We had dinner at Arancino within the Kahala hotel, and the place was packed on Saturday night. We didn't have a reservation but were lucky enough to get seats at the bar. Our pizzas were very good, and the service at the bar was outstanding. We had a great time all they way around here tonight!

We had a lovely final meal in Hawaii at Arancino. Our waiter, Leo did a great job taking care of us and helping us navigate the Italian specialties on the menu. We were staying at the adjacent hotel so it was an easy choice for dinner after all the activities in Hawaii. We started with a fresh tasting caprese salad with juicy fresh cherry tomatoes and creamy burrata. They also serve a house made rosemary bread with olive oil throughout the meal. For pasta my wife chose the luscious Carbonara (soooo good) and I had the bolognese with thick noodles. (Just ok). The wine list features mostly Italian choices in a wide range of prices. We opted for an often overlooked Etna Rossa which was a steal at $75 for a 2018 vintage. Most of the seating is open air and if you go later (7 or later), you can avoid families with toddlers who tend to eat early.

The place is beautiful. Came here to celebrate my birthday, the waiter was diligent but didn’t seem very friendly. Food was delicious and had a beautiful presentation. I appreciated the kids pizza that was shaped like a bear with Nutella on the ears. The birthday dessert was gorgeous and delicious.

We had the absolute best meal and service of our entire vacation! Leo was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations- he guaranteed the uni pasta and he was so right! Everything was delicious and the ambiance was so relaxing. We will be back!

Had a wonderful dinner here! Carbonara and Uni pastas were amazing. Our server, Leo, really took care of us and gave us honest and thoughtful recommendations. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Our friends booked because it was a Saturday night and Waikiki is too busy. Great staff and friendly greeting on arrival. Plenty of time allowed for us to look through the menu and place our order. I ordered a Caesar for entree and the rigatoni amatriciana. Our friends ordered the sea bass and it looked and tasted amazing - sweet and cooked perfectly. My rigatoni was tasty and came with dried chilli. To be honest I would have preferred it if the sauce was a bit spicier. Biting the chilli wasn’t a good alternative. I finished with an affogato. Table service was excellent. A good night out.

I'm so happy that I was finally able to dine at Arancino. The uni pasta, chefs kiss, so good. Other dishes were equally tasty. The Kahala is a beautiful hotel. Also the aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Made it a memorable night on my birthday.

We had a lovely dinner with our family and kids last night at the Kahala resturant. The waiter Leo gave us exceptional recommendations as we are picky Italian eaters from Australia. Desert sizing was the only thing that was disappointing. We had the antipasto, aranchini(amazing), the crab and sea urchin pasta. The kids loved the cheese pizza with Nutella ears in the shape of Mikey mouse Leo the waiter was exceptional!

Yelp
A small piece of Italy in Hawaii! Outstanding food, service, ambiance --checked off all my boxes for a great celebration! What makes Aracino stand out from the rest was the exceptional service provided by Christoper (manager) and Maria (server) throughout our anniversary. We appreciated the care, attention to detail, suggestions, and professionalism. Reservations recommended on OpenTable. We were seated at nice outdoor table that gave us the refreshing ocean breeze as the sunset came in. Food: Spaghetti ai Ricci di Mare 40 (uni, white wine garlic tomato cream sauce) --My personal favorite of the night --the uni from Japan brings extra umami flavor that pulls the dish perfectly together. Excellent all around. Cacio e Pepe 31 (classic roman dish - pecorino romano, parmigiano reggiano, toasted black peppercorn & spaghetti prepared tableside in our imported pecorino romano cheese wheel) --This was the most entertaining dish since our server actually makes this dish in front of you. The cheese wheel is massive. Good flavor overall. I've had this dish in Italy and it satisfied my expectations. Pizza Carbonara 33 (local waimana tkg poached egg, guanciale, parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella, croccante, truffle) --I could see why this is one of the more popular pizzas. The local egg provided extra flavor. The guanciale (pork cheek) added a nice touch, similar to bacon but even fattier/tender. The truffle oil makes everything better. Pizza of the Month 30 (parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella, gorgonzola, pear, walnut & honey) --Sweet-Savory goodness. We were given a fresh bottle of honey from Austria that was opened in front of us by the manager, to ensure freshness for our pizza. Honey really brings the flavors altogether. Beer: My partner enjoyed pairing the meals with an Italian beer that is difficult to find, Menebrea. Dessert: At the end of our meal, they surprised us with a beautifully made dessert. One of the prettiest ones I've seen. Creamy and moist sponge cake topped with blueberry and strawberry. The sugar "ice" globe and flowers were also edible. Everything was amazing and we can't wait to come back again. We'll keep Aracino in mind for future celebrations. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Food: Went here for my wife's bday. We got the mushroom pizza, porterhouse steak, risotto, and panchetta with tomato cream sauce. The pizza was very good and the truffle oil kicked it up notch. Steak came out on a sizzling plate and had a nice rosemary flavor. Risotto was prepared in a giant cheese wheel and had a very parmesan forward flavor. Lastly, the pasta with tomato cream sauce was rich, fatty and addicting. Everything was great, but my favorite thing was the complimentary bread. It was so soft and pillowy with a nice crispy crust. Service: The service was amazing from the tableside preparation to the bday accommodation for my wife. Definitely recommend coming here for a great dining experience. Price: it's definitely expensive, but expected for great quality italian food. Ambiance: We sat outside, which was nice and relaxing. It did get a bit dark as the sun went down since there's only a small light on the table.

