Arabella on West Apartments

Our Family stay at Arabella on West Apartments was great from the very first contact Myles was very quick to respond to our email and very accommodating when the airline changed our flight. The property was very secure with electronic gate that requires a pin as does the front door. The 3 bed upstairs apartment was very spacious, clean and perfect for our trip for my daughters 16 th birthday. We were lucky enough to have the complex to our selves. Due to us travelling in winter we did not use the on-site pool but the pool area was very clean as was the laundry area. The shower was one of the best showers I have had in a long time with perfect pressure and very hot water. The beds very comfortable in fact it was hard to get my son to get out of the bed. The wifi was awesome my son doesn’t usually like to travel due to lack of wifi for his gadgets(typical teenager) but wifi was great. I love the fact that when returning at night their were lights on outside the property 👌being a single mum I felt very safe . A short stroll around the corner is ,cafe,restaurants, fish and chip shop, laundrymat and I can recommend meals from Fish and chip shop and Surf life saving club. On the same street there is the Big 4 caravan park with a cafe for a quick meal. The apartment is very close to airport and Glenelg shopping. The bus passes the front door of the property. ||I can’t recommend this property enough, it was a great holiday home and we hope to return soon. Well done Myles keep up the good work 👍

stayed here as it was across the road from the baseball stadium, which is what I was there for. based on this the location was perfect for me. I had trouble on check in as my code didn't work but 1 phone call fixed it. I was a little concerned as it was pretty late at night and I was on my own but it worked out fine.||||this was just a room for me and it was very comfortable. I didn't use any amenities so can't comment on the laundry or pool. didn't use the aircon or heater so can't comment on that either. the only issue with the room was the lack of water pressure in the shower.||||the other concern I had was the gate to get in. you have to open the big gate even if you don't have a car and I felt pretty unsafe with the gate staying open too long. might be worth putting a separate gate in that closes straight away.||||it may sound like it wasn't a good place to stay but I actually really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay here again. the apartment was clean and well presented. it was roomy and the bed was comfortable. free Wi-Fi was great.

I stayed here for work recently and had one of the apartments downstairs, it was quite cute and comfortable, the apartment has a keypad lock so i didnt have to worry about carrying a key around. Kitchen had everything i needed, small bathroom and comfortable bed. Only thing that was a negative was the heating didn't seem to work that well I had to put the heating on temp of 30 just to try and get it warm but the heat didnt seem to reach the bedroom. The wifi didnt seem to work either for me. Great service from Myles who was super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed two nights whilst visiting family with our 1 year old, he had plenty of room to crawl about and we had so much room in the main bedroom to store our suit cases and set up the port-a-cot. We loved that there’s no need to ‘check in’ they just message you prior to your stay with details on when you can arrive and to give you the access codes for the gate, laundry and your room so you can come as you please and check yourself out without the hassle of returning a room key. Very convenient for us, will return in the future. Pool closed over the winter months though and remember spare $1 coins for the laundry.

This is a wonderful place. Reading the reviews after booking made me panic. From at the gate it was wonderful. Fantastic for families with kids. The big Wedgie is 800m walking, adventure park, cafe at entry caravan park all walking distance. Recreation park across the road. The apartment was spotless. Plenty of tea/coffee/ powder milk/ toilet paper. Contact with owner was easy. No keys just a code. Our daughter is having an operation and plenty of space/access with wheel chair. Well done to the owners. So far would not fault it.||We flew so we just urbered. $11 to DFO - Harbor town. Close to Glenelg and about $30 to city

We spent three nights here while on a school trip. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and kitchen. However our stay was significantly impacted by lack of basic amenities such as bowls to use for breakfast. There was a single stock pot sized saucepan. Had we wanted to cook a meal it would have been impossible. Also two of the three light bulbs in the bedrooms were burnt out with no spares and one sliding door was completely off its runners making it very difficult to close off a bedroom from the living area. ||We emailed asking for bowls via the website (there were no contact details for management provided). They promised to provide some but they never materialised. ||This property would have much to recommend it for families (close to beach, spacious, reasonably priced) if a little more attention was payed to customer experience.

We stayed at Arabella on West last March and we have already booked again for November. The apartment was clean, stylish and modern. The kids just loved having a pool and this is very hard to find. We didn't have any problems at all and look forward to our next stay. Regards Erol

The unit is cozy and simple. Close to the beach, and far enough for peace and quiet. Facilities and pool are nice. Well kept and clean with laundry room! |Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway!

We love this place. Excellent location, simple check-in, just arrive and make yourself at home. We stayed here two times and loved it. Very convenient location with beach around the corner and shopping three minutes away. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Always check this place when planning a trip to Adelaide.
