my grandfathers focaccia who is also barese ! We also had the orreciete with ragu sauce it was sooo goood oh my god. The sauce is full of flavour and melts in your mouth, the pasta was freshly made so you can taste the quality of the flour used is top notch. Highly recommend for anyone and those who have a true love for Italian food and want the experience and taste of Italy !! Specifically, Puglia ;) Grazie Stefano e Maria . -Gianluca and Jessica

Apuila Gastronomia was a delight to work with. From planning catering to delivery in beautiful boxes, every aspect of planning with them was lovely. The fact that they can accommodate halal, gluten free, and vegetarian options is wonderful. We will definitely be working with them again!

These guys are the real deal! We've tried so many things from their lasagna, mini meatball pasta, regular meatballs, fresh pasta, tiramisu, and just last night their wild boar and chestnut ravioli!! They are authentic and kind. I trust their recommendations every time because they do Italian food so well. Highly recommend this place. I don't even live in this neighborhood, but I make the trip because their food is worth it!

Went last week to pick up some soup and we were both impressed! The lentil soup was very good and you could taste the quality of ingredients -- the lentils were brought in from Italy and were so hearty. While I was there I purchased their pasta special for the moment " Balanzoni Bolognesi", had it for dinner the next day and we absolutely loved it! We were still talking about them a couple days later! Stefano and Maria are lovely people and take pride in making all their products in house with higher quality ingredients. We definitely will be returning!! Always good to support a local business!

Can't thanks enough Stefano and his wife for the professional care received in arranging a delivery gift! I contacted them from a different country and they resulted very responsive and helpful since the very very beginning! They went extra miles to accommodate my requests! Can't tell how happy I am in finding them! My gift destinatary was so amazed by the quality of their products and the very authentic and elegant Apulian packaging style! My husband and I had the pleasure to meet Maria and Stefano today. They are so warm and so passionate. We traveled an hour to try Apulia Gastronomia and we were not disappointed. They made us feel so welcomed. We chatted with them for a long while and did not feel as though we were going to be kicked out. We came out with Orecchiette, ragu di cinghiale, barese focaccia, cheese , wine and dessert. We will definitely go again and will try the Sunday meal. We only wish we were closer. We've been enjoying picking up prepared foods from Apulia Gastronomia for a little while now, and this year decided to forgo a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving and instead get lasagna, cannelloni and meatballs from Apulia for an Italian themed feast for 12 people. When I showed up early Saturday afternoon to pick it up it turned out that I had placed my online order for the wrong Saturday, a week too late! Even though it meant having to go out to buy additional cheese for our big order, Maria and Stefano saved our Thanksgiving by accommodating our order with less than 24 hours of notice. The dishes were a huge hit. Everything was so delicious and it was a real treat not to spend a couple of days preparing everything myself. We will definitely repeat this for future family gatherings!