Yelp
Awesome! My daughter took me to Arancino's for Father's Day Dinner and it was awesome! We've been there for many celebrations and it was on par for our expectations. We arrived for our 5:00PM reservation and were seated promptly. Kudos to Arben and Justin for providing excellent service throughout the dinner. The Focaccia bread was warm, soft, with the golden crisp crust. We started with the Lobster Bisque which is consistently good. Next was the Tartare di Mare which is a nice combination of fish (ahi, kanpachi), avocado, and tobiko. It provided an inviting presentation. My daughter thorougly enjoyed it! A new item for us that we needed to try was Carpaccio di Manzo. It was thinly sliced raw wagyu beef, tableside parmigiano, arugula, and a lemon dressing. It was terrific! It was superbly prepared, presented, and finished! My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed it immensly. A must try item! Two other items that we specifically go to Arancino's for is the Affettato Misto (cured meat and cheese) and Calamari. Those two items were on point and goes well with the Foccocia bread and Lobster Bisque. My Asahi Beer refreshes my palate. My wife and daughter ordered the Risotto which is something they always look forward to, prepared tableside, and was great! We were disappointed that the Pesce al Sale (Sea Bass) was not available. But we understand the seasons. Branzino next time. I had the Filet Mignon, which was rare, tender, and flavorful. For dessert, My daughter had the Fragole con Gelato (strawberries and gelato), my wife, the Gelato Affogato, and I had the Bonet (my favorite). All desserts were on point! We ordered a Porcellini Pizza to take home. It's a well-balanced delicious prosciutto pizza. Again, kudos to Arben and Justin for providing excellent service to a terrific Father's Day Dinner at Arancino Kahala! Ciao!

Yelp
one of the best italian restaurants i've ever tried. the carbonara pizza was so unique and the seafood pasta was so fresh with freshly made tagliatelle. the complimentary bread was tasty and the staff were so attentive and kind. the neighborhood was beautiful including the resort, tucked away from the commotion in waikiki.

Yelp
Our team came here for our Christmas dinner - the service was incredible. We had a reservation so there was minimal wait time between when we arrived and when we were seated. I had to get the risotto because I am all about experience. The server brought out the risotto in the frying pan when it was close to being finished, along with a giant wheel of parmigiano cheese! They poured the risotto into the cheese wheel while explaining to us where the cheese came from. Such a fun experience and the food of course was incredible!

Yelp
Yummmmmm I mean! What's not to like. Italian food! Caccio e Pepe in a parmigiana wheel. The dolphins. Lattes. All that fun. Yummm. Latte was my favorite, followed by caccio e Pepe. Love the pizza too. But the service! That's what you'll come back for! Staring from valet to finish, service is impeccable. They also make the best lattes. Caccio e Pepe in parmigiana wheel was purely for entertainment but taste was good too. Dolphins and valet parking: cherry on top! And whatever you do, don't skip on their dessert!! It's amazing. Can't wait come back !!

