During my recent stay, I found the beds' comfort to be less than satisfactory. The mattresses were either too firm or too soft and did not provide sufficient support, which made it challenging to achieve a restful night's sleep. This, unfortunately, had a negative impact on my overall experience at the hotel. The breakfast offerings have also been deemed unsatisfactory.
