Aqua Dome

Our stay at Aqua Dome Tirol was truly special. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, smooth, and very well organized. There is a relaxed atmosphere that makes you slow down almost immediately.|The spa itself is stunning. The pools and saunas are spotless, beautifully designed, and the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking. Floating in the warm outdoor pools while looking at the Alps is something I won’t forget anytime soon. Every area feels well thought out, never crowded, and perfect for switching off.|What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. It didn’t feel forced or scripted — just warm, natural hospitality. Small details, friendly smiles, and a real willingness to help made a big difference.|This was more than just a spa visit; it felt like a full wellness experience. Relaxing, recharging, and very memorable. Aqua Dome sets the bar high, and we would happily return. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality, tranquility, and excellent service.

Usually i read reviews before i choose a place,but for this place,what they said about the service and facility is wrong,the service is so good and everyone so polite ,dont forget ,you are in austria,so everyone so straight forward,some people take that as rudeness but i prefer people be straight forward and honest than just suger coat words for me. Many people commented about not taking picture policy,actually i loved it,here is for relaxing ,and actually it is free advertisement for them,so not allowing anyone to take picture it means they care about privacy more than their benefit even so i see it something positive . Food is so clean and delicious and variety is good. I loved the place and i got a good memories from here ,the place makes u feel u r in different world. Wonderful Crew. Thank you.

The location and concept of this spa is absolutely amazing. However we went in the evening, and unfortunately we saw absolutely no mountains or anything of the surroundings, just be mindful of that🙈. I think the price however is quite high for what you get. I went to rulantica a week before this so maybe that influenced my review on this, but I think that was absolutely way more worth it. The baths are nice, but running from one to the other in -6 degrees is absolutely awful hahah. The slides are quite painful, i ripped my back open so I do not reccomend those. What i also think is rather unfortunate is that they do not explicitly tell you the spa costs that much extra, and what exzactly falls under the spa. The person I went with had come here before, and walked thru a gate not knowing it would IMMEDIATELY add 40 euros on top of the price. I think this should be stated way more obviously. Besides that it is a very cool tourist attraction, just be aware of these things before going🫶

We were very happy to visit this place. My husband returned there for the second time. We were in the deluxe section. There's a misunderstanding with the website. It's really hard to figure out the ticket prices. Everything is too complicated. Also, when you first arrive, no one tells you that there are two different counters. We arrived in the deluxe area, but almost ended up in the regular area. Because no one mentions this, and it's hard to understand on the website. I also didn't like it. The spa is open until 10:00 PM. But why did they clear all the food at 9:45 PM? Write about this somewhere.

Visited AQUA DOME at the end of December and it was excellent. The outdoor pools with the mountain views are amazing, everything felt clean and well organized, and the whole place has a really relaxing winter atmosphere. Great choice for warming up and unwinding after a day in the Alps

Sorry but my review will be a bit boring and overloaded with the excellent marks. We (a family with now 8 year old son) went there before, enjoyed our stay this time, and going to visit Aqua Dome again on our next vacation. |Everything in Aqua Dome feels just right: starting from the location (cozy corner in the charming Tirolean town -- small enough to be comfortable, big enough to provide whatever you may reasonably need) with great walking/hiking paths starting literally from the entrance door, up to the service level provided by the hotel's and pool/sauna staff (I do not know how but they manage to be very helpful and friendly without being obtrusive) - everything deserves only the highest marks. |Elegant and well tought-out rooms (you are expected to spend a lot of time in pool and sauna? so you need a convenient dryer for your swimming kit? here it is, of the proper size and smartly mounted at the convenient point of your bathroom - enjoy! balcony with the great views and spacious enough to put there proper armchairs and enjoy lazy afternoon - check! fridges with the local mineral water, colas and juices - find it smartly positioned near the entrance, so the staff member re-filling it does only the minimum disturbance).|Cleanliness as high that evem our Mom, the medical professional with a keen eye for any chance for germs, gets relaxed (we visited a lot of places before and Aqua Dome is probably the first time she had nothing to grump about). Food quality second to none (BTW, our only suggestion for the management is about food: it would be great to provide more information about the locally-surced products. You do provide labels on some, but not on all).||A separate kudos to Patrizia, the hiking guide. The local person, she has just a right mix of charisma, local knowledge, and tact (the ability to get silent in the right time and let you enjoy the moment) to make her a really great person in right position. I do recomment to join her group at least once, even if you're not a hiker (who knows? maybe you just did not try it propely?)