Yelp
Im not impressed and when the best part of the meal was the bread and the entertainment, that says a lot. We were staying at the hotel and decided to see what this place had to offer. We approached the hostess stand and was asked if we had reservations, we didn't, and were told that the earliest we could be seated was 8:30 - mind you it was around 5:30. We asked about the bar and were told that we could sit there if we like, so we proceeded to sit there (keep in mind that there is only 4 seats at the bar). The bartender was our server and if I tell you I had to strain to hear him, like close my mind to everything else going on around me in order to hear him as he was speaking so softly almost mumbling. The bread was an unexpected item but it was the best part of the meal. If was soft and delicious served with a dipping oil and I requested balsamic to go with it. Ordered the calamari, the lobster bisque and the seafood pasta. The calamari was okay, the bisque had one piece of lobster in it and the pasta had me questioning where the seafood was as it literally had two shrimp that they cut up on top of the pasta. The music that the gentleman was playing was a great addition. It was fun to hear Hawaii five o from the accordion. Overall I can't say I'll be choosing to come back. Also if you are sitting at the bar closest to the wall be on the lookout for geckos as they make frequent visits.

Yelp
I had this restaurant bookmarked for a long time, so was finally glad to be able to enjoy dinner here with my friends. Arancino is located at the Kahala hotel. It's actually right in front of the hotel off to the left-hand side right near the valet. The majority of the seating is outside, which is where we sat. We ordered the calamari, followed by entrées spaghetti alla carbonara, Tagliatelle ai Frutti di Mare and Bianco Mangiare for dessert. Portions are small, prices high, which is not unexpected since the restaurant is at the Kahala hotel. Service was average. Shortly after ordering, our waitress brought us out a crudette plate which we didn't order, so I thought it was complementary, but a few minutes later, she removed it from our table. Clearly, it was delivered to the wrong table. Soon after our fried calamari appetizer came out, which was light and delicious, followed by the entrées. I was pretty excited about the carbonara as my husband makes it for me at home frequently, and we actually had it when we were in Rome (which is where the carbonara was invented). We were informed that the chef had formal training in Italy, so needless to say, I expected this was going to be authentic, but was somewhat disappointed. The carbonara sauce is supposed to be mixed and very thick and cling to the pasta, but when mine arrived, it had a pool of water at the bottom, and the guanchalle was thrown on the top. It also had a fried egg on the top. Definitely not traditional, but it was still tasty. My friend ordered Tagliatelle ai Frutti di Mare which is pasta with oil and a lemon wine sauce. I actually could not taste any lemon or wine at all. It was pretty bland, and then had two scallops and a few small pieces of shrimp, which were cut up. For dessert was an interesting take on Panna cotta, very light with a coconut flavor. I'm sorry to say, but I actually left this restaurant hungry.

Yelp
Our party of 4 came to celebrate a birthday. This is the birthday girl's favorite restaurant on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaghetti ai ricci di mare (uni). I always have to get this whenever I go to an Arancino on the island. Perfectly Al dente, fresh, creamy, sweet and savory. We also enjoyed the fresh house made focaccia, Tartare di Gamberi e Caviale, lobster bisque, calamari (that dipping sauce is BOMB), Risotto ai Funghi and Carbonara Pizza. The Cacio e Pepe pasta was a tad undercooked (the only disappointment of the night). It was nice they gave a free birthday dessert, which was gorgeous. The white sangria was delish and great to share among 2 or 3 people. My bf enjoyed his espresso martini. Service was amazing and friendly. He did well catering to our several requests. 4 hour free validated parking (valet or self). But the parking lot tends to get full easily, so valet is usually your best option (don't forget to tip). The restaurant is a bit pricey, which is to be expected for this location. Great for a splurge or special occasion.

