The Aquarium of Rhodes is small but worth a visit if you're nearby and interested in marine life. The entrance fee is €6.5, and the visit takes around 15–20 minutes if you take your time. The tanks are smaller and feature signs explaining the species inside, from starfish and small crabs to fish native to the area. The cave-like interior design is quite unique and will likely be especially fun for kids. The building is accessible, with an elevator available for visitors with mobility issues. It’s open daily from 9:00 to 20:00. Don’t expect something spectacular, but for the price, it offers a pleasant and educational break.

This is a nice place to visit, where you'll encounter various interesting species from the marine world. It's quite enjoyable, especially for children. However, it's worth noting that it is a relatively small venue, and the entrance fee is a bit high in comparison. You can expect to spend approximately 30 to 60 minutes here.

Small, but very nice. We stayed for anout 45 minutes. The fish were in small pools, but looked in good health. Everything's in english and very informative. Good for a rainy day, like we had today.

You could probably visit the whole thing in 30 mins or less. It's basically a corridor crafted to in the liking of an underwater cave, while the floor is paved by white and black pebbles. The tanks are inside the walls, left and right. It might be less than 20 tanks inside. Most of the species are local, with only a few giant fish species. There's not much information about the fish, but they do say their names in English. In the hallway, there's a tank you can touch different shells, a quiz game about aquatic life and a small exhibition of different shells and mollusks. The price is fair, only 6.5€, and you get to refresh yourself in a cool spot for a bit.

The aquarium is amazing! First of all, I loved how there were fossils of prehistoric animals, and a petting spot where you could touch shells. Next, I loved the fish and marine life that was on display! It was quite fun to look at all the different native, but also non-native species, and discover a little more about them. And, lastly, I loved the many other fossils of other sea creatures and or parts of their skeleton. I hope you enjoy your trip here because I definitely did!

It's a lovely little aquarium that doesn't offer some spectacular views but is still worth a visit a d here's why. The entrance price is 6.5 euros, it upon until 20:00, but the latest entrance is at 19:30. It features a cave that's made of underwater rocks and pebbles and it should be fun for kids. There's lots of different sea creatures ( nothing too big) and it offers an educational text next to each exhibit/aquarium. One story of a Mediterranean harbor seal was especially wonderful for me, but I don't want to spoil it so you'll have to discover it on your own. :) Don't expect a massive aquatic world full of big fish like sharks and dolphins and you'll have a good time. With the ticket you also get a discount for the local musieums such as the museum in oldtown and the 9D museum of Greek history. You also have the option of getting a unique souvenir in the form of a coin and you also make a small contribution towards helping the environment by buying it. Here are just a few photos to show you a little bit of what's inside.

Such a cute aquarium, good price for what there is and free for under 18s. I liked that you ended with a section on prehistoric animals but thought there could've been a little more on them. The fish and that were cuties.
