Sunday evening family dinner. The restaurant is ideally located and offers a magnificent view of the Douro and Ribeira. However, the service clearly leaves something to be desired: the waiters seem unengaged and give the impression that they don't want to be working. As for the dishes, although they are reasonably priced, the quality is unfortunately lacking. The shrimp pasta tastes as if it was prepared several days in advance. This establishment may be suitable for a drink, but certainly not for dinner.

Nice lunch next to the Douro river, food was good as was the wine that was served.

Location is the only advantage of the venue. Food is just awful, comparable with fast food quality. We ordered cod the Braga style and the prawns spaghetti and were disappointed big time. Good white wine (see pic) did not make the overall picture much better. Worth noting the “restaurant” is in a regular container, nothing fancy at all. Service: sort of “enforced friendly”, the guy who let us into the dining room hates his job. Find something else.

What a way to start my visit to Porto! This is a fantastic finding! We just walked into a magnificent place with a breathtaking view, fantastic menu, and fabulous food. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had help choosing what we had, and it was spot on. There was no room for dessert, but I'm definitely going back before I leave. No need to reserve a table. Incredible value for money.

I'm glad to eat some great food with an amazing view. Pepsi products for soda, so I ordered pineapple nectar. Ordered two Feancesinha plates (traditional and with shrimp). Both were delicious, but the Sevilhana (with shrimp) had a small portion of shrimp.

The food was good. Service overall was just ok. Maybe they can smile a little more.

Wasn't expecting much, but we had a fantastic meal. So good, that in our 3 nights spent in the Porto area we ate here twice! The second night we had steak and honestly, it was the best I've had in Portugal. Tender as.... highly recommended and the staff were amazing. Despite being a place I'd usually avoid, as looks very tourist-invented, there were lots of locals dining also, and the views were out of this world. Thank you

Nice view. The waiters were pressing us to order when the menu is in a language we can't understand. The French fries were disappointing, hard to chew. The meat was hard as well. I understand why it was empty, I don't recommend this place

Service is terrible server was extremely rude and got our orders wrong. We had to ask for a waiter change, who was much nicer. Unfortunately the food was terrible, cold and didn't taste fresh. The restaurant was pretty empty for such a busy day in town so I imagine it's hard to keep fresh ingredientes and food. A shame given that the location is nice.

Unfortunately was not the best meal. Good bread, wine selection. However the meat aka steak was subpar and tasteless. The "lasagna" was cheese and some hidden ground meat, again lacking flavor. I will say the staff was absolutely kind, attentive and accommodating. Just wish the food tasted better.

I love this place, the setting is amazing!! The food was so good. It's right on the Douro River so the view is perfect. Our waiter Ilidio recommended a great local wine which was only 10 Euros, he recommended the Francesinha sandwich which was also really good, Lynn had the pasta bolognese and also liked it. The food was 4 stars the waiter and setting was 6 stars so I had to settle with 5 stars

We went there for a quick bite and the view across the river - the restaurant overlooks the beautiful city of Porto. I asked for a vegetable soup, and was presented with a dish that was appetizing... except that I started finding bugs in my soup!!! Completely disgusting and unhygienic. (I posted photos). Seriously, there are no health inspectors in Porto?

I really didn't think much of the place. There were better foods along the pier. This one just looked more fancier. Oh well my mistake.

Wonderful place to relax and forget everything for a few hours. Peaceful atmosphere and affordable food and drinks :) Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The bread they put on your table is not free. They will charge by piece. Very sneaky. The food is mediocre. There are much better options in the area.

Great outdoor space to have a lunch on a beautiful sunny day! My friend and I sat outside by the lawn chairs and had a light lunch and a few drinks. The view of the river from the restaurant was great! We ordered prawns with garlic which were very flavorful and a tomato salad that was light and refreshing on s warm day! My only complaint was that they did not allow you to order from a regular menu unless you sat at a table inside so our options were limited since we want to soaked up the sun while having lunch. One reminder( lots of restaurants in Porto charged for bread, butter, and olives so be aware when ordering any of those items, know that you will be charged for it)

Beautiful spot along the river with a nice view of the city of Porto. Didn't try the white sangria, but it looked like their drink specialty as there were orange pitchers everywhere. I mistakenly did not specify the white and enjoyed a very good red sangria. We were sent here for a specialty sandwich called the Francesinha, or "Little Frenchie" Basically ham, fresh pork and roast beef served with white bread and smothered with cheese and a tomato/beer sauce. Pretty unique taste. Worth a visit to the place for the setting and the interesting fare.
