I would give zero stars if possible. The lifeguards at this water park are inattentive and unprofessional. Most of them sit on their phones, chat with each other, and fail to respond when someone is in distress. I personally witnessed a child struggling to get out of a tube at the bottom of a slide, while the lifeguard just stood there and watched as more riders were sent down, crashing into the child.
The slide operations are also unsafe — they send people down before the first rider is even halfway, which causes collisions. This is extremely dangerous.
My great-grandmother lost her glasses in the catch pool at the bottom of one slide. We asked the lifeguard if we could look for them, and he said yes. However, they kept sending riders down on top of us while we searched. When we politely asked if they could pause the ride for one minute so we could search without risk of injury, the lifeguard refused.
On another attraction, a water bubble with a posted maximum height of 64”, we measured ourselves and were well under the limit — yet still got yelled at by a lifeguard for being “too tall.” The lifeguards, who all appeared to be teenagers, seem to make up rules on the spot that are not listed anywhere on the official rule boards or park policies.
This is not a safe environment for children or adults. Between the lack of attention, disregard for safety protocols, and arbitrary enforcement of rules, I strongly recommend avoiding this park altogether.
