Decent hotel for a solo stay. The rooms were okay and reasonably clean, and the service was acceptable. Location is average and works fine if you plan your travel. Overall, an average experience—comfortable enough, but there’s room for improvement.

The Arabian Courtyard Hotel is honestly one of the best hotels in Bur Dubai — perfect location, great ambience, and real value for money. I stayed here with my family for 5 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The Arabian-themed rooms were luxurious, warm, and cozy — giving a completely different vibe compared to regular hotel rooms. It truly felt like living in an authentic Arabian setting! The hotel is also budget-friendly and includes a buffet breakfast, which was good overall, though I’d suggest adding a bit more variety to the menu. The location is superb — everything you need is just a short walk away. Shops, markets, the Abra ride, and Old Dubai are all nearby, with much cheaper market rates compared to other areas. Special mention to Mr. Mohammed Usman, Safety Duty Officer, who handled our checkout very smoothly. He was hardworking, polite, and honestly very sweet — made our experience even better! All in all, I absolutely loved the stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 🌟

In general hotel is good. Housekeeping staff is good. Specially Mr. Irfan is excellent person there. However if he is no on duty, other staff at the reception is worst. First of all they won’t pick|Up any of the phone whether from room or from outside. It’s almost next to impossible to talk to reception at any given time which makes the whole experience very poor

It was great pleasure ro be in Arabian courtyard hotel room716. The receptionist Ms Manal was so courteous and helpful that i did not find that i am a guest rather as a family. The guidance on reception only about how to use lights washroom, air-conditioning laundry was best as though she was teaching in a class room to a child. Her hold on multiple languages especially English and Arabic is worth applause. I personally wish her best of luck as i have traveled a lot but experience here was unique. Wish her best of luck.

Would not recommend for the following reasons. No hot water. It might get luke warm if you let run for 15+ minutes. Furnishings worn out. The area rugs are filthy. Love antiques and period pieces, but we thought perhaps the hotel just does not have any money to invest and keep the rooms nice. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We liked the location. Staff at the front desk and breakfast courteous and helpful. We would not stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights, basic cheap hotel, guess it has seen better days. Quite opulent at entrance. Has swimming pool, rooms OK Bed was a little too firm, but OK. Went into Sherlock Holmes bar for drinks and snacks. Very loud TV. Soulless not remotely like a British pub.

I recently visited Arabian Courtyard Hotel for the first time and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived the hotel design, warm atmosphere and beautiful traditional style immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable ,before even reaching the reception lady her name Menale, approached us with a warm smile and greeted us professionally she immediately arranged for the concierge team to assist us with our luggage, which was highly appreciated, after that she personally guided us to the reception and stayed with us throughout the check in process, she took the time to explain all the hotel facilities in detail from the restaurants to the spa and other services, and she even accompanied us to the elevator to make sure we had everything we needed her kindness professionalism and genuine care truly stood out and made our first impression unforgettable, I want to express my sincere appreciation to her and to the entire team at Arabian Courtyard Hotel for such wonderful hospitality.|Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay memorable
