The animals were cute but hard to find— more snakes and frogs than actual fish as well. Lots on conservation, so go if you’re interested in that. We got the happy hour tickets online which were a good deal and gave us an ample amount of time to see all the exhibits.

It's a nice place to enjoy watching some fresh water fish for adults and kids.

Awesome aquarium, great place to bring the family and learn about different fish species and environments. Absolutely loved it.

Was abit reluctant at first. But saw that if you purchase your tickets online it’s cheaper. 29CHF to be exact. Going in is a breeze, just scan your ticket barcode. Going there is easy as well, right above the Vennes station. If you stay in Lausanne hotel they do provide free public transportation ticket. So just make use of it. The exhibits are very attractive, from freshwater fish, marine tanks, reptiles and amphibians tanks all are well taken care of. There’s even a mammal display which I can’t recall the name of the animal. There’s even an outdoor Amazonian-ish setup with heavy humidity and large display tanks for the giants as well. Definitely worth the time. I spent 2hours here. Not to mention all the displays and short videos are available in multiple language ie English, French, German.

Great educational content, the exhibition clearly values the animal's wellbeing. There are many different species that amaze me everytime. Teaching people and children that fish are valuable and have feelings too by showing how cool they are, is very important.

Always super fun to visit AQUATIS. It never disappoints & is always a hit with the kids! Lots to see & learn. We finish our visit with a lunch at their Garden restaurant. Good pizzas & pastas. Buying online tickets in advance is recommended. It’s cheaper & you don’t have to wait in line when you arrive.

This aquarium in Lausanne is a must vist, its full of very different fishes and other reptiles. It had crocodiles, lizards and even monkeys. We took the happy hour ticket thats half price, cost us 15 chf and was enough to go through the complete aquarium. I would recommend it.

Very friendly staff and actively informed us we have 50%off on the parking and the entrance price deduction for the old age people. It's rare in Switzerland that the staff will actively inform you about any promotions. It's entertaining and educational for children. We visited for about 2 hours. The entrance price is a bit lofty though.
