Hotel has a very nice environment. Modernised building and new design. Japanese food served at the Japanese restaurant was great, tasty and presentable. Though the hot spring, which opens to the general public with small cost, was a little over crowded on a Sunday. Do recommend the hotel to restrict 1 or 2 hours of the day to just reserve for the hotel guests. Overall, it was clean and tidy but some areas were slightly deteriorated.

Per their website - no tattoos allowed. They do have strawberry picking.

We love this hotel as it is a relaxing and lovely place! It is only one hour's drive from Nagoya airport. The location isn't close to city center with not much to do nearby. But there's nothing bad as we could really enjoy the tranquil and the pleasant time in the hotel area. We highly recommend the individual villa over the rooms. Designs of each villa is unique, homey and fun. We loved to stay in the villa for most of the day. Restaurants provided Japanese and Italian food as well as fine dining. And their strawberry farm gave us a very happy family time picking strawberries together with our kid. We would definitely go back to this place next time.

It is actually a resort with onsen, cafes, restaurants. We found this on the web and decided to stay there in this trip. We changed our schedule several times such that we could stay there for two nights. At last we found it's worth to do that. Reviews said it was crowed in the weekend. We don't have this problem coz we went in weekdays. We loved the environment. We tried nearly all kinds of food including the beautiful bread, cakes and pastries. Since we stayed for two nights, we tried both Italian and Japanese cuisines which were surprisingly delicious. The two famous chefs are really successful in this! The onsen was beautiful. It was relaxing to have a spa in the "bamboo forest". We stayed in a villa with private onsen. The house was nicely designed. I was surprised that there was a projector in the living room! How special for a hotel villa! One think I must mention is the service of this hotel. We could feel the warm and hearty attitude everywhere. Before the trip we made several inquiries because of the change. A female staff member who could speak English helped me a lot. In the three days of stay she also accompanied us. Thanks a lot! We also thanks for the gentlemen who guide us around the villa, and the boy and girl who helped us take the heavy luggage, as well as all other staff in the shop and restaurants! You all brought us wonderful memories and we will come again for sure!

This is an interesting place to stay it is like an old-school bathhouse mixed with a modern-day hotel. The rooms are small but adequate and all the bedding is on the ground there is no actual bed so for visitors were looking for a comfortable stay this may not be it. Very friendly staff and ultraclean make this the place you should stay for one night maybe one night only. I was here traveling on business decided to give it a try worth the experience. Restaurant food was good and the bar staff was great.

Stayed in room 'Sugi' which has it's own onsen bath. Check-in at the room with english speaking staff member. Room is well appointed and sufficient space to relax after a good bath. Mountain view from the bath. Dinner in Japanese restaurant very special and delicious. Breakfast choice of 3, choose Japanese and very nice. Overall great place to stay if you are looking for a place with private outdoor onsen bath at your room. Public bath also nearby. It comes with a price but the expectations were met!

easy to access by a car. It contains some restaurants and shops, 2 Italian restaurants, 2 Japanese restaurants, a bakery and a cake shop, strawberry and veggie farm, hot spring public bath, massage, and accommodation. 2 popular cheves and 1 patisserie produce their restaurants. they provide delicious food made from local harvest at stylish and beautiful buildings. hot spring is also good.it opens until 24:00 and has a cafe, rest space, and a souvenir shop.

I can only speak for the hot spring, but everything about it was incredible. The building itself is very modern with a small shop for food, snacks, and souvenirs. The baths were nice and well maintained with a number of options including indoor, outdoor, and personal.

Yelp
After reading about this place in a travel guide, my friend and I decided to make a day trip to this onsen. it was a bit of a hike from the Yunoyama Onsen station so we took a cab to the facility. The place was really modern. They have lockers for you to put your shoes and a separate locker in the changing room for you to put your clothes. They had three types of rotenburo: a mid-size rectangular pool, a pool for you to lie on your back, and a mid-size circular pool. It was a nice place to soak on a cool day in the autumn. The only thing I didn't like was the huge highway or road that they are building next to the onsen facility. You can hear the construction noises which was a minus. The facility also had a bakery, café, gift shop, and a few restaurants. We did try one of the restaurants for lunch and had to wait for about 30 minutes. The food was good.
