Please stop parking on the red curb and blocking visibility for drivers on the street. It’s dangerous and creates unnecessary hazards that can easily be prevented. Your truck has been causing ongoing safety concerns for our entire neighborhood in South San Jose. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for community safety — and it reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism.

Parked in a 10 minute loading zone in front of a school for hours is so frustrating completely no regard for anyone else who would like to use this. And look at the other reviews these guys are not professional at all

The technique did an adequate job, but went up and down stairs many times to pick up tools/material so that he could charge more hours. There were some issues about the job and payment. Emailed the office several times. Initially, we were told that the manager was on vacation. After two weeks of no response, reached out again and was told that the manager would review the case and reach out soon, then went silent. Not a trustworthy business. It's recommended by our HOA. If you have options, better to avoid.

I wouldn’t recommend Aquatek Plumbing based on my recent experience. While they were responsive, it felt like their primary focus was on billing as much as possible on an hour-to-hour basis rather than actually resolving the issue. They charge a fixed $250 for the first hour and $100 for every additional hour — even if the problem remains unfixed. In my case, the plumber spent time diagnosing but left without resolving the issue, citing reasons that were vague or beyond my control, then recommended I reschedule another visit (and incur more charges). It felt more like a cycle of upselling services than delivering a proper solution. Not the experience I expected or would want to go through again.

I recently had Aquatek plumbing out to my home on two separate occasions. The first was to fix a bathroom sink clog and repair a sink stopper. The crew was professional, courteous, and repaired both quickly. The second call was to install a new toilet and Toto washlet. A different crew arrived on time and removed my old toilet, thoroughly cleaned the floor and installed the new toilet. The washlet required specific installation instructions for the water, electrical and plumbing. The remote control required additional installation and setup. I was very pleased with the results.

AquaTek was amazing, We discovered a water main leak on Father's Day and they were able to come out and make the repair. The service Tech that was dispatched was helpful with sharing how the repair would take place and how much time was needed. Extremely professional. Thank you AquaTek & Michael for being available to get our water turned back on. Most appreciated

They showed up on time. Did the underground job that needed to be done that the HOA said was not their responsibility. The bill was a little higher than I had expected, the parts are marked up quite a bit.