Yelp
My boyfriend surprised me with dinner here for our anniversary and it was incredible. The ambiance was cozy and peaceful with the cool breeze coming from the ocean. Our server was so sweet and patient while we asked questions on what she recommends. We got the cacio e pepe which was subpar. The noodles were hard and it tasted like cheese noodles with some oil. I wouldn't recommend this but the pizza is a different story. The carbonara pizza was absolutely delicious! This was one of the best pizzas my boyfriend has ever had. I was surprised with how tasty and unique it was. I'd go back just for the pizza! My boyfriend had made reservations for our anniversary and at the end of the meal, they presented us a complimentary dessert! It was so beautiful and tasty as well! I highly recommend coming here for a special night out. The ambiance, food, and service were amazing!

Yelp
Haven't been here in awhile so decided to have dinner here. We were surprised to find self-parking spots available. Validated parking is free up to 4 hours. Was greeted by friendly faces at the reception booth. Are server was really nice and was patient as we were trying to figure out what to have. We ordered a bottle of Sake to go with our meal. Fresh complimentary bread is served prior to the meal. It was so delicious! I could've probably eaten a whole loaf! Our appetizer was the misto. It was actually a charcuterie board and was huge for two people. Ordered the seafood pasta with a garlic oil sauce. The flavor was amazing! Ordered a signature pizza (forgot the name) but had meat on it. The crust was thin and light. We ended up taking home half the pizza. We were too full for dessert. The atmosphere was quaint and the lighting was nice outdoors. We will definitely be back again

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. I went for the the first time tonight with my husband and his high school classmates as a part of their reunion week celebration. I called to request if we could be seated inside for the AC. Well, at the end of the night this was their final excuse for the terrible service. Excuses for the lonnggg wait, the small portions and then they said I requested one table (which I did not) which was the reason our service took longer. We were a party of 14 and of course they included the gratuity with our bill.. The haku lei salad barely had dressing, the croquettes were only 2 pieces a serving, and the LAMB which was supposed to be 5 ounces seemed to be 2 ounces of bone and 1 ounce of skin and fat! My husband complained to the server on multiple counts. Said the lamb was a 'rat lamb,' so small!! He wanted to share when we ordered not realizing it would be so meager. So meager they wouldn't plate it in two and said it was due to the presentation. On our way out I shared our displeasure with the manager, Michelle. She made the excuse about the table and that's why our service was so slow . What is the difference between one long table versus two? I don't understand. Additionally note the AC area has rounded ceilings which add to the noise echo. I could barely hear my dinner mates talking. Terrible acoustics! I think the only reason they are still in business is because they have a captive audience with the guests at the hotel. We definitely will not be back.

Yelp
Arancino at the Kahala is probably one of the top picks for a special date night like a birthday or anniversary. It's located inside the Kahala hotel close to the valet parking at Lobby level. You can self park for free or Valet park for just the cost of a tip. Be sure to go early and walk around the grounds and take some pictures of the dolphins or the Orchid wall. We went for the wine pairing menu which included four wines and five courses. Service was excellent and the speed was perfect. Not rushing between courses and enough time to enjoy the wine and chit chat between courses. Be sure to let them know if it's a special occasion like a birthday and they will prepare a special dessert. Definitely recommended for that special someone on that special day.

Yelp
Best Italian Restaurant in my eyes here at Arancino at the Kahala located at The Kahala Resort. Love the Ambiance here at Arancino at the Kahala, Delicious Italian Fare and Service always impeccable. Never a bad experience here and we always leave this place very satisfied. Definitely get the Uni Pasta if you are a Sea Urchin Lover. Rich,Sweet,Buttery insanely Delicious. We also love the Margherita Pizza which is cooked to perfection. Also if you're a Risotto Lover, the Risotto prepared Tableside is a sight to see . And the Tagliatelle Bolognese is Savory,Meaty and Robust it'll knock your socks off. And the Seafood Pasta with a Lemon,Garlic Olive Oil Sauce with a hint of Truffle Essence is another hit. Other items you have to try are the Tuna Carpaccio and the Ama Ebi Caviar. Everything we eat here is spot on but I will have to tell you it ain't cheap and the portions here aren't huge but for me it's not gonna stop me from being a repeat customer. We have been here numerous times and they always remember us whenever we go back. It all starts with the Management and we've known Maria for years now and she makes Arancino at the Kahala. She is the heart and soul of this Amazing Establishment and her Amazing Personality is infectious. So full of the Aloha Spirit and always cheerful and pleasant with all of patrons dining here at Arancino at the Kahala. This is the reason why we come here to Arancino at the Kahala. It's money well spent for us especially for the most amazing Italian Food served on the Island.

