A beautifully designed, elegant café right in the center of Palma – you can’t get more central than this. I had the best espresso I’ve ever tasted here: slightly acidic, rich in flavor, made from high-quality beans that you can also buy on-site. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and refined. There’s a lovely terrace for outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your coffee in the sun. A must-visit for coffee lovers. Highly recommended!

Great spot if you're a coffee enthusiast or need a place to work. The atmosphere is calm, minimalistic, and comfortable enough for focused laptop time. Their cold latte was genuinely one of the best I've had — smooth, perfectly balanced, and refreshing. The raspberry crumble cake was a pleasant surprise: buttery, slightly tart, and not overly sweet, making it a perfect match with the iced coffee. This café is tucked just off the main tourist paths, which adds to its quiet charm and makes it a solid choice for both relaxing and productivity. Arabay also roasts their own beans, which explains the excellent quality.

Service is friendly! The coffee was alright, not the best specialty coffee I had, the toasties were nice and you can tell they were made with quality ingredients however I would recommend their cakes more than their sandwiches. Although beware of lard if you’re vegetarian or halal/kosher

Whilst not extraordinary, the coffee was good and above average for Spanish quality. I liked the vibe and the staff did put effort on making the coffee. Menu was quite varied and pastries look good too although we did not try any.

Friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and seriously great coffee. You can tell they care about quality. Perfect spot to chill or grab a quick caffeine fix. Definitely coming back

The place has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. We chose it because it seemed like a great spot for coffee, but unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t to my taste—it was quite mild, and I didn’t get much of a coffee flavor, which was disappointing as I was really in the mood for a great cup. The food was fine, though nothing exceptional, especially given the price for both the coffee and food. Based on the reviews, I had higher expectations. For me, it was just decent

Perfect spot. Delicious coffee. Great atmosphere. Although the desserts could be better in my opinion.

I was really disappointed by both the drink and the service at Arabay. I ordered an iced matcha, and what I received was clearly not ceremonial grade or even properly prepared. It was a pre-packaged powder dumped over milk without being mixed, resulting in a strange, overly sweet flavor (but not in a good way) and a gritty, unpleasant texture. When I politely brought this up and asked if I could switch to something else, the staff insisted this was “authentic” matcha and told me I was wrong. They were dismissive and unhelpful, which was honestly more frustrating than the drink itself. I’ve attached a photo so others can judge for themselves. You can clearly see the dull, murky green color, which is a sign of poor-quality or mishandled matcha. If you know and appreciate real matcha, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
