Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa

I had a fantastic stay at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel has a charming, traditional Arabian atmosphere that adds to the experience. A special thanks to Urooj for her exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and truly professional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and outstanding hospitality.

Very nice staff. Clean hotel with beautiful Egyptian vibes and decor. Good buffet breakfast and plenty of meal options on site and locally. Sister made use of the massage and said it was good. Not far from metro. Made use of shuttle to beach. Can’t fault anything here. Had to pay an city tax on arrival which I didn’t expect as travel agent should have covered all fees but all good as this is a country requirement.

Good hotel. Even the basic room is very big. Quiet air conditioner, good medium-soft mattress. The nearest subway station is 5 minutes walk. It's right at the old town where there are 3 excellent restaurants next to each other.

The floor manager, was exceptional in my stay, everyday made sure everything was perfect. This is what customer service looks like. I can’t remember his name. Unfortunately, but I wish he gets the recognition he deserves

We were here from 4 to 14 April, great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are also good and are cleaned every day. The breakfast is also fine, the hotel is in a beautiful location in old Dubai. Within walking distance of the Dubai creek and some souks. The metro station Sharaf DG is also within walking distance [550 meters]

Stayed for 7 nights. The shower was cold, and we did address it, but nothing changed. Rating is a 4 star however more like 2. If you want spa or sauna, you have to pay. We had access to a so called VIP lounge which was always locked. Would I recommend to family no

Very bad experience. I booked the hotel room at 9.30 am through hotel website. Before I booked I checked the reservation team and they said room is available. Later after 2 hours of booking ,they send an email saying a fake reason that my credit card is declined. Actually the case is hotel staff missed to check my booking and later when they checked, the rooms are fully booked. The reservation team is speaking like they don’t care. I am extremely disappointed as I already started traveling to Dubai as my booking is confirmed. This is my booking ID - 8c6398sdq2 Need to bring this to the management attention. Guys please don’t book in this website as they will wake up after 2 hours and say hotel is fully booked. As of 26 Feb 2025 no response from the management #dubaimuesum #metro #location