Yelp
Food here is off the hook. Amazing good food , very very top quality service, everyone here was super friendly and knowledgeable with their menu. Very nice clean restaurant. Has a nice view too.

Yelp
The outdoor seating at this place is amazing. Make sure you have a lot of money in the bank before heading to this place to dine. The least expensive wine per bottle is well over $100. The appetizers are over thirty dollars each. The sea bass was small and $77. Unless you have a very small appetite, dinner for 2 , including wine, would be well over three hundred dollars, probably closer to $400. However, the food and service are excellent!

Yelp
Late dinner at 8:30pm and was greeted by a nice friendly hostess whom sat us immediately. Server greeted us, explained menu and took drink order. Started of with the Margherita pizza which was cooked perfectly with slight burnt crust. Thin crust with right amount of sauce and cheese! Risotto Al Funghi was prepared table side with a big Parmesan wheel. Risotto was hot scrumptious. Spaghetti perfectly Al dente with flavorful uni sauce topped with grated Parmesan, definitely satisfied my craving. Finished off with 2 delicate desserts which was a splendid ending to a great meal. Will definitely be back to try more items on menu.

Yelp
My pasta portion was so small, I thought was being pranked. The shrimp in my dish was cut into small pieces to make it appear to be more shrimp than it was. At the bar, there is a dish of cola set out to feed the lizards. A warning should come with sitting at the bar for this reason. My party was fine but we have a friend who is deathly afraid of lizards. This would not have ended well had she stayed to have dinner with us. The accordion player was the high point of the evening. The bartender spoke to us in hushed tones: we could barely hear him. Yet, we observed him speaking clearly and audibly to other people. It was just weird! I believe the notion is that they can charge more for less because they are located at the Kahala resort. Well, I live on the island and we, subsequently, opted to drive off site to places who provided enough food for our money. It's a nice one time experience but I would not go back.

Yelp
Came here for my bday in Oct 2023, and it was absolutely one of the kind experience! We enjoyed the hoku lei salad, charcuterie board, wagyu pasta, cheese pasta l, sliced steak and see food pasta. See my photos for the amazing dishes! Service was out of the world excellent. The waiters are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Five star services! They validate parking at Kahala Hotel so don't worry about parking either self or valet. The hotel is a very nice ground to walk around before or after with your party.

Yelp
What a great experience here! Oak was our server and she provided us with over the top service! Oak was very knowledgeable on all areas of the menu and she helped make this day extra special for my wife's 30th birthday! My wife had tasting special menu for the 10th anniversary and I had the Tagliatelle al Frutti di Mare HIGHLY recommend it! Overall I couldn't have asked for better food, service or an experience! Thank you to Oak and the team for making this a special dinner! You also have to walk through the hotel SO much history in that place!

Yelp
I went here with my friends family and I was really excited because my other friend had worked there before and spoke so highly of it. When we first arrived I asked the hostesses about my friend and was greeted with a dirty look and attitude when they didn't know her. So that was off to a bad start. When we were seated the server was kind at first, however, when my friends family started asking questions about the menu and what was good, she seemed irritated. She was visibly annoyed and just wanted to get the orders in as fast as possible. I've worked in fine dining for many years and know what to expect from a server and what the training is, but I was very disappointed at the service. Maybe I shouldn't have had such high expectations but this is the kind of service they seemed to be advertising. The food was ok kind of underwhelming for the hype it got. The most "spicy" thing on the menu had zero spice and the scallops were over done. Definitely disappointed.

