Arabian Tea House Restaurant & Cafe - Al Fahidi, Dubai

Amazing place! You feel like you’re outdoors, but the entire area is actually air-conditioned. We arrived really early—around 6:30 a.m.—and they kindly let us in to sit and wait for the opening time. We ordered the Arabic breakfast, and it was… well, just as you’d expect breakfast to be in most homes across the Middle East—from east to west, north to south. Nothing particularly special flavor-wise; most of the ingredients could easily be bought at any supermarket. The only cooked item was the egg, and it was way overcooked (as you can see in the photo). The bread was unlimited and freshly baked. The lime and mint drink was okay, and the orange-strawberry-watermelon juice was also just okay. Was the food special? Not at all. But was the experience, the place, and the service good? Absolutely outstanding.

We dined in at Arabian Tea House for lunch on a busy Monday afternoon. We had to wait about 5 minutes to get a table as the dining area was full. After getting a table, our table assistant Malshani was very supportive in choosing food from the menu. Upon ordering, we had to wait around 15 minutes to get food. The portions were large, especially the fish slices and the taste was good as well. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Something they might have to improve in the future are the washrooms. They were cramped up for room, so if you are well built, it could be difficult for you to use it.

We absolutely loved our experience at Arabian Tea House in Al Fahidi. It felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis, far from the hustle of the city. The atmosphere is charming and authentic — from the white drapes and turquoise chairs to the lush garden courtyard, every detail is thoughtfully curated. We tried the traditional Emirati breakfast and the famous mint lemonade, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavours were rich, the portions generous, and everything tasted freshly made. A special thank you to Kaung, who took care of us with kindness and professionalism. He made our experience even more memorable with his attentive and warm service. It’s a perfect spot if you want to slow down, soak in some local culture, and enjoy a truly special meal. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Dubai!

A Magical Experience at Arabian Tea House! From the moment we stepped into Arabian Tea House, we were transported to a peaceful, charming oasis. The ambiance is simply breathtaking — serene, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. It felt like a warm embrace the moment we walked in. What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was our wonderful server, Kelly. She was absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Kelly is not just a great server — she’s a true asset to the restaurant. We ordered the Arabian Breakfast tray, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and savory — every bite was delightful. The Arabic coffee was rich and aromatic, while the Karak tea was soothing and full of flavor — exactly what we needed. And thanks to Kelly’s suggestion, we ended with the dates cake — wow! It was the perfect sweet ending to a beautiful meal. This wasn’t just breakfast — it was an experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great experience at Arabian Tea House! Huge shoutout to our server Jherson—he was so attentive and kind, honestly made the whole lunch experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests, which we really appreciated. The food? Incredible. Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and so fresh. But the real stars? The Karak tea and Arabian coffee—must-tries! The coffee came with a date and sesame paste, and wow… such a unique and cultural experience. Didn’t expect to love it that much! Left feeling full, happy, and grateful. Can’t wait to come back!

This little spot in Al Fahidi was incredible. Even as a solo travelller coming to Dubai for work, they made me feel very comfortable. The service provided by Bernard and the quality of the food was exceptional. Has the hummus and bread (super light) to start and the man opted for a mixed grill platter. Plus you can choose whether you prefer more chicken or lamb. All this costed was 140 AED so a bargain for quality of food. Thank you,

What an incredible experience! Our waiter was amazing. The food was inspiring. The atmosphere is so clean and beautiful and unique. We love our experience so much. We went back for more. Breakfast was equally impressive. So happy we got to have this experience. Highly recommend!
