Fabulous race week stay with the crew in a spacious Grove House with plunge pool. Wonderful location right on the bay and lovely Grounds lap pool, sauna and spa for post race recovery. Staff friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location and grounds are well kept. Unfortunately, houses are showing their age and are not being maintained or cleaned properly. For $1000 a night, you’d expect top quality. Decks are falling apart, fridges don’t seal, couch has never been moved and cleaned underneath, bed heads and linen are stained, carpets, blinds and floors need a deep clean or replacement. Again, great location but seriously, for the price, you need to do better.

Fantastic accommodation and facilities. We were a Family of 10: a great-grandparent, Grandparents, three adult children, and four Grandchildren. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The kids loved the plunge pool. A great base to explore the region. We are all looking forward to another visit.

Big house in beautiful setting and grounds. ||The house was very clean and nothing was missing for our comfort and convenience. The on suite bathrooms are very luxurious.|We shared the accommodation with family to celebrate a 60 th birthday. ||We would certainly recommend it.

The location is excellent however the houses are tired. The doors were hard to open, and the floors need resealing. Windows weren't clean. It was also peak holiday period, and the services were lacking in the food vans etc.

Great place to stay at for a short break or a longer holiday, beautiful beach front location with excellent facilites. Staff were friendly and offered great advice on what to do in the area. The Villas were spacious and clean, famiies would have a great time here. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for Geographe Bay Race Week. The perfect accommodation for the event. Four bedrooms, a plunge pool, bbq, wonderful after a hard day’s racing!

Stayed in beachfront house F|Very disappointed no fly screens on large sliding doors to balcony and louvred windows. As a result had to have doors closed at all times and air con on to avoid flys in day and mosquitos at night Admin said all beachfront houses had no fly screens apart from one which was show home when they were built

This is a nice location to stay, we stayed in the downstairs bedroom apartment with private heated pool, private bbq, laundry complete with dryer, full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, bunk beds to sleep 6 and kingsize bed with ensuite. Found a couple of roaches in the main bedroom but they were easily got rid of but still....for a 5 star place thought it would've been 'cleaner'... the bbq was dirty and gave it a clean before we used and after we used (left it cleaner than what it was). Everything around the southwest here is like 30-40 minutes drive or less and there's a lot of wineries....you'd need to stay for a month just to fit them all in. Overall it was a pleasant stay with a 10 minute drive to the main streets of Busselton, you must try Pan & Grill (succulent rump steak)

A choice of a few different villas to stay in, with some villas having a pool this accommodation has all the comforts and modern facilities of a hotel except with a choice to cook your own meals. It also has a tennis court! It's comfortable, it's clean, it's a stroll down to the beach and not too far away from shops, what more do you need?