Yelp
Very authentic Italian food. Delicious. But what really made the night was our down to earth, accurate and attentive waiter. Wish I had gotten his name tonight! (Asian guy) Would definitely recommend this restaurant and go again

Yelp
The world food tour made a stop in Italy, Arancino at The Kahala style. It had been a while (two years) since we last visited and we heard they made some changes to their menu so we looked forward to stopping by. We started with a 2015 Paulownia, a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon I hadn't seen before. Limited production; just 134 cases produced. It featured notes of dark fruit, chocolate and a hint of coffee; I really liked this wine and want to find more. We paired the wine with the Affetato Misto, a charcuterie board that featured five kinds of cured meats, bits of parmigiano Reggiano, gherkins and pitted green olives. On the side were little pillows of fried bread; these were scrumptious! We ordered three mains, spaghetti ai Ricci di Mare, a personal favorite and the reason I come to Arancino's, Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and Pizza Carbonara as the food duo can never get enough of guanciale (sort of like bacon) and Waimanalo TKG eggs. The spaghetti Carbonara was redolent in truffle oil but we put it over the top by adding shaved truffles. The intoxicating scent of truffles was "to die" for. My Ricci di Mare was fine but I sensed something was missing ... I couldn't place it but there was something different. It didn't stop me from cleaning my plate with some of the pillows from the misto. The Pizza Carbonara was served last (by request) and we ended up taking more than half of it home. It was delicious but I had eaten too many bread pillows so I had to tap. The crust was a little too soft in the center but the edges were perfect and the aroma of truffle was heavenly. The richness of the TKG yolk made it a luscious dish. We didn't have room for dessert though several sounded tempting. I had a French Press coffee; no Americano for me. Final thoughts? We enjoyed our dinner. Service by Mike and Corie was professional and unobtrusive. The pace was leisurely, which we enjoyed. Too many restaurants now seem to want to rush you or place a time limit on your stay; we find that to be overbearing and dampens our experience. Recommended!

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner - did takeout because dine-in was booked for the night. Biggest issue is that it is very expensive for what you get in my opinion. I say that mostly because it feels like a restaurant, but really it's a restaurant sitting in an expensive hotel, so maybe the pricing is as expected. Really enjoyed the wagyu bolognese pappardelle dish the most. The Amatriciana was good but I think I would have enjoyed it more with noodles instead of rigatoni. Kids have a bear pizza with little olives for the bear face and little ears that they fill with nutella. Very cute and kid friendly. But for $17 feels kind of steep for a cute cheese pizza. But then again, you're at a restaurant at a hotel so maybe that is reasonable for crust, cheese, tomato sauce and nutella. Corn soup for the kids was very plain and not enjoyable. It didn't feel like a fresh soup; felt like canned corn soup that they added 4 pieces of fresh corn on a cute toast on top. Nothing awful but just nothing special that I wouldn't order again. Oh the kids bolognese is different from the adult one. Adult one is better (and it makes sense since you do pay for it). I would order the adult bolognese over and over and over and over. I didn't get to taste the chocolate cake but kids inhaled it like it was amazing. Validates parking at the Kahala Hotel (self or valet) Accepts most major credit cards. Call for reservations. Bathroom out back down the hall on the hotel area. My previous experience for lunch was ok but dinner I think was more enjoyable. Just still expensive.

Yelp
The service was amazing, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and had made many good recommendations. The food was delicious and appropriate for the price since it is a higher scale restaurant. Our server even brought us a complimentary round of desert wine since we were celebrating. Will definitely come back!

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants! Even though Arancino is a chain, I find this particular location to be the best. Friendly service, delicious food, unique tableside preparation, and refreshing plantation iced tea. Love the lobster bisque, secret menu item tobiko calamari spaghetti, creamy uni spaghetti (must try if you like sea urchin), pizza, and dessert. Even though the restaurant doesn't have a view, it has a covered patio with fresh air perfect for al fresco dining. Free parking validation. This is a top choice for special occasions with beautifully presented dinner.

