Aqua Vista Beachfront Suites

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Vista over Christmas break. Amanda and her husband were incredible!!!!! Friendly, responsive in a timely manner, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. They made sure we had everything we needed and shared great local recommendations. The location is perfect, right on the water and within easy walking distance to so many restaurants/bars and shops in San Pedro. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, AC in room was great, the space felt fresh and updated, and the water pressure was excellent, which made a big difference after long beach days. The beachfront setting really sets this place apart. Waking up to the water and being just steps from the ocean made our stay feel relaxed and special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Aqua Vista Beachfront Suites to anyone visiting Belize. Make sure to visit her restaurant before you leave (Fresh n Go), the breakfast was a perfect sendoff before heading back home to San Antonio.

From the moment we booked Aqua Vista Suites , they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. We had Mandy’s number before we got there and she made sure we knew the check in process etc, it was a last minute request for them to decorate for my partner’s birthday and they totally came through! Aqua Vista also offers to help with golf cart rental (must have in San Pedro) they have amazing concierge services that can set up yours and excursions, transportation, even to the mainland with room pick up! You don’t have to plan anything, Karen with Dee Kay can make almost anything you want to do possible! Ask about the in-room massages too! Even at night with just a few hours’ notice, which was fabulous, there is also a lady named Nadia a few feet down the beach who also gives incredible massages!.||The suites themselves were modern, clean, and comfortable, complete with kitchen amenities and waterfront views. There are some restaurant/ bars that do play music until around 10pm but you cannot hear them inside of your room. The coffee joint on the pier was great and opens very early! The hammocks were great for relaxing! AC was super cold and just overall a really great spot! With parking behind the suites for your golf cart!   ||If you’re looking for a beachside stay where every detail is cared for and you are looking to have a “local feel” that’s close to everything then I’d definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here to celebrate a friends milestone birthday. Mandy and KP were there to greet us when we arrived and added special touches, like decorating the room for the occasion. Plus they were only a call away when we had any questions. It was nice that Mandy created a WhatsApp group before we got there, so most queries were dealt with before we arrived.|The apartments are 1 bedroom, with the option to turn the futon into the 2nd bed.|You're in a good location with several bars and restaurants within walking distance.|The accommodation provided everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The housekeeper Karolina and the management team KP and Mandy were so amazing. There are 6 suites in total, and we were lucky to have such friendly neighbors. The unit is quite spacious, even with the pull-out couch open for a 3rd guest. Washroom is modern/ recently renovated. Kitchen has a full-size fridge, toaster, plug-in stove/ cooktop, drip coffee maker, kitchen utensils, tupperware containers and more! They also provide free drinkable water via those gallon dispensers. There is a key to access the storage cabinet located on the bottom floor, and you can just fill up your water bottle or the jug they provide for each room. If you need anything, KP and Mandy are easily accessible via WhatsApp. One of our room fans broke, and they replaced it the next day. Can't say enough good things about our stay. The location is amazing, and so many restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walking distance.

The location is perfect for Ambergris Caye/San Pedro. You wake up to the beach/fall asleep to the waves. It's literally less than 3 blocks from 5 great restaurants/bars with live music most every night. The resort is small but quaint with only 6 units. The units are simple, but very cozy and extremely well maintained. The hosts Amanda and KP were available and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Carolina, the housekeeper is another wonderful person. She did laundry for us mid-week, and cooked us an amazing Belize dinner one evening for small fee. We really enjoyed her and her daughter's company! Pictures don't really depict how beautiful the beach is as the seaweed is just about ready to cleaned up and gone for the season. It's not specific to this resort, it's just what happens yearly on the western Caribbean!

Our stay at Aqua Vista was nothing short of exceptional. The location is ideal—right on the beachfront and just a short walk to an array of great bars and restaurants, making it easy to experience something new every evening. The suite we stayed in was incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and provided more than enough space for the two of us to relax comfortably. It had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The patio was a great spot for enjoy drinks and enjoy the great ocean views. The people watching was great as well. A special mention goes to Mandy and KP, who were outstanding hosts. They were always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to share personalized recommendations that helped us make the most of our time on the island. We travel frequently, and Aqua Vista has undoubtedly become one of our all-time favorite places to stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway.

We had an amazing week here. Great location, very comfortable and well stocked room. But Mandy and KP are what make Aqua Vista extra special. They welcomed us and gave us excellent information on tours, rentals, great food places, and beaches. It felt like we were visiting friends! We can’t wait to go again - thanks Mandy and KP!!

We were so excited to stay here seeing the reviews... The host was sweet and helped us get in early but once we shared our concerns with the humidity in the room and the sheets literally feeling wet when we slept the first night. We didn't feel heard just told “No one has ever said that before, did you check AC” We tried staying positive but after night two of barley any sleep due to discomfort we found a place right down the street and instantly felt better and welcomed. If you are okay with hearing a bar next door until midnight or other guest right next to your room until 3 am very loud, a rock hard bed, tiny space & no water pressure, you will love this place. When I asked for a refund on the last night bc we needed rest before a long day travel, was told it wasn't possible, she sleeps there with no problems etc but the credit could go to a friend to stay there… There are places cheaper near and MUCH more comfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for any type comfort or relaxation on their vacation.
