Aquarius Beach Tower Hotel

Rooms are pretty big. The floors are dirty though and the showers are pretty old and rusted up. Don't walk barefoot because your feet will get dirty before you get in bed. The place does stay pretty cool during the day, which is nice. Only one elevator works. They LOCK THE STAIRWELLS. This is a FIRE HAZARD! What if there was a fire and we can't use the ONE elevator that takes forever to get to any of the floors? You aren't supposed to use elevators anyway in the case of a fire, and each apartment has an electric stove and a microwave and a dryer (if the washer and dryer actually work because ours didn't) which can easily cause fires!

I was at the Aquarius for 2 months for work. You couldn't ask for nicer staff and location. The room was clean and in good shape. One of the big hotels might be nicer for a short term stay, but for me this was just what I wanted. Next time on the island this is were I will stay.

Checked in Dec. 18, friendly service up front and very accommodating. Follows covid guidelines with hand sanitizer available before entry, in the lobby and in the elevators. Booked a mountain view side single bedroom ($140+20 tax) for a personal birthday and it was better than expected! The view was fantastic! Clean, not too cold and never warm. Rooms are basically fully furnished apartments and is very comfortable. It's no 5 star as there are no 5 star hotels on island but I'd say you get what you paid for if not a little more.

The view towards beach road and the actual beach are fairly beautiful. Rooms are nice and spacious for a hotel and some rooms can even have 3 couples occupied the same room number because of the 3 separate bedrooms with in. And every room is air conditions properly. Down side is the kitchen is a little behind on technology and some rooms may need better maintenance than others inside the kitchen and minor stains in the kitchen walls and floor from past guests.

Spacious rooms with full kitchen and easy access to the beach, very much enjoyed my stay. Some minor complaints about the room I had, shower didn't drain well and the kitchen was missing some pots, but that probably doesn't apply to all rooms. Thermostat was also set very cold and could not be changed. Still would highly recommend.

This place is great for families with little children. It has a washer and dryer in the room for convenient use (if your staying long enough-we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days). The blinds could use some replacement. Ours had some peices falling when going out to the balcony. However, the overall stay was nice and comfortable. I am a plus 15 year customer and I have seen this hotel go from brand new through a few upgrades. The rooms are clean and service is wonderful. The rooms just need a refresh. The ocean is accessible and beautiful!

Staying here again for Thanksgiving this year. We like it here because the bed is comfy, the ac works great, there is a great kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal, there is a washer and dryer and the staff is very friendly! The rooms still need some simple renovations like replacing light bulbs and putting in a bigger than 32” tv, but we’ll come back again and recommend it to people that need a great place to sleep.

So...we came to NMI fresh from a horrifying experience in Guam. We were eager to brush off the evil spirits of hotels gone bad...when we landed at the Chalan Kanoa. Long story short...we came, we saw the rooms, we went back to the lobby and started calling every hotel we could google. That's how we found the Aquarius. And god fucking bless them. BEAUTIFUL. Large, spacious, suits. HUGE equipped kitchens with wine/beer openers, dishes, glasses, clean bathrooms, washers and dryers (free to guests staying 3 or more days)...amazing views. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! No rodents, no roaches, no rude lobby folks. And get this...WIFI IN EVERY DAMN ROOM! I can't say more about this place. It was a BLESSED relief. Oh...and BEST BEACH ACCESS on the island...besides the Hyatt. You will NOT regret staying here. Central to everything you could want to do on the island. :)

The Aquarius is the only place I'll stay when I'm in Saipan for work. It is conveniently located just south of the main heart of touristy Siapan and is situated directly on the beach. There is food within walking distance and the water-frontage is gentle, calm, and great to swim in. The building used to be a condo-apartment center and the rooms are huge, include kitchens, lanais, washer/dryer, and plenty of room to spread out. The beds and sheets aren't amazingly nice but are more than comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. They have free wifi on a few floors and a 24-hour front desk. The price is fantastic (~100 a night) and much better quality and value than anywhere else you can stay on the island!

We had a great stay in Saipan thanks to the amazing and friendly staff at the Aquarius! We stayed two nights in a large, beachfront 3 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. The kitchen had limited supplies but just enough to make a light breakfast and coffee. The Aquarius is right on the beach with Payless Supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants close by. The thing that made our stay so great was the friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

the rooms are like apartments. for each bed has its own room plus full kitchen, 2 bathrooms max. living room, dining room, and large balcony. the reason i am giving it such a low score here was the fact i got to the hotel early. i understand the early check in fee of 25 bucks but what i didnt expect was to get put ina room where even if the toilet had nothing in it, it would clog and overflow. or the shower not draining. half the lamps were broken andwere unable to be turned on. and after sleeping in the bed i now have a rash across the parts of my body taht werent clothed in basketball shorts. i have been really disappointed in my hotel stay in Saipan. the island as a whole was paradise though.