Yelp
Arancino @ Kahala Resort is a quaint & elegant neighborhood gem with an upscale ambience. It's like being transported to little Italy We went to celebrate a 30th Birthday and it did not disappoint. They start with focaccia bread paired with olive oil. Can't say enough about It, so light, pillowy, airy and delicious. Every dish has its own elegant touch added to it. Pretty edible flowers and sauce used to elevate the food, but also used like artistry on the plate. You can tell the ingredients they use are very fresh. The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful with explaining each dish as it's presented to your table. As with the service, the food was amazing. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Yelp

Yelp
Mushroom pizza was a winner! Staff was very friendly and made very good recommendations. Came early and had cocktails on the hotel lanai. Very relaxing

Yelp
We love Italian and I think you probably could have picked anything on the menu and would have been impressed with the quality of flavors. The presentation was done with finesse making it an excellent choice for a fine dining experience. No view but because we are there for the food we walked away full. The restaurant finished our meal with a beautiful surprise dessert.

Yelp
Always amazzzzing service. And food is I could eat here every week if my wallet would allow it. Went for the July anniversary menu. It was 6 courses and filling for me! The carbonara pizza needs to be a regular! And the arancini croquette is always so tasty esp with the crispy outside texture. My all time favorites on the regular menu are the uni pasta and risotto! Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Arancino at the Kahala is one of our go to special occasion restaurants. The food, service and ambiance are top notch. Dining away from the hustle and bustle of other places makes it so refreshing too. Our server Ken is a true professional. He's knowledgeable, courteous and just an all around excellent server. The food is well prepared and delicious. The lamb and uni pasta are favorites. A very enjoyable place to dine.

Yelp
We stayed at the Kahala after my sister's wedding. We opted to order in. You can call concierge to order or you can call the restaurant directly. It's often times faster to call the restaurant directly. Take out was fast. Food was delicious. Uni pasta is always a go-to. But their pizzas are also delicious! We love Arancino and will continue to be patrons since they never disappoint.

Yelp
Arancino is a nice restaurant to go to if you're celebrating something and want a restaurant that's a little fancier. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere and service are also superb. We ordered the set meal, so each course came out one by one. It included multiple dishes, including 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and dessert. You can tell the ingredients they use are very fresh and the portions were also decently sized. My personal favorites were the focaccia bread (simple but sooo light and airy) and the caprese salad (the tomato and cheese were so fresh and bursting with flavor). I think one of their more popular dishes is the uni pasta, which was a little too fishy for me but definitely worth a try. Another aspect I really liked about the restaurant was the decor and the ambience. They had a live musician playing the accordion and it really felt like we were in Italy. Overall, I had a great experience at Arancino and would love to come back! It's pricey, but worth the price for a nice occasion.

Yelp
I looooove this restaurant!!! This is our second time, they never disappoint. Fooood was awesome! Idk what else to say but everyone should try this place. We tried the course meal. I never thought the caviar would taste so good. I had caviar before but not like this. I know I am over reacting but I could give this place more than 5 stars...lol

Yelp
Arancino at The Kahala is an open-air restaurant that has elegant lights strung up amongst the ceiling that make for a romantic ambiance with delicious food. I've been to Arancino's many times with my boyfriend and friends. Each time I have been here is a delight. The service is always great and I always enjoy myself. We usually order the calamari, tagliatelle, mushroom pizza, and the tiramisu. I love that the food, although decadent, is not over the top rich, and you can leave feeling satisfied without overly full. I would recommend Arancino's to folks who are looking for yummy Italian food, celebrating something special, or are just in the neighborhood and want to try out a solid restaurant!

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. Came here to celebrate our anniversary and had the most fabulous time. One of us had the special menu for their 10th anniversary and the other ordered from their regular menu and we shared with plenty of food to go around. Most seats are outdoors but despite the Hawaii heat it wasn't uncomfortable at all. The staff and service is top notch. (The kind where they fold your napkin if you get up.) Great drink choices, classics and also fruit based. The bread... amazing. Yes, my significant other had a second serving! Haku lei is stunning to look at and fresh to eat. The pastas were cooked to perfection. They desserts were super fantastic and they made our anniversary celebration extra special. They even have a large array of pizzas that looked amazing as well. Would highly recommend to all family and friends who want a high quality meal or are celebrating a special event! Also would highly recommend to tourists staying at the Kahala or anyone who lives in the area!!