I was very apprehensive about staying here as the reviews are all over the place - many 1 stars, many 5 stars. But we planned the trip late and there were few options as we wanted a thermal spa hotel and they had availability. So I will try to provide a balanced and fair review. Pros - Overall we had a fine time. The spa facility is unique in the sheer scope and variety of features. The 3 outdoor 'dome' baths are very cool. - The room was very nice, modern, clean and spacious. - The help was pleasant and helpful. - There are nice paths along the river for walking and cross country skiing. Cons - The biggest miss is that the temperature of the thermal water is not hot enough. It is 95 F/35 C. It feels warm, not hot. It would be nice if even a few of the indoor pools were hotter - like 102-104F - The food was decent, not great, but with this many guests eating in a small time window, I'm sure the main courses need to be cooked ahead of time and warmed so the food was lukewarm. Not fine dining, but OK. - For me the resort is a bit too big, as I prefer a bit more of an intimate hotel/spa. The fact that they allow many day guests adds to this feeling. - A few minor notes - 5 Euro for a carafe of tap water seems like gouging, as does charging for a coffee at dinner. - The AI phone attendant is a nightmare - it is literally impossible to get through to a human and when I left my number I never got a call back. All that said, we enjoyed our stay but I doubt I would go back given the high price point and the Cons listed above.

Fantastic place! Been there in 2004, came back in 2025, definitely will come back again. My recommendation is to spend all day here and buy spa 3000 including so you would get an access to the all saunas and pools also food is included. Also amount of people inside is normal, even last time we were during Christmas period. Highly recommend to visit even you stay anywhere in Tirol

At first glance Aqua Dome looks like a most amazing experience. Jaw dropping photos and awesome reviews from past guests make an American touring thru Austria click buy buy buy. We were both stoked to experience this mind blowing shrine to all things "aqua". Our first impression once we checked in was one of awe. Great room. Delicious world class cuisine included in your nightly rate. We booked a spa package which included a spa treatment for each of us. On line you don't know what time your treatments are booked for so you find out when you arrive. Ours were scheduled for 9am the next morning. We did go up to the spa area after checking in to change the treatment to a deep tissue massage. Thank goodness that was no problem. The next morning we both got massages from an awesome lady from Germany named Anya. We were treated like the queen and king of Austria. We loved it. The only reason this review isn't a 5 star rave is because of the following. This hotel is all about water. It's everywhere. Problem is that in all the pools, hot tubs and therapy baths the water is the exact same temperature. 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Anyone who has a jacuzzi eat home know there is a world of difference between 95 and 99. In my opinion they should keep at least a few of the bodies of water at 99. Don't let this stop you from booking your stay here. Just know that there are no steaming hot tubs here. Other than that it's a mind blowing great resort hotel.

This place is insane! Awesome food, good price per night for what you get. You basically have access to the whole spa whenever you want and the breakfast and dinner buffet is top notch. Would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful hotel for basecamp during ski holidays. Food is not so woaw compare to the price. Perfect if you want to enjoy also thermal and sauna area.

I saw a travel post on Instagram and I was very intrigued... especially with the pools!!!!!!! The architecture looks amazing here!!!!!!!! Located near the fresh Austrian Alps!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO GO VISIT AQUA DOME FOR SURE!!!!!!!!