Yelp
When we were in Honolulu this past August, I had generous friends gift me a birthday dinner here. I had not heard of the Arancino franchise and I came to understand that this third and newest location was located on the grounds of The Kahala hotel. There is a hotel parking garage with validated parking(4 hours) a short walk away from the front of the Arancino's outdoor front entrance. The entire restaurant is technically outdoors with a permanent overhead roof. Our reservations put is in the right side corner with plenty of spacing between tables. Lobster was my theme for this celebratory meal, as I went with the Lobster Bisque(Zuppa di Aragosta) and for my main entree, I went with their Spaghetti con Astice(Lobster, spaghetti, pomodoro sauce). The freshness and quality of both these dishes was spectacular. As was the service and ambiance they have created. For my birthday dessert, they brought out an amazing creation that made this guy feel special.

Yelp
(20/25) on a rush to finishing my remaining reviews before Christmas~ Arancino at The Kahala has been my go-to for simple celebrations with friends and family. It's upscale yet comfortable, and you don't need to worry about an extremely strict dress code. There's something comforting about being able to carb out without being constricted. My go-tos when I dine at Arancino is always: Spaghetti ai Ricci di Mare - so rich, decadent and the pasta is always perfectly al dente. There's no other place on O'ahu who does uni pasta like Arancino's! Spaghetti alla Carbonara - another extremely rich and decadent pasta dish. DO NOT ORDER WITH THE UNI PASTA! You definitely need something more light and acidic to cut through the richness. Unfortunately at our last visit, Arancino was short on ingredients to create the carbonara pasta so we opted out and tried another dish. Pappardelle alla Bolognese - Very warm and comforting. I also love wide noodles like pappardelle but my mom wasn't very impressed as she wanted a "wow" factor. Overall, still enjoy it!! Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia - Although I've never had this, my sister's BF religiously orders this dish every time we come to Arancino's Tagliatelle ai Frutti di Mare - A visually appealing dish that doesn't carry the heaviness and richness of cream. The seafood taste was mild and overall enjoyable. Finish off the meal with any of their desserts and an Illy Espresso is my recommendation! Overall, I still love and enjoy Arancino's and can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I came here with my parents for a nice celebratory dinner and it was a wonderful experience! There is an outdoor covered area as well as a more intimate inside area. We sat inside which was very nice. We ordered cocktails to start and the waiter was very nice and attentive. He recommended a very nice wine for us to enjoy with our meal. For an appetizer we had the bagna cauda which was very beautifully presented and was so tasty! We shared the Uni Pasta, Carbonara (with truffle supplement) and the funghi pizza. Both pastas were incredible and the pizza was a true Neapolitan style pizza which was addicting! The entire experience was very nice and I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice date night place with delicious food!

Yelp
The food is so so so good and the staff even better (shout out to Geni and Ashley). The burrata with pesto and tomato's is a must along with their pizza! For a fun experience you can even get pasta tossed in a wheel of cheese and it's delicious! Though pricy it's worth every penny! I recommend making a reservation.

Yelp
Absolutely lovely experience. Surprisingly kid friendly. My daughter loved the kids menu bear shaped pizza. We had a wonderful prix fixe with wine pairing while she watched her ipad. The portions of both were perfect! Not too big and not too small. Our server was friendly and checked in with us regularly in sprite of having many other tables to wait upon. Highly recommend this place, especially if you are staying nearby!

Yelp
Refined Italian cuisine with an upscale ambience is an easy description for what was truly a wonderful experience. Approached with a welcoming "buona sera" you are taken into mini Italy, and the staff is awesome. Our server was Corie, a super friendly and helpful person. She guided us through the 5 course meal selections and offered great pairings. The food itself was amazing. Starting with the caviar, it was light but creamy. The bread and olive oil were also delightful and were great accompaniment to the flavors in the lobster bisque. The pastas were nice, although the spaghetti alla carbonara was a little heavy for me.. just because it was so rich I'm flavor, and the egg yolk just added to it. It all was amazing and it's definitely a treat that i would be more than happy to go back for. Make sure you also take time to look around outside/downstairs in the back for the dolphin tanks and the beautiful views.

Yelp
Good was delicious. Ambiance was nice! Service was attentive and genuine! Would've like to see more beer options, but the one Italian beer on menu was tasty! Pastas were al dente! Mushroom Risotto was excellent! Tiramisu was awesome!
